The Rejected Alpha Wolf
THIRTYTHREE-MEETING BETWEEN LEADERS

Stone Valley Pack:

Simon POV

I stood outside the pack house with my Beta Jed and Gamma Paul. In contrast, we waited for Ozul, Prax, and Espen to arrive. Janette exited the pack house a few minutes later, straightening her dress and fixing her hair. I pulled her close to my side and sniffed her hair. I growled lowly. I could smell the male wolf on her and would deal with him later for touching what was mine.

"Where were you?"

"I mind-linked you, and you had a block up," she rolled her eyes and scoffed at me.

"Now you want to be a concerned mate, Simon."

"You have your whores, and I have my usual male companion to keep me satisfied, so screw you," she growled lowly. I smirked evilly and squeezed her side tightly.

"Disobey me again, little mate, and I'll make sure you won't walk for a week," her eyes widened before quickly straightening up and putting on her best Luna smile.

"That's my girl," I told her and kissed her cheek.

I received a mind link from my warriors at the gate, letting me know that the vampire lord Ozul had just arrived. I told the warrior to let him pass and to let me know when my next two guests arrived. I looked down the road as two shiny black SUVs with blackout windows pulled up before the packhouse.

Ozul's guards stepped out, dressed in all black with red vests, as they scanned the perimeter and eyed me. I nodded to them as the guards opened the back door, and Ozul stepped out. I watched Ozul and his six guards flanked behind him as he walked up the steps and greeted me.

"Lord Ozul," I said and shook his hand.

"Alpha Simon, it's always a pleasure to see you again," he smirked, and his fangs showed.

I watched as he eyed Janette, and Satan let out a low growl. Ozul's bright red eyes turned to me, and he chuckled.

Lord Ozul

"Don't worry, Alpha Simon, your Luna is useless to me."

"Although she is a pretty little thing," he smirked, walking inside the pack house.

I huffed as the next guest to arrive was Prax, the Alpha leader of the rogues. Prax was a big, solid-muscled man at 6'4, with short strawberry-blonde hair and cold blue eyes.

Prax Leader of the rogues

"Prax, good to see you," I said as he walked up the steps and shook my hand.

"Alpha Simon," he said in his rich, deep southern voice. I watched his eyes trail over my pack lands, and he smirked.

"Nice place you have here, Alpha Simon."

"I may need to acquire something like this for my family," he chuckled and went inside the packhouse.

The last guest to arrive was the leader of the were-bears, Espen Arud. Espen was twelve feet tall, with jet-black hair that he kept short, blue eyes, and solid muscles everywhere. He barely spoke and nodded to everything you said or growled with the things he disagreed with.

Espen Arud

Leader of the were-bears

"Espen, it's good to see you," I said as he walked up the steps and shook my hand, grunting his response. I had to look up into his eyes because he was so fucking tall.

After everyone settled inside the pack house, Jed, Paul, and I went to my office while Janette had the omegas make refreshments for our guests. Once I took my seat at the conference table, everyone else sat. I cut straight to business.

"I called you all here because of the issues involving the Blue Eclipse pack," I looked into each of their eyes as they waited for me to continue.

"So, what does that have to do with us?" Prax asked.

"Well, I want to take down that pack with the help of Alpha Silas, and I want Staci for myself," I smirked as Janette walked into the office with the kitchen omega and refreshments.

I heard a chuckle and looked to see Ozul with a broad smile.

"Well, who doesn't want the former Luna Staci as their plaything?" he chuckled. Janette stiffened beside me as she poured my coffee.

"You know you are at a disadvantage, right Alpha Simon?" I heard Prax say as Espen grunted his response.

"Even with the help of the Red River pack, they still outnumber us five to one."

"Of course, the Blue Eclipse pack decimated half of my vampires and half of Prax's rogues," Ozul said as I tilted my head and looked at them.

"Let's not forget Blue Eclipse has an alliance with Crescent Moon, Silver Moon, Dark Moon, Midnight Moon, Redwood, and Wind Howler."

"I hear the former Alpha's brother is now the Alpha of the Golden Moon pack, formerly known as the Lotus Shadow pack."

"Also, I heard the Silva Alphas are the last surviving royal-blooded wolves," Ozul's words widened my eyes.

"You are fucking kidding me, right?" I said as Ozul shook his head.

"I knew the vampire Abaddon centuries back when I visited Romania, and all he talked about was that Selene would grant him a white wolf to be his bride, and she would bear his offspring."

"What Abaddon did know that a select few didn't was that before the white wolf clan, the goddess Selene had created the first werewolf king."

"Through his bloodline, there were six sons: Sinclair's, Alpins, Varsons, Sowdens, Alden's, and the Silvas," I listened as Ozul spoke about the bloodlines.

"All the other bloodlines have been wiped out by Draco except for the Silva bloodline, even though Draco killed Adonis by injecting his venom into his bloodstream and killing his wolf."

"However, his family name still lives on," I huffed in annoyance.

"How the hell do you know all of this, Ozul?" he chuckled as he looked at me.

"I told you I knew Abaddon for many centuries, and he liked to talk a bit too much when he was drunk on blood and rum," I rolled my eyes.

"Well, he's dead now. He met his end when he tried to attack the Blue Eclipse pack over Staci and got his head cut off by her," Ozul chuckled and shook his head.

"Abaddon underestimated his opponent and how strong mate bonds can be."

"If he had been smart, he would've used her mate against her to get what he wanted," an idea popped into my head as Ozul continued to speak.

I would let everyone know my idea once we decided how to attack the Blue Eclipse pack.

Ozul POV

It was intriguing to see Alpha Simon want to take on the Blue Eclipse pack, which is like Camelot for all the region packs. Now that Antonio has stepped down and given the title to his oldest son, it was even more interesting to see not only a white wolf but a royal lead a pack of over five thousand members.

I had heard the stories of Abaddon's demise from other vampire clans and rogues, but what caught my interest was the story about Antonio's wife and how she fought against Abaddon and defeated him with the help of her mate. I intended to take Staci as one of my playthings to add to my collection.

I smirked at the thought of tasting Staci's blood while she writhed beneath me. It angered me that Simon wanted her for himself. He was always a greedy bastard and very self-loathing. It made me wonder if he would like to share her. I would gladly rip out his heart and take the prize if he didn't.

I always disliked Simon. I only dealt with him for specific resources I needed for my clan. Then he had promised me his youngest daughter, Faye, as a bride. I scoffed and told him I would take her to keep our alliance intact. I didn't want the girl.

I just told him yes to keep him in my good graces. I already have quite a collection of girls back at home. On the other hand, Prax was a little different. Simon had promised him the older twin Freya, but apparently, she had found her mate, which pissed off Prax. I think he was only here to get back his prize from Simon.

Prax lived for killing pack wolves, and since his family was killed in battle by a pack back in Florida, he has been taking out his revenge for years.

Prax POV

My wolf Poe growled viciously in my head as Simon talked about pack wolves. I had hated pack wolves since my family was killed by a pack in Florida when I was a young boy. Just remembering their screams sent Poe into attack mode and destroyed anything in his way. We were also here because I came to collect my prize: Alpha Simon's daughter Freya. The fucker that I would forget, but he played me, and now I want what belongs to me.

"Where is Freya?" I asked as Simon fixed his gaze on me.

I watched him clear his throat and sip his coffee as his Luna stood beside his chair and sneered.

"She's with her mate, the once Beta of the Red River pack," Poe growled as I stood up and banged my fist on the table.

"You promised me a mate. Now go get her!" I shouted as Poe pushed forward, and Simon sat unphased.

"Do you think this is a game..." I started to say as Simon leaped from his chair and grabbed me by the neck. His claws dug deep into my skin.

"You don't make demands on my pack, Prax."

"You do best to remember your place!" he shouted as his wolf pushed forward.

He released his grip, and I dropped to the ground with a thud. Poe didn't like the disrespect, but I had to remember I was in his pack and his territory. He could kill me and bury my body deep within his territory. I got up and glared at him as I took my seat, and he went to take his.

"So, what do you suppose we do, Alpha Simon," I said mockingly as he smirked at me.

I looked at Espen of the Black Paw Clan. He had been mostly quiet and just observing the interaction. Were-bears usually kept to themselves, but resources were very short-stocked for were-bears. I knew allying with Alpha Simon would provide his clan with the resources he needed.

Espen POV

This wolf must have a death wish if he thinks I will risk my clan to fight a pack of wolves for a cause that has nothing to do with us. Not only that, but the pack he wants to take down also has two white wolves with powers, and I want no participation in this attack. Were-bears are firm but not as strong as a forefront of wolves with an Alpha with capabilities.

I knew of the stories about the White Wolf Clan and their extraordinary powers. My Grandfather told me the story many times, and it always fascinated me to hear it. Going to Blue Eclipse pack for an alliance would be best instead of dealing with Simon.

Our shipments are usually late or never come in. I was leaving my people to starve and fend off the wildlife for weeks. I listened as the conversation progressed and would hear Prax growling lowly as Simon talked about pack wolves. I mentally rolled my eyes because this man-child has unresolved issues with pack wolves.

I watched him argue with Simon about one of his daughters when I saw Simon leap out of his chair and grab Prax by the throat. My beast grunted in my head as Prax was choking on air from Simon squeezing his neck. My beast was like me, quiet and observant, and I didn't mind because his views on certain things were usually what transpired in my decisions.

After Simon released Prax and went to sit back down, the real question came.

"So, what do you suppose we do, Alpha Simon?" Prax said in a slightly mocking tone. I looked to see Simon smirking at him.

Simon POV

"I will need all three of you to help Alpha Silas, and I take down the Blue Eclipse pack," I told the three men, their eyes trained on me.

"Ozul with your army of vampires, Prax with your army of rogues, and Espen with your strong-willed and mighty army of were-bears..." I was saying when I heard a chair scrape across the floor and saw Espen standing up.

"Alpha Simon, with all due respect, I will not jeopardize the Black Paw Clan and my people for a cause that has nothing to do with us because of your greed," Espen said, walking away.

Satan growled and went to launch for Espen. Before I could grab him, Espen turned quickly, and with his full strength, I was sent flying back into the nearest wall as a hole was formed from the impact.

"Let that be a lesson to you, Alpha Simon."

"You may be a strong Alpha wolf, but I'm a were-bear, and you wouldn't stand a chance in a fight against my beast," he said and opened my office door, walking out with his second and a guard bear following.

I groaned and pushed myself off the floor as Satan growled in my head at the disrespect from this were-bear.

"One more thing, Alpha Simon."

"Consider our alliance voided," he said and shut the door on his way out.

Satan let out a vicious growl and threw a chair across the room. Ozul and Prax sat there watching me lose my shit.

"Fine, if he wants to cross me. He can die along with the rest of those worthless bears and mutts!" I shouted.

After calming myself down and reasoning, I thought about my witch friend Helena. I knew she would know how to weaken a were-bear, making it easy for us to kill them. I would call her later and ask about a poison to kill the bears and if she knew how to weaken a white wolf.

"Ozul and Prax, are you two in or out?" I asked, and the eyes both men while they thought over my proposal.

"I'm in," I heard Ozul say with a smirk.

"I'm in if I get your daughter as my prize, Alpha Simon," I smirked at Prax.

"You are persistent, aren't you, Prax?" I chuckled as he let out a low growl.

"You owe me, Alpha Simon."

"Your pack may be strong, but my wolves are stronger."

"You do best to remember that," he growled, and I chuckled.

"Well, you would have to go to the Blue Eclipse pack and figure out a way to kill her mate," I told him as his eyes turned onyx-black.

"Rumor has it that Antonio's Beta trained him."

"So, Prax, he won't be easy to kill," I chuckled as he growled.

"Now, gentlemen, let's begin the planning of taking over the Blue Eclipse pack and me having Staci as my little submissive mistress," I said, hearing a huff and watching as Janette left the office.

I turned my attention back to Ozul as Prax as we started planning.
