The Peremptory Casey Davies -
Chapter 851 It Is Just So-so
In the Thompson's Villa.
In the living room. Lowell gathered together all the people of the Thompson family. Casey and Elsa were also there.
"I've just got a message that the people of the Duncan family have invited the most famous four masters of Shinobido to attend the wedding. Besides, according to the people of the Duncan family, to celebrate the wedding, the head of the Duncan family will fight against those four masters of Shinobido on the wedding."
"The relationship between the Duncan family and those four masters of Shinobido has always been bad. Now, they should invite them to attend the wedding. There seems to be a plot." Lowell told the message to the people present. Then, he was lost in thought.
After hearing that, Casey thought for a while. Obviously, the head of the Duncan family wanted to show his power to the ninja circle after he became an expert in fighting in sublimation.
It was strange. To really become a master in sublimation, the head of the Duncan family needed to sleep with a woman. Therefore, he should not be able to fight against others on the wedding day. After all, he couldn't successfully become a master in sublimation before he slept with a woman.
Now, he invited four masters of Shinobido in R Country to the wedding, and claimed that he would fight against them on the wedding day. Casey wondered if the head of the Duncan family was going to fight against those four masters of Shinobido before he really became a master in sublimation.
Or was it possible that the head of the Duncan family had become an expert in fighting in sublimation?
In theory, it was impossible for the head of the Duncan family to become a master in sublimation before the wedding was held, unless he found another way to become a master in sublimation.
Casey was unable to guess the details. And it was not good to go to the Duncan family now.
He would have to wait until the wedding day to replace out the details.
"Can you tell me something about those four masters of Shinobido?" Casey asked.
"Those four masters of Shinobido are the most powerful people in ninja circle in our country. They're so powerful that ordinary people could never be as powerful as them. Each of the four masters of Shinobido is able to move fast on the roofs and walls. Besides, they're able to kill someone by throwing a knife. In the past, they four had had a fight against each other. It's a world-shaking fight and can be said to be the fight among the most powerful masters in our country." Lowell briefly explained to Casey.
After hearing that, Casey realized that those four masters of Shinobido were experts in fighting in Grandmaster Circle. They were at most as powerful as the heads of Guwu Families.
However, being able to become experts in fighting in Grandmaster Circle in R Country, those four people were very brilliant. After all, there was no traditional martial art for them to learn, and finally they made great effort to develop Shinobido. Under this circumstance, when they became masters in Grandmaster Circle, they did deserve to be called Grandmaster.
However, the head of the Duncan family was going to become a master in sublimation. As a person who tried to become a master in sublimation by practicing evil skills, the head of the Duncan family would be less powerful than other experts in fighting in sublimation. However, he would still be much more powerful than masters in Grandmaster Circle.
If the head of the Duncan family successfully became an expert in fighting in sublimation, he would be able to defeat those four so-called Grandmasters easily.
"Those four masters have accepted the invitation from the Duncan family. So far, all of them have arrived in T City. It's said that they will give a lecture in the largest Budokan here." Lowell continued to say. Hearing that, Casey's eyes lit up at once. Casey had guessed that those four masters were just masters in Grandmaster Circle. However, he was very interested in Shinobido. He would like to know the difference between Shinobido and martial arts. Therefore, when he heard that those four masters were going to give a lecture, he was very interested in it.
"How can I attend the lecture?" Casey asked.
"As long as you have a ticket, you can go to attend the lecture. Today, someone sent a few tickets to me. If you want to attend the lecture, I'm willing to give one to you." Lowell said. "Then, thank you." Casey accepted it.
In the evening, Casey came out of the Thompson's Villa. Annabel and Elsa followed him. Now, no matter where Casey went, they would follow him.
Watkins also went to attend the lecture with Casey. He was very curious about those masters of Shinobido. In the past, he wanted to learn Shinobido from them. Unluckily, those masters of Shinobido didn't accept people from secular families as their students at all.
That was the reason why those masters had a bad relationship with the Duncan family. The people of the Duncan family, a secular family, should mastered Shinobido. Some of them even became experts in fighting in Grandmaster Circle. So, those four masters of Shinobido dislike the Duncan family.
In their opinion, Shinobido shouldn't be learned by people in the secular society, and only the Shinobido they mastered was real.
Before, Casey and other three people arrived at Changping Budokan, the largest Budokan in T City.
At this moment, there had been many people crowding outside Changping Budokan. Many people, who wanted to attend the lecture, couldn't get a ticket. So they could only stand outside Changping Budokan and watch people, who had got tickets, go in with an envious expression on their faces.
With tickets, Casey and other three people entered into Changping Budokan. According to their tickets, they could sit in the best seats in the Budokan. It meant that they were at the place that was closest to those four masters.
It was very noisy in the Budokan now. After going in, Casey and other three people heard a great deal of talks.
Judging merely from the number of people here, it could be seen that those four masters were of great prestige in R Country.
After sitting down in their seats, Casey and other three people saw four senior citizens who were already sitting in the center of the Budokan.
Those four senior citizens were different in temperament. But they shared a similarity: When they sat there, they all gave out an air of forcefulness and therefore people dared not to approach them. Casey and other three people were very near to those four senior citizens, so they could clearly see the appearance of them.
It surprised Casey that those four masters were holding a long blade. It seemed that people in ninja circle mainly used long blade as their weapon.
Compared with Casey's Muramasa, would their blades be better or worse?
Before long, the door of Budokan was closed. After that, no one would be allowed to come in. Those four masters began to talk about their own understandings of Shinobido.
Casey listened to the lecture, replaceing that there was something special about Shinobido. However, the so-called Shinobido was far from as good as the martial arts of H Country. Long before Casey listened to this lecture, he had learned what those masters were talking about very well.
Different from Casey, most audience were ordinary people who knew little about martial arts. When they were listening to the lecture, they all thought that they had learned a lot and often clapped for those four masters.
Casey felt a little bored, and he even wanted to leave.
Soon, those four masters stopped giving lecture and began to answer questions asked by the audience. By the way, they asked the audience to comment on their lecture.
Casey came here with Muramasa. Now, he was holding Muramasa in his arms. Abbott, one of the masters, noticed Casey at a glance. So he pointed at Casey and asked, "The young man, who is holding a blade, seems to have a great interest in Shinobido. After listening to our lecture, how would you rate our lecture?"
Casey was a little embarrassed. As a matter of fact, he was the least person they should ask.
He gave them a glance. Then, under the gaze of the audience, he spoke slowly, "It's...just so-so."☐☐☐☐☐☐☐
