The Hybrid -
Thank You & Sequel
Hey everyone! This is just a little goodbye note from me.
Not going to lie, I’m quite emotional right now.
Firstly, I would like to acknowledge the fact that this book is so freaking long!! 😂Why I wrote 52 chapters is beyond me. But, thank you for sticking with me and giving me a phenomenal amount of support & love! 😘
Secondly, this is my first book so I am aware that there are many mistakes and things I have missed out. However, writing this book has helped me to grow as a person and as a writer and I am quite thankful for the experience.
It’s been an amazing journey with you all! From wanting to shake some maturity into Aurora’s character, itching to kill Vulcan at times and occasionally rooting for Kaden.
You guys joined me on this roller-coaster ride of emotions but it’s time for the ride to come to an end. I just want to thank you all for bringing me joy with your incredibly sweet comments and inspiring me to write better.
Thank you for not giving up on this long ass book! I promise, none of my other books will ever be this long...at least, I hope they won’t! 😂
Because of you guys, The Hybrid wouldn’t have ever been possible! Thank you so much for showing it the love and support you have, I’m truly blown away because I honestly didn’t think it would get this many reads and votes!
I am grateful for it.
I loved reading all your comments and the reviews on my profile! You guys are so kind!
And now, I hope you will show the same love and support that you have shown Vulcan and Aurora to Kaden Reid too!
Here’s a little bit about the sequel:
Kaden’s Luna is not written in Kaden’s point of view. Occasionally, there will be some chapters where it is his point of view but for the most part, it is in the narrative of the female protagonist.
The female protagonist of Kaden’s Luna is not somebody who I have mentioned in The Hybrid. She is a new character and I hope you all will take a liking to her.
Most importantly, she is human.
Aurora, Vulcan and the twins will be making an appearance so don’t you worry!
I hope you all enjoy it as much as you did The Hybrid and I can’t wait to hear what you think of it.
So head on over and check it out!
Here’s a description and excerpt:
Book #2 of The Alpha Series - Sequel to my first book, The Hybrid.
Kaden Reid is known as a rogue who was banished from his pack. He longs for his mate but thinks she’s better off without him. Imagine his surprise when he replaces her one day.
One thing is for sure, he is never going to let her go.
But Kaden’s troubled past is quickly catching up to him. A war is imminent. Will he lose everyone he holds dear or will he come out victorious?
Only time will tell.
“You...You are so territorial.” I growl angrily, crossing my arms as I stare at him.
“Blame the wolf not the human, darling.” He states before holding out a chicken wing. “Want some?”
“No.” I grumble, still peeved as I start making my way to the front door. “I’m going home.”
“So, you came all the way here just to yell at me?” He questions, a look of bewilderment and amusement on his face.
“Yes. Now, goodbye.” I state with finality, not wanting to give away that I had missed him too much throughout the day.
I had just stepped one foot out of the door when an arm wraps around my waist and pulls me back, the loud sound of the door slamming shut making me jump. I turn in his hold, resting my palms on his chest before looking up at him.
“Kaden, what -”
I am cut off when he smashes his lips to mine. Whimpering at the sudden action, I fist the material of his shirt in my hands. His lips are soft and his movements turn gentle against my own, muscular arms wrapping around my waist to try and pull me impossibly closer. I gasp when his tongue swipes across my bottom lip, opening my mouth for him.
I forgot what we were arguing over.
*Please note that Kaden’s Luna cannot be read as a stand alone book.
*Warning: Due to The Hybrid’s re-write, some things will be confusing in the sequel as I have not edited it yet.
