“If 1 get hurt, I'll definitely tell my mom, and she'll have your salary deducted!" Holly's voice echoedthrough the studio, her declaration carrying a blend of indignation and defiance. As her bodyguard:advanced, they spoke up, addressing Ranita, "Miss Bowman, please release Miss Stuart.”

The bodyguards recognized Ranita and were hesitant to escalate the situation, but with Amiya astheir boss, they were ultimately responsible for Holly's security.

Ranita pushed aside Holly's hand and spoke firmly, "You saw it yourself; Holly attacked me first. Iwas merely defending myself. Holly, we live in a society governed by law, not one ruled by thenumber of allies one can muster. I kindly request you to leave with your people.”

Rubbing her wrist with an air of annoyance, Holly sneered, "Leave? Ranita, there's somethingdelightful I'd like to share with you today."

Ranita, however, was devastated as she realized that buried deeper in the paperwork was a consentform she had unwittingly signed herself.

"Unbelievable! How could you not know?" Holly exulted. "Your two dear friends would do anythingfor money!"

“Ranita, your shock is quite the spectacle! I'd love to capture it and savor it later!"

Holly had it all planned, with the Stuart family's influence behind her. Ranita couldn't help but feeldeeply hurt that Mia and Carl had turned their backs on her in this manner. She had especiallybelieved Mia would stand by her, as she hadn't mentioned the transfer when she visited Ranita inthe hospital.

“Ranita, now that I own the studio, I really fancy this office! Can you clean up and make room forme?" Holly's tone was insolent, and Ranita's unease stemmed from the impending chaos Hollywould surely bring into the studio.

It was evident that Holly's actions were solely intended to target her. With Holly present, the studiowould never experience peace.

Ranita's heart sank. She had believed that without love, she could focus on working hard, but itseemed someone was determined to push her into a deep abyss.

"Holly, what do you truly want... no, what do you and Mrs. Stuart actually desire?"

Holly, arms crossed and chin lifted in haughty defiance, quirked a disdainful smile. "Ranita, if youkneel and beg for mercy, I might consider making your torment a bit less excruciating..."
