The CEO Wants To Divorce Me -
Chapter 131
"Ezra, I need some time to think it over. Would you like to wait?" Arabella pondered, as the sweet wine flowed down her throat, tipsy. Of course I would!
Ezra's worries dissipated in an instant.
Arabella's willingness to consider proved that she was taking their relationship seriously.
Ezra didn't want to push too hard, "Okay, but don't make me wait too long."
Arabella smiled and nodded.
In order to ease the atmosphere, Ezra took the initiative to create a conversation, "Tomorrow I'm going abroad to talk about cooperation for half a month, would you like to go with me? Just think of it as a trip together."
Arabella and Ezra spent a lot of time together during this period, which delayed a lot of her work. She refused decisively, "I'm afraid I can't. I will prepare a jewelry exhibition in two days, so how about this, you go on a business trip, I will seriously consider your proposal, when you return home, I will give you a clear answer."
Ezra nodded his head and agreed.
The next morning, Arabella walked Ezra out.
The moment the car door closed, Arabella leaned over the car window, gently hugged Ezra, and deliberately pressed her cheek against his as she separated.
Ezra was surprised and delighted, knowing that Arabella had never acted so intimately with him.
Arabella laughed, "Take care of your health, I'll wait for you to come back."
This advice was worth a thousand words, and Ezra began to wonder what kind of reply Arabella would give him.
As she watched Ezra's car drive out of sight, Arabella's gentle air was gone.
She turned into the villa and ordered all the servants to gather in the living room, including Rosie Graham.
Rosie Graham arrived in the living room with the excitement of seeing Ezra right away, and when she saw Arabella's queenly, regal demeanor, her jealousy filled her chest again.
Arabella looked at Rosie Graham playfully, "Rosie Graham, you're fired, now pack your things and get out."
Rosie Graham thought she heard wrong and subconsciously retorted, "I've done nothing wrong, why should you fire me?"
Although Ezra had not given a clear instruction to show everyone the identity of Arabella, all the servants in the villa knew by heart that Ezra treated Arabella as if she was the mistress of the house, yet his actual behavior was enough to prove everything. Rosie Graham, the substitute, would never be as good as the real one.
Arabella arrogantly said, "With me being the mistress of the house now, when you were able to come in at my request, what's wrong with me deciding to ask you to leave?"
"Don't worry, I will give you the compensation you deserve, so get out of my way."
Rosie Graham was so angry that her heart ached, but she was a nobody here, and she was only being bullied by Arabella.
"Fine, I'll go!" Rosie Graham turned around and went upstairs to pack her bags. Before she left, Rosie Graham was still struggling for her life, she secretly dialed Ezra's phone, but there was no answer.
Arabella didn't give her a chance to resist, urging the housekeeper to come up and evict her, and Rosie Graham left in frustration.
Rosie Graham got into a cab when Arabella's phone call came, and she said, "Arabella, haven't you humiliated me enough? What more do you want?"
Arabella laughed, "I just kicked you out, it was just a public drama, you can't take it seriously, what I want you to do next, it will be considered as a compensation for you."
Rosie Graham did not react for a moment, and heard Arabella continue, "You come back now, wait for me at the side door, today is the day I accept the results of your imitation practice, do not let me down." With that, Arabella hung up the phone.
Rosie Graham was overjoyed and immediately asked the driver to stop the car, pulling her suitcase and rushing to the side door of the villa.
Arabella was waiting for her at the curb, "Ezra is going abroad on business for half a month, so you'll be staying at James's instead of me, remember, don't show your face and contact me if anything happens." Rosie Graham was so pleased with herself that she left behind the embarrassment that Arabella had just given her in public, her hard time had finally come to an end!
"I know, you can leave without worrying."
Arabella took her smug look into the bottom of her eyes, and with a sneer in her heart, she flagged down a taxi and left.
Rosie Graham dragged her suitcase, avoiding everyone's eyes, and walked back to the villa to live Arabella's rich life.
Arabella returned to the villa Noah Hall gave her to stay.
Noah Hall saw Arabella and thought he was dreaming, "Bella, what are you doing here?"
Arabella walked up to him and smiled, "What, you don't welcome me? Then I'll leave now."
Noah Hall quickly rushed up and locked the person firmly into his arms, excitedly saying, "Don't go!" His voice carried a hint of suppression, "I miss you so much, I'm going crazy thinking about you, let me hold you for a while." Arabella's eyes flashed with a flicker of pain, she hugged Noah Hall back and gave him a few pats on the back, "Okay, okay, I know you miss me, so didn't I take the time to come see you?"
Noah Hall reconciled himself and let Arabella go. "I saw all these rumors about you and Ezra on the Internet, and I thought you and him had made up."
He was referring to the intimate photos of Arabella and Ezra dating some time ago, which were snapped by the media. Although the media thought it was Rosie Graham next to Ezra, Noah Hall knew it was Arabella. Arabella explained, "I agreed to go out with him just so he would let his guard down and think I had forgiven him, when it was all a lie. Noah you can rest assured."
Noah Hall had trouble sleeping and eating during the period when he and Arabella stopped contacting each other. He was worried that Arabella would not be able to resist Ezra's passionate pursuit and fall into it again. "Bella, why don't you move back here instead of living with Ezra?"
"Well, I'll continue to live here from now on, Noah, come over here, I have something to tell you."
Arabella crooked her finger at Noah Hall, who walked over towards her unprepared.
Arabella told Noah Hall all about her plans, but he refused, "No, regardless of what Ezra will do to you if he replaces out Rosie Graham's fake identity, those people in Hall's Group are no good, and I don't want to get you involved in Hall's Group's problems. " Arabella continued, "Ezra will stay abroad for half a month, he has no way to keep an eye on you all the time, this is a great time for you to take power, Noah, you think of me in everything, you know I also want to help you in any way I can." "Noah, the struggle for power is never going to be peaceful, do you want me to watch you being suppressed?"
Noah Hall did not care about the power of Hall's Group from the beginning, if not for the fact that he was capable enough to guard Bella, he might never have appeared in front of Hall's Group people and be bound by Hall's Group.
Arabella saw that he was moved and said, "I will stay in the shadows to observe the current form of business competition for you, while the Hall's Group side will still be handled by you, and we will work together from the inside and the outside, I promise you, once I replace out the danger, I will pull out immediately."
Weighing the pros and cons, Noah Hall agreed, "Okay, let's go with your plan."
For the next half month, Arabella and Noah Hall had a clear division of labor. She went to work at her company on time every day, and called Rosie Graham from time to time to synchronize their schedule, to ensure that James's people would not replace any problems. The plan was in order, and in the midst of her busy schedule, Arabella was ready to create a surprise for Noah Hall.
She planned to design a ring for Noah Hall.
With a loud bang, the office door was rudely kicked open and a group of people burst into Arabella's office in full force.
