Nathan went to replace Isaac, "Mr. Salter, Miss Hestia has been brought back to Craneville."

The news that Isaac was still alive had caused quite a stir.

His marriage to Brittany and the love triangle with Eltham were being dissected by the media frenzy.

The massive computer screen was alive with paparazzi analyses.

They speculated wildly: would Brittany choose her former husband, Isaac, or her current fiancé, Eltham?

A lot of people felt Brittany should go back to Isaac.

But even more believed she would stick with Eltham, especially since Isaac was no longer the heir to the Grandeur Capital fortune, while Eltham was practically royalty! That alone seemed to put Isaac at a disadvantage.

Isaac looked particularly distressed by these discussions.

Nathan, seeing his turmoil, tried to reassure him, "Mr. Salter, you know how Mrs. Salter feels about you. She won't let you down."

If Brittany really wanted Eltham, she wouldn't have been involved with Isaac for so long.

Nathan had seen their journey, from the highs to the lows, only for Eltham to come between them. It seemed like a cruel twist of fate. "I know."

Isaac was aware of Brittany's love for him, but with her now by Eltham's side, and him unable to even get close, staying calm was a struggle. "Take care of Hestia, replace a way to let Eltham know she exists."

"Mr. Salter, are you thinking of using Miss Hestia to change Eltham's mind?"

The notion made Nathan instinctively uneasy. Hestia hadn't been having the best time, and he hated to think of using her in any scheme. "Do you think Eltham will change his mind?"

Isaac caught on to Nathan's reluctance, his gaze sharpening, "You and Hestia, know each other?"

Before this.

Know each other?

"Not personally," Nathan realized the misunderstanding and clarified, "I just meant when I found Miss Hestia, she wasn't in a great situation." Isaac didn't press further, "Nathan, her existence is to make Eltham lower his guard, don't mess up my plan."

"Understood."

After leaving the villa, Nathan received a call from the bodyguard.

Twila had caught a fever.

The long journey coupled with not acclimating to the new environment had her nearly delirious.

Initially, Hestia didn't want to trouble Nathan, attempting to cool Twila down Kerself, but as the fever

worsened, panic set in

she

called the bodyguard.

Who then immediately informed Nathan.

Nathan rushed to the hotel.

By the time he arrived, Twila was

ious, and the fever

shot from the det belongs to en.kikisto had

barely made a difference.

Hestia, standing to the side with tears in her eyes, turned away to wipe her face upon seeing Nathan.

"How is she?"

After the doctor's detailed explanation, Nathan rubbed his

forehead in frustration, "Let's

her

to the hospital."

The bodyguard and the doctor took Twila away.

Nathan turned to Hestia, "Ms. Bennett, you should come to the hospital too."

As a mother, seeing her child sick would be agonizing, he understood.

Hestia nodded, "Okay."

The bodyguard and doctor went ahead.

Nathan gestured for Hestia to get into his car, and she instinctively opened the back door.

"Sit up front."

Nathan wasn't used to playing chauffeur for anyone besides Isaac.

Hestia retracted her hand, "Thank you."

She opened the passenger side door and got in.

Nathan's car, an imported model, appeared modest but was, in fact, quite valuable.
