Chapter 1510 You Have No Right

Tillie Zander was sitting a distance away, taking her time with her food.

Once she was done with her food, she picked up her basket and went shopping in the supermarket.Tillie was a daughter of the Zander family. These things were something she had never done in thepast. However, after coming here, she started doing everything herself. In the beginning, her fingerswould be covered with injuries by the end of each day.

However, by now, she was used to doing such things.

Tillie then bought some fresh vegetables from the supermarket.

Yet, that afternoon, Violet's diarrhea worsened after her meal. Furthermore, her menstruationabruptly started. It was a lot for a woman who just had a miscarriage to suddenly start having herperiod.

Gabriella panicked. She and her second daughter, Alice Cooper, then quickly sent her to thehospital.

Tillie ignored them. When afternoon came, Tillie went to the bar to work as usual.

"Huh? You're here? I thought your sister-in-law had been hospitalized? I didn’t think you wouldcome.”

Sabrina was there as well, for she had heard about what happened in the Cooper family.

Therefore, she was surprised to see Tillie in the bar.

Tillie replied, “She'll be fine. It's only a stomachache. I don't know what she ate; she keeps eating therandom food she buys from the internet. My mother-in-law tried to stop her, but she refused tolisten to her.”

“Is that so? Let her be then.”

It was not as if Sabrina had a fantastic impression of Violet anyway.

Thus, she stopped asking more questions and returned to her work in the bar.

When it was almost time to close up in the night, Tillie twisted her ankle when she was about tobring the ledger to Sabrina

“Ah!”

“What happened? What's wrong? Are you okay?”

Fortunately, Cameron Jadeson was there, and he caught her before she could fall.

When Sabrina heard the noises, she hurried over.

Tillie muttered, “I-I'm fine. I just twisted my ankle.”

"How can you possibly be fine? We have to send you to the hospital as soon as possible, or else youwon't be able to walk tomorrow,” Sabrina hastily said. “I'll call Edmund and have him pick you up.”Then, Sabrina called Edmund without waiting for Tillie's reply.

“Hello?”

Unsurprisingly, Edmund picked up the call in mere seconds. When the man’s familiar voice traveledout of the speakers, Tillie bit down on her lower lip so hard she almost drew blood.

"Edmund, what are you doing? Are you free to make a trip to the bar now?”

“Sure,” came his quick reply.

Sabrina then ended the call. Just as she was about to convey the message to Tillie, she noticed thelatter's stare.

That stare made the hairs on the back of Sabrina’s neck stand instantly.

“What are you—"

“Did he say yes?”

Almost immediately, that frightening glare turned into a nervous look. In fact, tears were evenstarting to brim in her eyes

Sabrina was speechless for a moment.

Is she too anxious to know whether or not Edmund is going to come? Is that why she had that lookon her face?

Nevertheless, Sabrina did not dwell on it for long.

Over twenty minutes later, Edmund rushed into the bar.

"Sabrina, why were you looking for me? Where are you?” he cried out.

The unrestrained, almost-nervous voice was a stark contrast against the demeanor he had in theCooper family.

When Sabrina heard him, she walked out of the room.

“I'm here. Why did you need to shout?”

"Huh? You can still walk? I thought...”

His eyes then drifted toward her stomach. Anyone could have seen the overflowing concern in hiseyes.

It was then the last bit of hope in Tillie's eyes died away.

She clenched her fists as her face turned as white as a sheet.

In the end, with Sabrina’s insistence, Edmund brought Tillie home. After helping her into the car,Edmund went to sit on the driver's seat.

"Why are you here?”

The moment no one was around, his tone returned to its usual cold state.

Tillie paled even further.

“I-I heard that Mrs. Hayes left Jadeborough and that Mrs. Jadeson had become pregnant, so Iwanted to come here to help out with things. D-Don't the Coopers have shares in this bar?” shestammered out after mustering the courage to speak.

However, right as those words were out of her mouth, a furious look appeared on the man's face."What does that have to do with you? Tillie, I hope you remember that you're not allowed tointervene in my matters without my permission in the future. I don't want you to get involved in mymatters either. Do you hear me?”

The tone he had when he said that was a terrifying one to Tillie.

Almost instantly, Tillie shuddered as her eyes reddened.
