For a moment, Haley's charm, pitiful, and helplessness shocked Jagoan and almost made him lose control.

After a beat, however, he returned to his senses and said with a smile, "I know, many people on Starfall Continent cannot help themselves... But I'll give you a chance. Bring your daughter and leave by yourselves. Trust me, you'll be fine."

However, Haley obviously did not believe Jagoan.

As an answer, a light appeared on her body, and a burst of power of the stars surged.

Jagoan was quite surprised. He did not expect Haley to practice such rare rules of the star.

Before she could make a move, Jagoan said coldly, "I advise you to not do anything and think of your daughter. Of course, if you don't have a daughter, you can forget it. Besides, I can't let such a beautiful woman as you die. That'd be a pity..."

Hearing Jagoan's somewhat flirtatious words, Haley paused and called out to her daughter. She chose to believe Jagoan, but in fact, she had no other choice, because she had read Jagoan's information. In the end, Haley and her daughter were shrouded in a burst of light.

When they reappeared, they were in a huge medicine garden that was covered with countless herbs, which made Haley exclaim.

The medicine garden was very big with countless herbs swaying in the wind and a building at the end. The garden was covered by a huge magic circle with a vast forest and countless creatures outside. The next moment, Jagoan appeared beside Haley.

Looking at her exotic face, Jagoan felt a little restless and asked, "I won't let my followers suffer. Do you have other relatives?"

"No, it's just us," Haley replied.

Her daughter had long run away, chasing after the small animals in the medicine garden which were not afraid of humans.

"Gail is not my daughter, but an orphan I met a few years ago," Haley explained.

Jagoan smiled and said, "Even if she was your daughter, it doesn't affect your charm."

As soon as he said that, Jagoan regretted it.

What was he doing?

How could he have such thoughts?

Seeing Haley's blushing face, Jagoan changed the subject and said, "During this time, you may help me take care of my medicine garden. After I leave, I need to trouble you again."

After Jagoan left, Haley returned to her senses. She did not hear Jagoan's last remark at all.

In fact, she was a pitiful person. She grew up in Sand City with a strange background and had never experienced a romantic relationship before. As far as she could remember, she was constantly training and carrying out missions. She never learned how to feel emotions besides strict obedience.

After meeting her 'daughter', she felt tenderness in her heart for the first time.

While Haley was lost in thought, her daughter, Gail, said, "Mom, look at the big bird in the sky!"

Haley looked at the big roc above her head in surprise.

What was that?

Was this place unsafe?

By the time she got her daughter into her arms, the big roc appeared in front of her, looking at them with huge eyes.

"Tsk, tsk, that kid Jagoan is keeping a mistress here, hehe..."

The big roc's voice sounded somewhat lecherous, which reassured Haley. It was fine as long as it was not an enemy because the vibe of the big roc was too scary.

Gail looked at the big roc curiously and said, "Hey, why can you speak?"

The big roc looked at the girl and said, "Jagoan is so lucky to have picked up a treasure. It turns out to be a natural Immortal Exquisite Physique..."
