The Day I Kissed An Older Man -
Chapter 2492
"That's that for today. There are only a few sessions left. You just need to make sure to memorize the movements. No need for intensive training." "Alright, I have remembered everything. I've also reserved a ticket for you. It will be my pleasure to have you in the audience!"
Melody smiled and waved goodbye to the excited choreographer. After all, Melody's meet and greet tickets were highly sought after and sold out. It was really thoughtful of Melody to have reserved a ticket for her choreographer.
She watched as Lucas and Melody left. Lucas put a coat over Melody's shoulders considerately before Melody walked out of the room.
"Put on the coat. You might catch a cold if you step into the wind after sweating."
Melody reached out and put on her coat. She approached Lucas and softly asked, "Did I dance okay?"
For some reason, Lucas blushed when she got close. "Yes...you did."
"No way." Melody's eyes widened in surprise. "Why are you blushing?"
She had never seen such an expression on Lucas' face before.
"Are you shy?" Melody was infected with the blush, too.
Even though she always heard positive comments from the choreographers, she never felt confident.
She had not danced in front of people for so many years. It was also going to be her first time on such a big stage, surrounded by fans who loved her. She wanted to surprise them, but Lucas' reaction was really beyond her expectations.
Lucas seemed unwilling to admit it.
It was only when they reached home, as Lucas opened the car door for her, she vaguely heard a voice from behind saying, "Not bad."
In fact, it was far more than just not
bad.
posseat moment, Lucas even felt posse. He did not want
to dance in front of so many people.
Melody was so charming on stage.
He had imagined what Melody would be like when she danced, but his imagination was far less impactful than seeing it in reality.
The moment he saw Melody dancing, he just wanted to possess this woman completely.
Ding-dong!
Lucas and Melody, at this point, lived in another building. Apart from the two of them, there was only a lady who would occasionally clean the place for them.
Melody was about to enjoy some alone time with Lucas, so she was not expecting someone to ring the doorbell.
"Who's there?"
She had already showered, the scent of her body wash lingering. Melody wiped her hair and walked to the door.
The face that appeared on the intercom screen surprised her.
"Thalia? What's she doing here?" Melody wondered if Thalia would still hang around ever since that incident. When she discussed with Lucas about Thalia, she also made her stance clear.
Since the last conversation, Thalia
was clear that they could never be a couple and obediently retreated to merely being Lucas' friend. 'Sister', to be precise.
Even though Melody did not trust Thalia, she did not care too much. She just needed to be sure of Lucas' stance. Slightly displeased, Melody opened the door.
Thalia did not think anything was wrong. They had already fallen out, but Quinn was adamant on defending her friend.
