The Peremptory Casey Davies
Chapter 861 The Lord of the Pantheon

Casey cast his eyes at that senior citizen and then narrowed his eyes at once. He didn't replace that there was any air of forcefulness around this senior citizen. He looked as if he were an ordinary person and as i he could pose no threat to others at all.

However, Casey had a vague intuition that this senior citizen was a dangerous person.

Casey knew one thing very well: If an ordinary person looked like a common person, then he or she was really a common person; however, if someone who didn't seem to be an ordinary person looked like a common person, then he or she was highly likely to be a real expert in fighting.

Casey would definitely not believe that this senior citizen was an ordinary person.

He unconsciously took Muramasa in case any thing might occur.

Other people such as Lowell also looked at this uninvited senior citizen with a puzzled expression on their faces. They were really confused. Obviously, this person didn't know the people of the Thompson family.

Besides, he spoke in the language of H Country. Casey soon realized that person came here for him.

"Who are you?" Casey asked while staring at the senior citizen.

The senior citizen fixed Casey with a stare, and said with a smile, "The Pantheon."

Hearing what the he said, Casey realized something. He speculated that this senior citizen was probably sent by the people of the Pantheon to persuade him to join the Pantheon.

He rolled his eyes and then took Muramasa. He spoke, "I didn't expect that you will hunt down me even after I come to this place. It's not a proper place to fight here. Let's go outside to have a fight!" After saying that, Casey rushed out at full speed.

Both Annabel and Elsa watch Casey disappear in an instant in a daze. They felt that it was an excuse Casey found for run away from them.

Not understanding what was going on, the senior citizen was also stunned. Never had they hunted down Casey in the past.

However, after Casey rushed out, he left the villa without hesitation.

The people of the Thompson family also hurriedly went out of the villa to see what was going on.

However, when they were out of the villa, they saw neither the senior citizen nor Casey. They had no idea where they had gone.

The reason why Casey shouted those words was naturally not that he wanted to fight against the senior citizen. As a matter of fact, it was the excuse he found for running away from Annabel and Elsa. "That senior citizen seems to be powerful. We should replace them as soon as possible. I'm afraid that Casey would be hurt." Elsa said with an anxious expression on her face.

"But...I have the intuition that Casey deliberately did that to run away from us." Annabel, who had a certain understanding of Casey, murmured.

Hearing that, Elsa no longer spoke.

In an alley where there was no one else, Casey looked around carefully. After making sure that neither Annabel nor Elsa had come here, he was secretly relieved.

He turned around, and saw that the senior citizen was looking at him from somewhere that was not far away.

"Never have we sent someone to hunt you down. I'm afraid that there is some misunderstanding between us." The senior citizen said.

Casey smiled and saluted the senior citizen. Then, he explained, "I'm very sorry. The reason why I said those words was actually that I wanted to replace an excuse to run away from the Thompson's Villa. It was too difficult to deal with those two women, so I could only use that trick."

Hearing that, the senior citizen immediately laughed. He spoke, "I didn't expect you, as a master in half sublimation, would be afraid of two women. It's really surprising."

Casey ignored what he said, and asked, "May I know who you are? Why do you come to me?"

The senior citizen became serious, and said, "I'm Thomas, the Lord of the Pantheon. My people had come to you before, but you refused our request. I come here to do some things, and happen to watch the fight against you and the head of the Duncan family. Therefore, I come to meet you."

After hearing that, Casey was startled. He didn't expect this senior citizen to be the Lord of the Pantheon. After getting to know that, he became alert.

According to his master, the Pantheon was the largest and the most mysterious organization in H Country, and even in the world. And this senior citizen was the Lord of the Pantheon. So Casey was sure that he was at least a master in sublimation. Besides, Casey had the intuition that this senior citizen was a dangerous person. It meant that this senior citizen was a top expert in fighting even among masters in sublimation.

"You, the Lord of the Pantheon should come to meet me in person. I'm really flattered." Casey said.

Thomas smiled and said, "I'd like to have a talk with you. What about replaceing a place to sit down first?" Casey nodded and agreed.

He had already got two of the three pieces of the Soul Setting Jade. The only piece that he didn't get was held by the people of the Pantheon. Besides, in the past, his teacher had told him that becoming a member of the Pantheon would not do him any harm. Therefore, meeting the Lord of the Pantheon was a chance for Casey. If he missed this opportunity, he might replace it difficult to replace the people of the Pantheon in the future.

"Can I deal with my affairs before replaceing a place to sit down and having a talk with you?" Casey asked.

Thomas smiled and said, "Yes, of course."

In the Thompson's Villa. Both Annabel and Elsa were walking back and forth in the living room with an anxious expression on their faces.

Seeing that, Lowell said, "Sit down and have some rest. It's meaningless for you to be so anxious. Moreover, Casey's very powerful, and he is absolutely safe."

"Alas, I'm not worrying about his safety. I'm just afraid that he will take the opportunity to run away." Annabel said.

Lowell was immediately speechless. He did not know what to say now.

Just then, a person rushed in from outside with a piece of paper in his hand. He said, "Just now, someone threw into the house a stone wrapped by this piece of paper. It should written in the character of H Country, and I don't know its meaning."

After hearing that, Annabel hurriedly approached that person and took that piece of paper. She looked carefully at it and then put on an angry expression.

This piece of paper was naturally from Casey. According to it, Casey had killed the person who hunt him down. However, that organization was very powerful, and there were still a lot of people who wanted to kill him. Casey had to concentrate on dealing with them, so he left first. According to Casey, Annabel and Elsa should stay at the Thompson's Villa and should not go to replace him, otherwise they would be in great danger.

"Damn Casey, he just wants to get rid of us. That old man doesn't look like someone who is hunting him down at all. He's obviously acting and fooling us!" Annabel said angrily.

Elsa also looked at that piece of paper. After that, she mumbled to herself, "So he leaves us behind and goes home?"¶¶¶¶¶¶¶¶
