[To be honest, when I first heard Nathan and Melody were starring in War Song, I didn't have high expectations for the movie since they were both newcomers. But there haven't been too many good movies coming out in theaters lately, so I just thought I'd watch their movie. It sort of helped that they're both incredibly good-looking. But guess what? They were both amazing!]

On movie rating apps, most comments were about the surprising plot and the impressive acting skills of the two new actors, with Melody being particularly stunning. [Exactly! When she appeared in the first scene, I understood why Shaun insisted on casting her.]

Many social media users shared the same sentiment. [You're right. People shouldn't judge by appearances, especially when it comes to someone as beautiful as Melody. She's so natural and comfortable to watch. When she's on screen, it's like Athena herself is there...]

Melody received waves of praise for her acting skills, although she felt shy about all the compliments. Meanwhile, Lucas earnestly checked the app every day to see how others creatively praised her.

"Hey, look at this one. They said you're like the goddess Athena incarnate. Even the previous Best Actress winner wasn't as naturally talented as you when she first started."

Melody pouted. "Can't you stop reading all these compliments? There's still a long way to go before I can be compared to the Best Actress!"

"I can't help it. I'm learning how to praise you from them. Besides, how are you not as good as the Best Actress? Your acting skills are much better than hers when she first started, and this isn't just my biased opinion."

Melody chuckled at Lucas's behavior. Despite his aloof exterior, he was doing something so uncharacteristic. "Do your subordinates at your company know you're like this at home?"

Lucas glanced at her indifferently. "Who do you think made me like this? You heartless woman."

Melody pounced on him as soon as she caught his gaze. "How do you know I'm saying bad things about you? You're clearly very adorable! Honey..."

She elongated her voice in a playful manner, which Lucas was helpless against. With a slight effort, he scooped her up. "Are you reassured now? Everyone loves you."

Melody nuzzled into his neck. "I don't

need everyone to love me. I just hope they'll watch the movie without prejudice. After all, all the cast and crew worked hard in making the movie, and I don't want to ruin their effort."

Lucas kissed her on the forehead. This was who Melody was-she would always care about others first before caring about herself. She could ignore the haters if she were the only one being criticized, but when it came to her colleagues, she could not.

With the frequent success reports of the movie's box office, it exceeded not only Melody's expectations but also Shaun's. It was not just good; it was too good.

They had submitted their film for consideration for year-end movie awards. Both Nathan and Melody had applied for Best Newcomer awards. Shaun was especially confident that Melody would win.

Melody was hopeful. She loved

acting and naturally craved

recognition in awards. Winning the

award would mean not only the audience's recognition of her acting skills but also about industry professionals' acknowledgment.
