(Rose)

I just watch Ash as he tells me about his dream. He seems a bit off though. I think that he is hiding something from me. I just leave it be, he will tell me when he is ready.

I start to sit up, but Ash grabs my waist and pulls me back down. “Where do you think you are going?” He asks me.

I giggle. “ I have to pee, so I am headed to the bathroom. And since the sun is already coming up I was going to go for a walk before breakfast.” I tell him while trying to get back up.

“I think that we should go eat first to make sure that you have your strength back. And then we need to go have a meeting with my father.” He tells me.

“Oh, is everything okay?” I ask him.

“Ya everything is okay, we just all need to talk about the vampires. And what the plan is for you and your training.” He says to me.

I kind of forgot about the vampires. “How could you forget about the vampires? They are gonna be a lot of help to you in the next few weeks.” The voice in my head says.

“Lilly, is that you?” I ask out loud.

“Are you talking to your wolf?” Ash asks.

“Ya I think I am. It’s the voice in my head. “I believe it is Lilly, the moon goddess’ wolf.” I tell him.

When talking to your wolf, you can just think it. It’s like talking to yourself, you don’t have to speak out loud.” Ash explains to me.

“Oh ya, that may be easier. And I won’t look so strange to others.” I say to him with a giggle.

“So why don’t we shower and get ready for the day? Then we can go down to the kitchen and eat before going to see my dad.” Ash says to me.

I blush at the thought. Does he want to shower with me?

“Umm. Do you mean we shower together?” I ask him.

“Do you want to shower with me?” He asks with a grin on his face.

I think about it for a second. Before I can answer, my body feels funny and I am tingly all over. I feel like I am being pushed to the back of my own mind.

“Yes, she wants to shower with you.” I hear. It’s my voice, but different.

“How did you do that?” I ask myself.

“With practice it will be easier.” The voice says to me.

“Lilly?” I ask again.

“Yes Rose,” she says and I can feel myself smiling.

“Well Lilly it is a pleasure to have you here. Can you please give Rose back control? She needs to be the one to tell me what she wants.” Ash says to her.

“Okay lover boy, I’ll give her control. But soon enough, I will be present to play with you and Aspen.” She says before I am back in control of things.

“Well that was new,” I say to Ash.

He laughs at me. “You will get used to it and it will not be so strange.” He says.

“I would like to shower with you, if you are okay with that.” I say to him looking at the floor blushing.

He places his hand under my chin and lifts my face so that I am looking at him. I feel the sparks from his tough and I let out a sigh.

“There is no need to be embarrassed Rose, we are mates. It is normal to want to be with each other at all times. And I would love to shower with you. I promise to keep my hands to myself. I will not push you to do things you are not ready for.” Ash says to me.

“Let me go grab a clean set of clothes and I will meet you in the shower.” Ash says to me.

I nod to him and I walk over and grab my clothes for the day. I walk into the bathroom and turn the shower on.

Does he like hot showers or cold showers? I ask myself. I am now a little stressed that he wont like the water temperature.

“He will be okay, just make the water comfortable for you. You can always change it when he comes in here if needed.” Lilly says to me.

“That is true,” I say to her.

“The water is going to get cold if you just stay standing here like this.” Ash says from behind me.

“I was worried that you wouldn’t like the temperature, so I was waiting for you.” I say to him.

He sticks his hand under the running water, “it feels perfect,” He says to me.

“OK good.” I say as I turn my back to him and start to undress. I hear him removing his clothes as well.

“Just turn around and look, he is ours to look at.” Lilly says to me.

I ignore her. She keeps up with the comments about how big she thinks his manh00d is, I let out a low growl.

“Fighting with Lilly?” Ash asks with a laugh.

“Ya, how did you know?” I ask him.

“Cuz I am arguing with Aspen as well. He thinks I should sneak a peek. But I am going to wait until you tell me I can look at you.” Ash says to me.

“You have already seen me n.aked.” I say to him with a sigh.

“Yes, but I wasn’t looking at you to get a peek at my beautiful mate. I was helping you as you couldn’t do the things that were needed.” He explains.

I sigh.

“You are my mate and I want you to be comfortable when you show me your body. This is the first time that you have given yourself to me and the mate bond. Seeing you n.aked last night was me just seeing your body. Not me seeing you.” He trys to explain his feelings to me.

“ I sigh. So we both turn around on three. How does that sound to you?” I ask Ash.

“That works for me,” he says.

“Okay, One… Two… please remember that I am very self-conscious. No one has seen me n.aked. As I have no wolf, there was no need for it.” I say to him.

“Yes Rose, I know. But I am positive you are perfect.” He says to me.

“One, two, three…”
