Charles gave a casual glance before randomly picking a photo and handing it to Ronald. "This one," he said. He then noticed a picture of Janet and pointed at it. "Include this one too." Ronald looked surprised and slightly confused. "Mr. Hoffman, are you sure about this? It seems like you're putting yourself on the line. It doesn't seem worth it."

Charles narrowed his eyes. "This is the fastest way, and I can't wait any longer."

He waved his hand. "Have it done tonight. I want this news on the front page by tomorrow morning, and make sure it reaches those in Capiton too." "Understood, I'll get right on it," Ronald responded. He realized that Charles was willing to take this step because he was truly running out of patience.

These people had crossed his boundaries. Charles would not have been so eager to act otherwise.

After Ronald left, Charles dismissed the bodyguards and headed straight to the parking lot. He called Noelle again. "Still not done?"

"Almost. I'm heading down now. Mr. Parker is giving Arya a ride, so I'll drive myself. What about you?"

"I'm in the parking lot. Let's head back together. If you don't want to ride with me, we can at least drive home side by side."

"Alright." Noelle chuckled, thinking that most people had already left by now. "You lead, and I'll follow."

Charles got into his car and left a few minutes earlier, with Noelle following soon after. After saying goodbye to Brian and Arya, she drove away from The Majestic Lounge. Tonight had been exhausting, and Noelle felt the fatigue settling in. She drove slowly while staying on the call with Charles.

The soft notes of 'Liekkas' played from his end, creating a soothing atmosphere.

Feeling more relaxed, Noelle laughed lightly. "I didn't expect you to listen to this kind of music."

"Yeah, Becky downloaded it, and I found it pretty good," Charles replied with a soft laugh. "Nelly, doesn't this feel like we're in some sort of undercover operation? We're married, but we still have to sneak around. When will you let me go

public with this?"

Noelle could not help but laugh, her cheeks turning red. "You say that like it's my decision. If you want, we can announce it tomorrow."

Noelle had thought it through. Hiding their relationship was not sustainable. If the Hoffman family could not accept her, it would not matter whether they voiced their objection now or later.

Being secretive only made things more complicated, and she preferred to be open about it.

She continued, "Besides, this way, your parents will know that you're my husband. They can then stop setting you up on blind dates, she grumbled softly.

Charles paused for a moment, then laughed warmly. His voice was tinged with amusement and affection. "Is my wifey jealous? Hmm? Jealous of Janet and me?"

"Of course not!" Noelle quickly denied it, flustered that Charles had hit the nail on the head.

"I just think that... You know, you're my husband, but your parents keep arranging matches for you. What does that make me, your lawfully wedded wife?"
