SNOW

SIX MONTHS LATER

Now that most of my memory was back, I could actually remember people’s names from my old life, and it was good to catch up. I was having a baby shower, a human tradition that I really liked the sound of. Dutch heard me say something about it, and, of course, he had set it all up. He always was so thoughtful.

Carlton was dressed up nice and said he couldn’t wait to be an older brother. He started calling me Mom a few months ago, and I was so honored to take that place in his life. I loved him, and his dad, and wanted him to be happy. He looked happy now, playing with the kids from not only the Dark Riders, but the B***d Moons as well.

Tyler came in while I was people watching and put a big smile on my face. I hadn’t saw him in a week—he was off in the city recording his new album. He had been discovered again at Dotty’s, but this time he was grounded, and he wasn’t going to let the opportunity slip through his fingers again. I missed him whenever he was gone, even if it was only for a couple of days. He was so calm and assuring. Even though he was making it big again in Nashville, he always came back to me.

Dutch came up behind me, pressing hand against my backside and whispering that I looked good in the dress I was wearing. He was by far the one with the higher s****l appetite. He was always in the mood, always, and even when we were spotted by Sterling and motioned to come over, Dutch was still trying to get me to go with them. He was whispering all the things that he wanted to do to me, and it was tempting. It always was.

People were calling for a speech, but I did not want to give one. We were trying to merge Sterling’s pack and mine, and while it was working, there were definitely some kinks to work out.

Sterling was the best man to give a speech. He was a better speaker than I was, and always knew the right things to say and do. He got up in front of everyone and talked about how we all came together and how we were all better for the merge. Sterling always came across as the rough one, but he was the softest out of my three lovers. It showed in moments like this, standing up in front of two clans that he had insisted come together. Sterling was the one who made me fight for them because he wanted me to do the right thing. Us mating had also been the right thing, even if it wasn’t as normal as it could be.

Everyone was cheering as Sterling ended his speech and started to walk over to me. He caught me around the waist and said, “We needed to replace a quiet place.”

“Yeah, why is that?”

He kissed me hard and then pulled away, leaving me a little shaky on my feet. What was he doing to me? I was getting wetter by the moment. Dutch was just messing with me moments before, and seeing Tyler got me thinking about other naughty things. Sterling’s antics made me feel like I was on fire.

“Because I want you, Snow, that’s why. You’re my mate, and I need you.”

I knew part of it was jealousy because he’d seen me with Dutch not too long ago. Honestly, I liked the three men playing off of each other. It left me in a pretty good position, and Sterling being all worked up was always interesting.

He half dragged me all the way to the woods. I could still hear the festivities and all the people, but they were muted. The only other sound was my heart pounding in my ears.

“Sterling, people are going to talk about you dragging me out of there.”

“No, I doubt they will even care. We are in the middle of my land, there is enough booze to make everyone feel good. No one is worried about us. Besides, it will be your screaming that they talk about, nothing else.”

“My screaming?” I asked while he moved up behind me. Sterling was always intense, and this time would be no different. When he started the conversation like that, I knew it was going to be fun.

Sterling dragged the skirt of my dress up my thighs and bunched it at my waist. Then I felt his hands and fingers moving up my exposed skin. He was free behind me, pressing up against me and then into me in seconds. There were no words, no warning, just Sterling. I think he liked to catch me off guard. He g*****d when he entered me, sending me forward and making me call out in pleasure. He was right, they were going to talk about my screaming.

Every time he entered me, it felt just like the first time. I called out repeatedly, no longer caring who heard. But Sterling must have, because he covered my mouth after a while and then went even harder and faster. By the time we were done, I could barely stand on my own two feet. Part of me thought that was his plan all along, to really show Tyler and Dutch what he was capable of.

Sterling had a grin on his face and a knowing look in his eyes. He leaned in and whispered, “Let’s see if Dutch can top that.”
