Chapter 352

“Sure thing.” Kane nodded.

Mira clapped her hands in joy, “Kane is the best. Mira loves Kane the most.”

Nina stuck out her tongue. She was already in elementary school, a big kid who didn’t play withBarbie dolls anymore.

Aurelia glanced at the children and followed Leopold to the living room to greet the relatives.Leopold wrapped his arm around her shoulder, “Since Arnold has called off his wedding, let's haveours first. I've already picked a date. February 6th is a good day, so let's set it then.”

Aurelia was taken aback, her eyes wide in shock as she stared at him, at a loss for words. Jessica wassurprised too because Leopold had never mentioned this to her.

One of Leopold's uncles chuckled, “A reunion between Leopold and Aurelia deserves a weddingcelebration. We, the Stirling family, have a double celebration this year.”

Everyone else agreed. But Aurelia felt as if a tsunami was crashing inside her.

On stepping out of the living room, she pulled Leopold into the backyard, “Why a wedding? We'renot even back together yet?”

Leopold held her hand, caressing it gently, “Whether or not you want to get back together, I want togive you a wedding.” His eyes sparkled with warmth. He quickly slipped a diamond ring onto herring finger, giving her no chance to resist.

The ring was unique, designed by him, and featured a rare, heart-shaped, red diamond at its center.Red was the rarest color for a diamond, making this one truly one-of-a-kind.

Aurelia felt the weight of the ring on her finger. She tried to remove it, but couldn't.

His lips curled into a seductive smile as he gripped her hand again, “Once my ring is on, it's notcoming off.”

“Leopold...” She wanted to say something, but he silenced her with a finger on her lips.

“I want to give you a wedding, Aurelia. I want you to wear my ring. Don't reject me.”

“But...”

“There are no buts.” He leaned in, kissing her lips.

Her heart was in chaos. She knew he had announced the wedding in front of everyone to give herno chance to decline.

And knowing his character, once he'd decided, nothing could change it.

Nina appeared from nowhere and giggled at the sight of them, “Uncle Leopold and Aunt Aurelia arekissing.”

Leopold let go of Aurelia and ruffled Nina's hair, “Sweetie, where are your siblings?”

“They went upstairs. We're going to watch cartoons together.” Nina stuck out her tongue and raninto the living room.

Aurelia, slightly embarrassed, pushed Leopold away and followed Nina.

In the parlor, Lisa sat by the window, catching sight of this scene.

She was envious. If only Arnold could be like that with her, she would be so happy.

Lizzy sat next to her and also saw the scene, a flash of jealousy in her eyes.

These days, she couldn't get Leopold's handsome face out of her mind. She could almost imaginethe muscular body hidden beneath his expensive tailor-made shirt. She wanted to spend apassionate night with him. Aurelia was clearly a boring woman, while Lizzy was sure she could makehim feel like he was in heaven.

“I don't see what's so great about Aurelia. She's poor and ordinary, not even fit to be my maid. Whydo both Arnold and Leopold like her?”

Lisa gave her a look, “Lizzy, mind your words. Don't let outsiders hear you and tarnish the reputationof our family.”

Lizzy pouted, “I've always been straightforward. I'm just telling the truth. Are you saying that thedaughters in our family can't even compare to a commoner girl?"
