Chapter 191 Dropping Money from the Sky

The residents downstairs were pounding around the yard, trying to break down the gate.

"We've earned our money hard. Why do you force us to demolish at such a low price?"

"That's right. Black-hearted entrepreneurs deserve to hell! Pay for us!"

"We all work hard to make money. Nothing can be gained without effort! You're so black-hearted! You deserve to hit! Come on

out!"

Everyone denounced Natalie with righteous indignation.

"My gosh, money is dropping from the sky!"

Someone suddenly exclaimed.

"Don't talk nonsense. Money will drop from the sky? Are you out of your mind?"

"You idiot, money is dropping from the sky? You're talking rubbish!"

Several people snorted and responded indifferently.

The person who said that then rushed out, jumped up, and grabbed a bill in the air.

A few bills were carried by the breeze into the crowd. Everyone looked up and then dumbfounded because of the money flying in the sky.

Banknotes swirled and fell from the air as if it were raining.

"Don't stand still. Fetch it up!" shouted an old woman.

After she rushed out, the rest of the people came out of the trance and rushed out to collect the money.

Some people even pushed each other over the money and nearly got into a fistfight.

Luckily, there were hundreds of bills flying in the sky at this moment. Otherwise, they would have fought.

Hannah threw out a handful of bills and laughed when seeing that the people below were busy picking them up.

She thought to herself, "No one will have time to besiege the house now. Normally, the matter won't be solved without

millions of dollars, but Nathan managed to settle it with only 60,000 dollars. What a genius!"

"Keep throwing money out. I'll go down and fetch Natalie," said Nathan.

He said emphatically, "Don't throw too fast because of fun or too little for stinginess.... Keep pace and efficiency. You can't stop until I get her out." Hannah enjoyed throwing the money out. It wasn't her money after all, and she had never experienced such a thing before

throwing a lot of money into the sky.

Gussie was the one caring most about the money. She earned it from pleasing Nathan, so she was so sad when it was thrown

out.

Fortunately, it worked. Everyone was busy picking up the money, so they ignored Natalie who was trapped in the house. Nathan went downstairs quickly, then he called Natalie and told her to come out immediately.

Natalie opened the door and was stunned to see that trouble-makers who had mobbed her had gone to collect the money. "Let's go!" said Nathan, then he took Natalie away from the scene quickly.

Several executives of the Johnson Group who had followed Natalie to come here were relieved and followed the two to leave. Hannah and Gussie stopped throwing money out after Natalie was rescued successfully.

The people below waited for a long time and were disappointed when they saw no more money falling from the sky. "D*mn it, the profiteer has run away!"

Someone shouted and ran to the house where Natalie had been.

After the reaction, everyone shouted and ran back

Hannah and Gussie took the opportunity to pack up the rest of the money, then went downstairs, and took advantage of the

chaos to leave.

"We nailed it!"

After coming out, Hannah and Gussie were relieved to see Natalie safe and sound.

Hannah smiled and said, "You're so brilliant, Nathan. You have done what the police have failed to do. It's amazing!"

Gussie, however, felt sad that 60,000 dollars had been wasted. Her salary at Poly Capital was only 120,000 dollars a year, half a year's salary was squandered.

However, she was so happy that Natalie came out safely that she kept her mouth shut.

and

"Thank you for helping me today. I'll pay you how much you lost," Natalie nodded to Nathan in a rare moment of friendly

countenance.

Hannah raised the black plastic bag in her hand and said to Nathan, "There are more than 14,000 dollars left."

Nathan said, "It's all from Gussie. Just give it back to her."

After hearing it, Natalie couldn't help being taken aback and then smiled at Gussie, "Thank you, Gussie!" "Not at all," said Gussie.

All the rescued thanked Nathan and praised him for his wit

After all, they could not solve the problem even if they spent hundreds of millions, but Nathan had done it with only tens of

thousands of dollars.

Natalie sighed and said with a frown, "It will be a great loss to us if they refuse to move. If it drags on, we'll be in trouble."

"I discussed it with Nathan. You can settle the matter by leaving them alone," said Hannah.

Natalie said, "It's a good idea, but I'm afraid someone will incite them behind their back.

"After all, the land belongs to Poly Capital which has a relationship with Giradia Group, and Giradia Group has many enemies.

"What's more, these enemies are rich and powerful, so it's a piece of cake for them to spend millions of dollars to support residents in their onward fight against us. "Even if we leave them alone, it will only be a stalemate for a long time until the Giradia Group's struggle with those people is

over."

Johnson Group couldn't compete with Giradia Group which had deep pockets, so it was not in the interest of Johnson Group for the matter to drag on.

"Try to replace the people behind the incitement and get to the root of the problem," said Nathan.

Force was certainly not an option. The people behind it had asked reporters to follow up on it. If there was bloodshed and if it

was exposed, it would have a bad effect and might even affect the decision-making of the

government.

Moreover, the residents were tiresome, but they were incited. As a result, the force couldn't be used against them to solve the problem.

Everyone nodded and Nathan said, "I'll arrange for someone to settle it. Don't worry and just wait."

Natalie decided that Nathan didn't look so annoying anymore, and he had saved her life, so she wanted to have a word with

him.

However, Nathan turned to talk and laugh with Hannah after he finished speaking.

Besides, Hannah kept praising him for being extremely smart and coming up with such a good idea...

Nathan said triumphantly, "Most people aren't as smart as I am."

The conversation between the two showed that they were very close.

Natalie got jealous immediately, did not say what she was about to say, and couldn't help thinking, "Why am I jealous?! Like I said, Hannah can be with Nathan if she likes him. I have no objection to them being together as long as she likes Nathan. I'll be more excellent in the future and become the Jade of the commercial world. Only Mr. Secret deserves me!"

She gritted her teeth, turned around, and said drily, "Come on, I'll treat you to dinner and then relax to soothe your scare today."

Gussie picked up on the signs and told Hannah, "Natalie seems jealous. Don't get too close to Nathan."

"Why is she jealous? She looks down upon Nathan," Hannah smiled nonchalantly, "besides, we are just chatting normally."

Gussie couldn't help but sneer and thought, "It's normal indeed. You'd be sitting on his lap right now if you were in his

office."
