The Rejected Alpha Wolf
THIRTYSIX- UNEXPECTED ATTACK (Part 2)

Rachel POV

"I need you to push, Rachel!" I heard Staci shout as I cried.

"I can't!" I screamed as the contraction hit me, and I pushed.

"Yes, you can, baby."

"You can do anything," Staci encouraged me as I breathed, and my Mother wiped my forehead. I felt Ana squeeze my hand, and I smiled at her.

"You can do it, Rachel," Ana said, smiling and rubbing the hand she was holding.

"Oh, Goddess!" I screamed and pushed again.

I felt a slight pain in my shoulder that caused me to scream out as Rayne howled in my head.

"ACE!!!" I cried out and felt another pain in my leg.

"I can see the head, oh my goddess," Staci said as I panted.

I watched as her eyes glazed over and heard her gasp. After a few minutes, her eyes returned to normal, and she looked at me sadly.

"Sarah, take over, please," Staci said as my Mother switched with Staci, and Elizabeth held me against her chest.

"You're doing so good, sweet girl," Elizabeth whispered.

I screamed and pushed again and felt a pop as the pressure subsided, and I took a breath. A second later, I heard the most beautiful sound in the world as my Mother held my firstborn son up for me to see his face.

"Oh, Goddess Rachel. He's beautiful," my Mother said as she laid the pup on my dress.

"Unbutton her dress, Elizabeth," my Mother said, and Elizabeth did.

When the pup felt my skin, he suckled on his fingers and quieted down.

"Which one is that one?" my Mother asked.

"That's Xander," I heard Ana say.

I looked at Staci, whispering something to Aquila. I knew something was wrong by the way Staci's body shook, and Aquila held her close to his chest. I heard my pup coo, and he opened his eyes, and I gasped. He had Ace's greenish-blue eyes.

I felt another contraction hit, and Elizabeth picked up Xander while my Mother cut his cord and went over to the sink to clean him off.

"Where is Ace?!" I screamed as I pushed again.

"Rachel, I'm sure he is fine, dear," my Mother patted my leg, and I shook my head as I screamed again.

"NO! Something is wrong!" I shouted, and Rayne was silent in my head.

I heard a banging on the bunker door as Staci, Aquila, and the warriors took a defensive stance. I screamed and pushed again.

"That's it, Rachel, help your pup, baby," my Mother encouraged. I heard the door open and heard Staci gasp.

"Ace?! Oh Goddess, my baby!" Staci shouted as I saw the giant bear set Ace's body on the ground. I watched Antonio, Carlito, and Espen walk into the bunker.

"What happened?!" I shouted and screamed as I pushed with my might.

"Shh, Rachel," my Mother said, and I shook my head.

"Oh, Goddess!" I shouted and felt relieved again as I heard my second pup cry.

"Oh, dear goddess, he looks just like his brother," my Mom said as she held up Xayden so I could see him.

I cried tears as Ace wasn't here to witness this. My Mother cut his cord as she laid him on my chest, and he quieted down from skin to skin. I watched Xayden open his eyes and gasped again. He had the most beautiful, rare dark blue eyes. I heard a groan, looked to where Staci was kneeling by Ace, and saw two arrows lying on the other side. I watched as Staci did her best to heal Ace.

"That's it, baby. Come back to your family," she whispered.

"Rayne, please help him," I said weakly as Elizabeth came to collect Xayden, and she handed Xander to Ana to hold.

"I'm trying, Rachel, but Apollo is weak, and the silver-tipped arrows were coated in wolfsbane."

"Staci is doing all she can but will drain herself too," Rayne howled sadly in my head. I gasped and cried as my Mother tried to console me.

"I can't lose him," I whispered.

"That's enough, my love. Don't drain yourself, please."

"We can't lose you both if those bastards decide to come back," Antonio said as Staci let go and laid Ace's hands down.

"Let the babies try," I heard Ana say.

I watched as Ana walked over with Xander in her arms. She passed him to Staci and put her hands on Ace's chest.

"His wounds are healed, Mom, but with the twin's combined power, he will have enough energy to wake up in a few days," I heard Staci gasp as she looked at her daughter.

"Ana, how did you..." Staci started to say as Ana let out a curious smile.

"Their wolves told me."

"Xerxes and Xico," Ana chuckled. I heard whispers that Ana may be a white wolf and that she already had powers.

"Are you sure, Ana?" I asked as she nodded in confirmation.

"Just lay the twins on their daddy's chest, and they will do the rest," Ana said. I watched as Staci laid Xander on Ace's right side and Elizabeth laid Xayden on his left.

I prayed to the goddess above that this would work and bring my Alpha back to me and our sons. I watched with amazement as the twin's hands glowed a blueish hue. After a few minutes, the light faded, and I watched Ace's body jerk a bit before he relaxed.

Antonio picked up the twins and returned them to me as he walked over to Ace's body and placed his head on his chest.

"His heartbeat is steady, and his breathing is calm," Antonio said, and I gasped.

"Oh, Goddess! My babies!" I cried and kissed each of their heads.

"You saved your daddy," I whispered and sniffed each twin.

Xander smelled like warm honey, while Xayden smelled warm cocoa.

Stone Valley Pack:

Simon POV

"WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT BACK THERE, SILAS?!" I shouted. I watched as the little shit shrugged and smirked at me.

"You told me this Alpha had powers, but I've never seen anything like that!" I growled as Satan came forward.

"He decimated half of both armies and still created a damn forcefield around his territory."

"How is that even possible?!" I looked into the eyes of Ozul and Prax since nobody seemed to have a damn answer.

"He took two silver-tipped arrows to the body and still could use his powers," I heard Ozul say.

"So what?!"

"Silver and wolfsbane don't affect him like they did his pack!" I roared.

"He did collapse. I saw that," Prax said. I was getting frustrated at these useless idiots.

"Perhaps it's time we combined our warriors."

"Stone Valley, Red River, Ozul, and Prax," I chuckled.

"We know Helena's copper weapons worked on the were-bears, and I have a score to settle with Espen and his traitorous clan," I said.

I heard someone slam their fists on the table and looked at Silas as his eyes were onyx black, and his wolf was present.

"Are you mad?!" he growled as spit flew everywhere.

"Ozul and Prax barely have enough warriors as is, and you want to sacrifice mine as well as yours!" Silas growled as I chuckled and looked at Silas with a smirk.

"You think I give a shit about losing a few warriors?"

"As long as I get Staci and the pack, damn my losses!" I growled out as he flinched back.

"As an Alpha, Silas losing a few warriors is nothing."

"But making tough decisions and taking what you want makes you a man," I smiled and turned to look out the bay window.

"I'm going to Helena's to get more copper and silver-tipped arrows for the werebears and wolves."

"While I'm gone, you three prepare your warriors."

"This time, we will win this battle and take what's ours!" I smirked and turned back to the three gentlemen sitting at the table.

"Any questions?" I asked as they shook their heads.

"Good, now get moving. We attack in a few days," I growled as they exited my office.

I smiled as I thought about having Staci as my mistress and felt my cock stir in my pants.

"Damn it," I chuckled.

"Time to go replace my little omega," I thought and exited my office and searched for her.

Janette POV

When Simon returned with those idiots and that cheating bastard that hurt my daughter, I scoffed with disgust. I was tired of Simon's abuse and constant cheating. I knew about the rape and abuse Silas inflicted on poor Yvette, and it made June, my wolf, angry.

After they disappeared into Simon's office, I quietly went upstairs and leaned against the door to listen to the conversation. I heard everything from the copper and silver arrows to Simon wanting to take Staci as his mistress while taking down the Blue Eclipse pack and keeping everything for himself.

"How dare he," my wolf flashed in my eyes, but I kept her from growling.

When Simon mentioned a woman named Helena, I wondered who that was. Simon repeated something about copper and silver arrows and said that Helena had the supply for him to pick up.

"So, she's a witch," I thought. I heard movement and quickly disappeared into the kitchen as the men started leaving.

"I've had enough of this, June. Are you with me?" I asked my wolf as she growled in agreement.

When I first met Simon all those years ago, he seemed charming. It wasn't until I had our first daughter that I started to see the change. The night after her birth is when I felt his infidelity.

"Where should we go?" June asked.

"The Blue Eclipse pack, but first, I'm going to the cells and freeing that young woman and young man Silas brought over here a few months ago," I told my wolf. I heard Simon coming out of his office.

"I'll be gone most of the night. Behave yourself," he said as he approached me and kissed my lips.

I plastered a fake smile and nodded as he left out the side patio door. I scoffed, and once I knew he was out of earshot, I dashed to his office.

Once I found the keys to the dungeons, I quietly went down to the cells and saw the two prisoners. I looked into the young lady's cell as her head snapped up, and she backed up to the wall and whimpered.

"Shh, I'm not here to hurt you or your friend."

"I came to release you and take you away from here," I said, unlocking the cell door.

"Why are you helping us?"

"Your Alpha and his friends are evil, and I didn't do anything wrong to deserve this," the young girl nearly cried.

She reminded me of my three girls, and I, as a Mother, would do anything to protect my daughters.

"I'm tired of this pack and my so-called chosen mate."

"I'm nothing to him but a title and a breeding mare."

"So, my reason for helping you is because I have three daughters of my own, and I would do anything to protect them, even from their Father," I said.

She eyed me for a minute before she calmly walked out of the cell, and we made our way over to the other cell to release her friend.

"This is Bane. He was my brother's Beta before Silas killed him," I let out a small gasp, and my heart broke for this girl.

"Okay, we have to move quickly."

"Simon doesn't keep warriors at the border, so this should be a quick getaway," I told them as we quietly left the dungeon.

Once outside, I quickly scanned the area to ensure it was clear and nodded for them to follow me. Once we were closer to the east border, we hid behind some trees.

"Once we shift head for the Blue Eclipse pack, one of my daughters is there with her mate, and I need to let the Alpha know about Simon's plan to attack in a few days," they both looked at me and nodded.

Once we shifted, we ran toward the Blue Eclipse pack.

"Goddess, let us make it safely," I silently prayed as we ran into the night.
