After he left, Darcy gave a snort, “Ms. Elowen won't step down that easily. She will definitely have afull-on showdown with Evelyn.”

“Let them fight it out. We'll just be the bystanders reaping the benefits.” Lily chuckled.

Aurelia sipped her coffee, whispering, “We need to keep an eye on the Marketing Department. Wecan't let Mr. Louis stir any trouble behind our backs.”

"Don’t worry. If there's anything going on in the Marketing Department, Jesper will let me knowright away.” Lily assured.

After lunch, they returned to the office, and Aurelia checked her WhatsApp.

The Muse Club group chat was buzzing.

During last night's Halloween party, Elowen was caught passionately dancing and kissing Mr. Foster,publicly showing Mr. Leopold being cheated.

There were videos for proof.

Aurelia gasped, thinking that Elowen must have been drunk. She knew Elowen’s tolerance to alcoholwas

pretty poor.

Despite the CEO's frequent appearances with Evelyn in public, such outrageous scenes had neveroccurred before.

By the time Aurelia arrived, Elowen was already there, looking haggard, without any makeup.

“You heard about the party last night, didn't you?” Elowen asked.

Aurelia nodded, “I saw it in the Muse Club group chat. Were you drunk?”

“If I hadn't been drunk, could I have been so reckless?”

Elowen scratched her head in frustration. She had been so intoxicated that she mistook Mr. Fosterfor Leopold. Thankfully, her personal assistant came in time to take her away. Otherwise, she mighthave lost her chastity.

“What should I do now? Leopold will surely call off the engagement. You need to help me. If I godown, Evelyn will rise, and you'll go down too.” Elowen said.

Aurelia rubbed her forehead. What could she do? She wasn't from PR, skilled in managing crises.

“I think you should position yourself as the victim. He was the one who cheated first, his affair withEvelyn broke your heart. At the party, you were ridiculed, and everyone knew about his infidelity.You felt extremely embarrassed and humiliated, which led to you drinking excessively andmisidentifying Mr. Foster as the CEO.”

That evening, Elara brought Elowen to the Stirling mansion for an apology visit.

Coincidentally, Fredric was also there. He had found out that the online trolls targeting Jelena werehired by Sheryl and was complaining to Jessica, obviously intending to divorce.

Seeing Elowen, he smirked, “Girl, you had too much to drink last night, didn't you? Your video withFoster has circulated all over high society. It's quite scandalous, and it's not a good look for ourLeopold.”

Elara shot him a glare, “Enough, Fredric. You haven't even cleaned up your own mess, so don't addfuel to

the fire.”

Jessica sighed heavily, “Why can't any of you children give me some peace?”

Elara whispered, “Where's Leopold?”
