The Ex-Husband’s Revenge By Dragonsky -
Chapter 2687
Chapter 2687
"Oh, no! Did something bad happen to them?" The Western Boss slammed the table and stood.
The Southern Boss reminded him repeatedly that Leon was resourceful and formidable beyond his
imagination.
However, due to the misleading information Felton gave and the fact that the Southern Boss did not
meet Hugh in person to confirm if he was Leon, the Western Boss looked down on Hugh and did not
take the Southern Boss's warning to heart.
However, seeing as Diego and the others were late to return, an ominous feeling overwhelmed him.
Instinctively, he realized that the Southern Boss's warning may have been genuine and Leon was likely
more powerful than he imagined.
If that was the case, Diego and the others likely failed.
"That's impossible! Dad, Diego, and the others are strong. Even if they failed to capture Leon, it's not
likely that they were all defeated! I'm sure that a few of those big shots are still in the hotel in the hope
of working with Cynthion Group. Diego and the others probably haven't gotten the chance to act and
that's why it's taking so long," Felton said casually.
He knew that Diego, Enzo, and Milo were all formidable martial artists who were in the Semi-Almighty
State or above.
Diego was in the initial Almighty state and with this trio, they could stand a chance against Leon even if
he was in the Intermediate Almighty State.
At the very least, they could choose to run if they could not rival Leon.
Apart from that, Felton fought Leon before, and judging from Leon's explosive power and speed, he
assumed that Leon was in the Advanced Emperor State.
Though Leon possessed godly speed, his agility still stopped at the SemiAlmighty State and he could
not possibly be in the Intermediate Almighty State.
On top of that, Leon was a few years younger than him so he could not be that strong as it would be
unrealistic.
Hence, he concluded that Diego and the others simply did not replace the right chance to attack Leon and
needed more time.
"Well, you're right. I'm probably worried over nothing." The Western Boss considered his words and felt
that they made sense.
Diego and the others were formidable and Leon was outnumbered.
The three of them could not possibly all fail without a single one of them managing to escape unless
Leon already reached the Intermediate Almighty State.
However, that would be impossible considering Leon's age.
If that were true, Leon's talent would be unheard of as not a single martial artist in the younger
generation achieved such greatness in the past.
Even martial artists in the first and second generations would struggle to reach the Intermediate
Almighty State despite trying all their lives, not to mention a youngster like Leon.
The Western Boss simply did not think that Leon would be so talented unless there was a miracle.
