Aleck noticed that Eliana was lost in thought, so he didn’t disturb her. He gave her enough time to think.

“You don’t need to thank me. Mr. Moran is very close to the two children, especially to Aileen. He thinksthat Aileen looks like his granddaughter, so he cares about the two children so much,” Aleck explainedpatiently in a somewhat intriguing tone.
