It seems like you two aren’t asclose as you claim to be. Aaron’s expression froze at his words, He couldn’t help but wonder why Jodiehadn’t made him any congee. As they were preparing to leave, Simone suggested to Jonah, “Aaron shouldn’t go without eating in hiscondition. Can you guys make some congee for him so that he can at least have something to eat?” Itwasn’t that she was concerned about Aaron, but rather that she wanted to highlight the contrastbetween herself and Jodie.
