Suzy quickly pulled the young assistant away. Once the assistant was steadied, Suzy whispered a few words to her, and the assistant ran off with tears in her eyes. Winter was about to lash out, but when she saw that it was Suzy, her anger found no outlet. She could only glare at Suzy. "What do you think you're doing?"

"I should be asking you that!" Suzy said as she poured another cup of water for Winter, subtly gesturing for Winter to look around.

"This is a film set. All these eyes are on you. You're a big star now, constantly under scrutiny. The issue with Ethel from the other day hasn't even fully blown over yet. Do you really want to give people more ammunition against you?" Suzy handed the water to Winter. "If you don't like the assistant, I can get rid of her as I've already told you. I'm here with you now, and I can handle these things!" Suzy continued, trying to calm Winter down.

As it was Suzy talking, Winter listened because she felt guilty toward her. Winter reflected on Suzy's words. "I was just really angry for a moment."

"I know you're upset, but you have to choose the right time and place. Jane isn't around, so I'll be with you in her stead," Suzy said, sitting down to continue analyzing the situation.

"You've just joined Royal Star, and given your past incidents, the company might still be watching you. Acting like this won't help your reputation with them."

Hearing this, Winter calmed down significantly. She held Suzy's hand and nodded. "Suzy, you're right. It's a good thing you're here with me. Otherwise, if today's incident got out, it would've caused a lot of trouble. "Ronald helped me resolve an issue a few days ago, but it seems like Royal Star isn't too happy with me. What should I do now?"

"Don't worry. Any dissatisfaction from Royal Star's people is likely temporary. Just think, if this show performs well once it airs, your commercial value will rise, and Royal Star will surely see you in a new light," Suzy said, seeing that Winter had stabilized.

"What you need to focus on now is doing a great job on this show. After you wrap up, take a good break. I spoke to Mr. Wells recently, and he said Royal Star is negotiating a major endorsement deal for you. Once

you land that, what's there to worry about?"

"That makes sense. I'll do as you say and focus on acting well!" Winter agreed, realizing that even though she was currently with Royal Star and Xavier had a good relationship with Charles, business was business. Charles might do Xavier a favor once but not indefinitely. If she did not put in the effort, even Charles would not keep helping her.

"It's great that you're thinking this way. Let's go over the script for the next scene. You need to give your best performance. Your acting skills have always been strong, and you need to make the director notice you," Suzy encouraged.

After Winter adjusted her mindset,

Suzy immediately had someone

come over to touch up Winter's

makeup. Winter's next scene was an

important one opposite the małe

lead, and if she did well, it would change the director's perception of her.

In the entertainment industry, talent was everything. Even if there were bad rumors, new works could quickly overshadow past scandals.

After wrapping up filming that evening, the first thing Winter did was tell Jane that she wanted to fire one of her assistants, saying that having Suzy around was enough. Jane did not hesitate to agree.

Since following Winter to Royal Star, Jane realized that this company was entirely different from her previous agency. They offered her absolute authority and freedom.
