Sunny caught the ball of paper, uncrumpled it to see if it was correct, and immediately tore it up.

Sunny said earnestly, “I don’t need to. I’m confident that Jeremy will neither betray my sister nor sleepwith you.”

Corinne narrowed her eyes. “Is that so? Then why didn’t your sister marry him? I would have nothing todo with either of them if that had been the case.”
