"It's not that. I went to Royal Star to ask about it, but the person in charge still hasn't provided a definitive list," Becky said, pausing for a moment.

"Royal Star has promoted two promising newcomers over the past two years, but Mr. Wells said they lack the necessary experience. I haven't made any final decisions yet. Mr. Hoffman, do you have any suggestions?" "Let Ronald handle the selection himself. You don't need to worry about this matter," Charles replied.

At Royal Star Entertainment, the news about Collosus Group's year-end party had also reached them. The producer Ruby was in a meeting with other senior members and key figures at Royal Star.

Every year, Royal Star sends a few of their artists to support Collosus Group's event, and being chosen to participate was a sign of favor from the parent company. Many artists eagerly vie for the opportunity, but only a few are selected. This year's proposed list included Royal Star's top artist, Brielle, and newly signed talent, Lara Ocean. The rest of the spots were still undecided.

Meanwhile, in Winter's dressing room, Jane was busy with preparations. Winter had just returned from finishing her shoot in Ivory Heights and was trying to adjust her sleep schedule when Jane called her in.

...

"What's going on?" Winter asked, visibly tired. She had been filming day and night, and now that the production had wrapped, she expected some downtime.

To make matters worse, Xavier had been so preoccupied with work that he had not paid her much attention, leading to a near-argument between them.

Winter had recently learned that

Xavier was in a bad mood because Frotconn had failed to secure a deal with Collosus Group for the West City project. Winter could not help but wonder what connection Xavier had to Charles, and why such a seemingly simple collaboration was so elusive.

"It's good news, of course," Jane said with a smile, closing the door and taking Winter's hand. "You won't believe who came from headquarters today." "Headquarters? You mean Collosus?" Winter blinked, puzzled. "It's not that unusual for someone from Collosus Group to come by. They visit almost every few days."

"But this time it's Mr. Wells, one of Mr. Hoffman's closest associates," Jane said excitedly. "He's here because of Collosus Group's year-end party."

"Collosus Group's year-end party? What does that have to do with Royal Star?" Winter asked, still not seeing the connection.

She knew Royal Star was a

subsidiary of Collosus Group, but its operations were mostly

independent, and the relationship was not very direct. Winter did not understand why Collosus Group's year-end event would be of such significance to Royal Star,

"You probably don't know this since you just signed with Royal Star this year, but every year, Royal Star sends a few representatives to Collosus Group's year-end party to perform.

"Being selected to perform at

Collosus Group's event is a big deal because it shows how much Royal Star values its artists. Plus, with so many people attending the Collosus event, including media coverage, it's a great promotional opportunity.

"If you were to participate and maybe even get a chance to speak with Charles, imagine what that could do for your status and position!"

"You want me to attend this year's party?" Winter's eyes lit up. Even though she had been with Royal Star for a few months, the company had mainly focused on arranging drama roles for her, with little else in the way of promotional activities. Winter had been a priority at her previous agency, but at Royal Star, she felt somewhat sidelined, which created a psychological gap she found hard to bridge.
