The Alpha Bully
Chapter 4

Catherine was making dinner yet again, her aunt ordered her to make Loaded trio potato for dinner and this time around, she kept her phone in the safety of her room.

What happened between her and Ace kept running through her mind, she doesn't know if the boy was sent to make her life hell at Riverside High School or not. He left a hickey on her neck which her coach saw during practice and blamed her for doing unnecessary things when she should have been in practice. Catherine sighed and washed the potato inside the bowl filled with water.

She was confused on what to do, how on earth was she supposed to avoid Ace Hampton when it seems like he follows every of her movements in the school.

The only thing best for her to do is to try as much as you could to avoid him.

After making dinner and she set it on the dining table, she took her own food and went back inside her room. She sat down on the bed and dropped the food on top of the table.

She grabbed her phone from the bed and turned on her WiFi. A lot of notifications came in on her phone, most of them were from the Instagram pages she was following.

When she was about to log out of Instagram, she saw a picture of Ace. Her heart started thumping furiously against her chest. She felt like he was in front of her with his hand wrapped around her throat.

Beside him in the picture was his friend, Liam Wesley, the one Talia warned her not to talk to.

Catherine zoomed the photo so that she could see all his facial expressions. When his friend was smiling, his face remained hard and cold. He looked like he didn't know how to smile.

His deep blue eyes were staring into her soul, clutching out her heart even without her knowledge.

She got a message on her spam and she quickly clicked on it.

Talia008: Hey girl, didn't see you after class today, what's up?

Cath quickly typed a response and sent it to her.

Cathlove: Sorry, I was rushing to get back home and forgot to wait for you. Hope you've forgiven me. I'll see you tomorrow, yes?

Talia008: Right, good night!

Cath smiled and turned off her WiFi. Talia has been the only genuine friend she made in Riverside High School, nobody wants to be close to her, maybe it was because she wasn't riding on expensive cars like 95% of the students.

It doesn't matter if the students liked her or not, as long as she didn't get into trouble then she was content.

She dropped her phone on the bed and sat down on a chair to eat her food.

Potato was one of her best foods, it didn't matter how it was made, be it potato chips, potato salad, loaded trio potato or even potato porridge, she loved them all.

Cath stepped into her first class of the day which was English. Immediately she got inside the class the other students turned to look at her a

nd there were murmurings everywhere.

She was confused as to what they were talking about. She walked towards her chair and down on it, Talia was jotting down something inside her note but Cath touched her to greet her.

"Hey, what is going on?" She questioned.

Talia glanced around the class and stared at Catherine pitifully.

"Hey, why are you not saying anything? I just walked inside the class and there was uproar everywhere."

"The video of what happened between you and Ace yesterday spread around the whole school." Talia responded. Cat's eyes widened. She was frightened because she doesn't know if someone really saw what Ace did to her at the secluded area where he bullied her. "Which.....which video are you talking about?"

"The one from the locker room of course, is there another one?" Talia asked in concern.

"No." Cath responded then lowered her voice. "What does that have to do with the way the students are looking at me as if I'm a prey to their hunting game?"

"Ace walked up to you in front of the students, he dominated you and pulled you away with him. That was a sign, Catherine. You are now a black card student, the most targeted student in the whole school." Talia explained, Cath suddenly closed her eyes, she was fighting hard to understand what Talia was saying.

No. No. This couldn't be happening to her.

In her formal school there was a girl that committed suicide and in her letter she made it clear that she couldn't take it anymore, the bullying was too much for her.

Cath was never subjected to bullying in school. She lived in the shadow and the fact that she drew Ace's attention made everything worse for her.

A black card student, another word for The Outcast.

A tear rolled down her cheek and her lips quivered.

"Oh poor thing, you can't believe it right? Sometimes, beauty can't get you everything you wish for." A guy named Owen said and smirked.

All of a sudden the whole class started making fun of her.

"Shut up! I won't tolerate anyone who disrespects her." Talia said, standing up for Catherine. But even Catherine knows the consequences of what Talia was doing, she will be blacklisted with her and she wouldn't want that.

"What will it be, Scott? You want to join her? Or you stand with us." Owen asked. Catherine didn't wait to hear what Talia had to say, she couldn't stand it.

She got up from her chair and rushed towards the door with her backpack. She ran into a hard chest thereby sending her backwards. When she managed to stand straight, she looked up at the person she ran into and more tears spilled from her eyes. Her tormentor.

Her Bully.

The only person all out to make her life miserable, but the thing is she wasn't strong for whatever he had planned for her and she knew, she just knew that it would break her.
