Sipping on her smoothie, Jelena suddenly remembered something and murmured, “There's a high—profile party tomorrow. Would you like to come with me?”

Aurelia shook her head, “I'm pregnant, and I can’t drink or dance, so I should probably pass.”Jelena gave her a reassuring pat on the shoulder, “Don’t worry. It's a simple gathering. We'll justchat, nibble on some appetizers, and maybe play some board games. As you're about to marry intothe Stirling family, you should familiarize yourself with the crowd.”

Jolin chimed in with a smile, “Jelena’s got a point. You should go. As long as you avoid intenseactivities, you'll be fine.”

“Alright,” Aurelia gave a slight nod, feeling a bit hot, and she loosened her scarf.

The love bite on her neck was exposed.

Jolin noticed it right away and asked anxiously, “Aurelia, your neck’s all red. Did you have an allergicreaction?”

Aurelia suddenly remembered the love bite left by Leopold and quickly tied back her scarf, “I thinksomething bit me yesterday, and it turned red after I scratched it.”

Jelena caught her strange move. Sitting closer, she had a better view than Jolin.

In disbelief, she took a sip of her juice, keeping her thoughts to herself.

Aurelia may have had another man besides Arnold.

She didn't think Aurelia would cheat on Arnold and ruin her perfect marriage.

Jolin, oblivious to the situation, advised, “Pick up some calamine lotion on your way home, and it'ssafe for pregnant women.”

“Sure,” Aurelia nodded.

The next day after work, Aurelia and Jelena headed to the party. It's a popular gathering spot for theupper crust.

Upon entering, they ran into Fredric.

Aurelia knew he'd be there. High society had their exclusive circles, outsiders could only get in ifthey were invited.

Seeing Aurelia, he greeted her with a smile, “Never thought I'd become an uncle so soon.”

Among the Stirling brothers, he was the only one married, hence they didn't have nieces ornephews.

Just as they sat down, Leopold and Evelyn strolled in.

It seemed like Leopold was always with Evelyn lately. He was completely lovestruck.

Feeling embarrassed, she quickly bit into a piece of cake.

Leopold noticed her reaction. She was probably cooking up crazy theories in her head again.Evelyn smirked, “Aurelia, I didn't expect you to fit into the Stirling family so quickly”

“Your relationship is just budding, but Aurelia is already part of the family. Arnold told us once thebaby is born, they'll marry in Malta,” Fredric chuckled.
