Her big eyes were fixated on Chirpy, giggling non-stop. Every now and then, her chubby littlehands would reach out, trying to touch Chirpy.

Each time she nearly made contact, Chirpy would flutter its wings and chirp, “No touchy!”Margot, the older sister, would swoop in, slapping the little hand away, “Don’t touch Chirpy, hedoesn’t like it."

Bella pouted, her eyes welling up with tears, on the brink of crying.

William comforted her like a mini adult, “Don’t cry, Ill get Chirpy to sing a song for you.”

Chirpy bobbed his head and began to sing, “I'm just a little birdie, 1 wanna fly so high, but I justcan't reach the sky...”

Jolin sighed, “I got used to Leopold and Kane coming over on this day. It's become a tradition.”Avery scoffed, “Forget about him, he’s no better than Arnold.”

Jolin showed a hint of sadness, “Arnold married someone else too, didn’t he? The Stirling brotherswere destined to have a short relationship with Aurelia.”

Just as she was speaking, a Bentley pulled up outside the house, then a handsome, tall manstepped out of the car.

Avery recognized him. It was Elvis, the son of the Cooper family.

“Mom, you don't have to be upset anymore, a prospective son-in-law is here to pay his respects.Aurelia is a catch, she won't have any trouble getting married again.”

Jolin's eyes lit up. She hurriedly instructed Avery to fetch Aurelia from her room, then went to openthe front gate.

Elvis smiled politely, introducing himself, “Madame, my name is Elvis, a friend of Aurelia. I waspassing by and thought It would be a good idea to visit you.”

“Come in and have a seat.” Jolin's eyes were practically squinting from her wide smile.

The Cooper heir was not bad at all, handsome and charming. He was no less than her previoussons—in-law.

From her bedroom window, Aurelia spotted Elvis. Her heart skipped a beat as she hadn't expectedhim to show up at her home.
