Jagoan could see many broken statues of giants were scattered all over, and there were huge marks here and there. It was hard to imagine that these were traces left behind in a battle. Numerous dilapidated ancient buildings exuded a whiff of history. Ancient texts adorned the collapsed walls like a huge treasure that could make others lose themselves uncontrollably.

This was the first time that Jagoan saw other practitioners in the Deadly Desert, but they were fixated on the ancient texts, sometimes appearing happy and sometimes sad as if those ancient texts had magical powers.

They were not alarmed by Jagoan's arrival, seeming unaware at all. However, when he was about to walk amidst the crowd, someone appeared in front of Jagoan.

"Buddy, is this your first time here?"

After the person spoke, Jagoan glanced at him.

He was a teenage boy with an earnest face, but there was a trace of brilliance in his eyes. Jagoan could see he was a five-star physique builder.

Hearing the other party's question, Jagoan nodded.

"Buddy, let me give you three pieces of advice for the price of one energy stone..."

Jagoan did not hesitate and immediately tossed to him one energy stone. The kid held the energy stone in his hand, looked around cautiously, and carefully hid it. However, nothing could hide the excitement on his face.

He said, " My name is Sven. I was born and raised here. This is the ancient epoch battlefield. I'll give you three pieces of advice to help you living in here..."

"First, don't expose your energy stones casually or you won't live to see the next day... Second, this world belongs to physique builders, so you'd better know some physique techniques... And... The third is, don't look at those ancient texts. They'll make you lose yourself, just like them."

After Sven finished speaking, he pointed to the practitioners next to those ancient texts.

"Thank you," Jagoan said with a smile.

Sven added, "You're welcome. I've accepted your energy stone. If you have any questions, you can ask me, but there'll be a fee."

Jagoan nodded and tossed out dozens of energy stones.

Sven got a shock. His first reaction was not to grab those energy stones but to see if there was anyone around him.

After seeing no one around, he picked up ten stones and returned the rest to Jagoan, who looked at him with some puzzlement.

Sven said with a smile, "Energy stones can be exchanged for many things here. Besides, I can't protect so many of them. With these ten energy stones, I'll tell you everything I know." Hearing at this, Jagoan nodded.

Sven knew his limit, so he was able to survive here. Maybe this was the knowledge he gained while growing up here.

"Are there any big forces here?" Jagoan asked his first question.

"Yes, there are many of them. There are three major forces on the ancient epoch battlefield, and the leaders of the three forces are nine-star powerhouses, all physique builders..."

Jagoan started to understand the situation after Sven continued, ""They are the Epoch Guild, Hurricane Guild, and Verge Guild. Among them, the Epoch Guild is the most mysterious and powerful. I heard that the Epoch Guild has existed since the ancient epoch battlefield was formed."
