The Rejected Alpha Wolf -
THIRTYEIGHT-THE WICKED WITCH (Part 2)
Ace POV
I rode in the SUV with Carlito and Julio while Espen gave directions in the passenger seat. Four other SUVs followed us as we headed out of town to replace the witch's coven.
"So, what's the plan?" Carlito asked.
"Get the witch to talk. If she doesn't want to talk, rip her head off."
"One less dark witch to worry about," I growled as Carlito and Julio cringed.
"Sorry guys, Apollo is antsy and pissed off," they nodded in understanding as we left the city and drove down a dark road.
"When you said on the outskirts, you weren't kidding Espen," Julio said as Espen turned and gave him a look.
We drove for about another forty-five minutes until a two-story Tudor-style home appeared. The house was painted in purple and white. The area gave off a creepy vibe as dark clouds loomed around, and it was the only house on the dead-end street.
Helena's House
"Is this the place?" I asked, and Espen nodded his head.
We all exited the SUVs as Björn and Bodvar came and stood behind us with the other warriors. The wind blew slightly, and there was a chill when we gazed upon the house.
"Anyone else feeling a bit creeped out here?" Carlito said.
We walked up to the front door and knocked. We waited with bated breath as the door creaked open, but nobody was there to greet us.
"Okay, that's just fucking weird," Julio whispered as we stepped inside. We walked inside the foyer and felt warmth coming from the living room.
There was a fireplace on the fall wall of the living room, with a cauldron and potions and powders everywhere. The walls were painted dark purple with white trim. You could tell this was a witch's coven, and the scent of sage and death lingered in the air.
Helena's Livingroom
"I have visitors," we heard a Russian accent as footsteps descended the stairs.
"By the auras, I'm sensing wolves and maybe three were-bears here."
"Am I correct?" the voice cackled slightly as I tried to hold Apollo back.
The footsteps got closer as a woman no taller than 5'7 or 5'8 appeared in the room. She had long, raven-black hair, pale skin, and gray eyes. She licked her red-painted lips as she eyed us.
Helena
"Mmm, fine, looking specimens here," she chuckled.
"To what do I owe the pleasure of you, fine wolves and were-bears?" she asked as we stood stock in our spots.
"Is your name Helena?" I asked and stepped forward.
"Why yes, it is, young Alpha, and who might you be?" she clicked her tongue as her eyes roamed my body. It made me shiver in disgust, and Apollo was fighting me for control.
"My name is Alpha Ace of the Blue Eclipse pack, and I firmly believe you had a hand in helping a certain Alpha with killing a few of my pack members as well as a few were-bears," I growled out. She cackled loudly as her eyes glowed.
"So, what of it, young Alpha?"
"I don't hate wolves or were-bears, but when someone pays me top dollar for potions and poisons, I won't pass up getting paid for my services," she smiled, showing her perfect white teeth.
Apollo pushed forward as my eyes turned onyx black.
"You will regret that witch!" she smirked and flicked her wrists as everyone except me floated in the air and started gasping for breath.
"What the..." she started saying as her eyes landed on me.
"How is that possible?"
"How are you not affected by my magic?!" she shouted, and I shifted to Apollo. I heard her gasp as her eyes widened.
"That's not possible!"
"A white wolf?!" she said as Apollo rushed and knocked her to the ground.
Helena POV
My eyes widened when the white wolf tackled me to the ground and snapped his jaws inches from my face.
"How is this possible?"
"Lord Abaddon and the hunters wiped out the White Wolf Clan centuries ago."
"How is this Alpha even alive?" my mind raced as the wolf growled at me.
"WAIT!!!" I shouted as saliva dripped from his teeth.
The wolf backed off but kept his eyes on me. I watched as the others I had floating in the air now stood on their feet. They eyed me viciously.
"I could help you in exchange for my freedom."
"You're looking for Alpha Simon, right?" the white wolf growled at me, and I cringed back.
I knew the story about the white wolves and their powers. This Alpha could kill me with any one of his powers and send my spirit to hell if he wanted. There was something very peculiar about this Alpha besides his being a white wolf. I watched as he shifted back to his human form, and one of his warriors passed him some shorts.
I looked at the jackhammer between his legs and everything else and slightly blushed, but I hid it well.
"Your freedom, huh?" the young Alpha said as my eyes lingered on him.
"You heard correctly. I was the one who engineered those copper-tipped spears and laced them with silver."
"Simon plans to put those weapons to use again on your pack and were-bears."
"Only I can render the weapons useless," I held my hands out and pouted my bottom lip.
"I'll come quietly and play nice," I smiled as the Alpha eyed me suspiciously. I loved his deep, accented voice as my core wept with anticipation.
"Rafe, get the iron cuffs," my eyes widened as the Alpha said iron.
"This one is smart," I thought. The warrior exits the house.
He returned a few minutes later with the iron cuffs. The Alpha grabbed the cuffs and walked toward me with the other handsome wolf. I'm going to guess that's his Beta. My powers diminished as the Alpha put the cuffs around my wrists. I hissed as the cuffs burned, and the Alpha escorted me outside. I clicked my tongue as I had some magic left, and my handy little bag followed us out the door.
"What the hell is that?!" one of the warriors shouted. I chuckled.
"It's my traveling bag."
"Since I'm going to be the Alpha's prisoner, I might as well bring some change of clothes and some fun toys," I smirked as the wolf's eyes widened.
"Check the bag," the Alpha commanded his warrior.
The warrior checked my bag and found my clothes and some sexual toys. I like to keep it handy. The warrior blushed slightly as he handed me the bag.
"All clear, Alpha," I chuckled and winked at the wolf as he turned and walked toward another SUV.
"You sit with us," the Alpha said, and I smirked.
"I'll sit anywhere you want me to, big boy," I giggled as the Alpha growled.
I have to admit he was handsome and tall, 6'6 with lightly tanned skin, those gorgeous greenish-blue eyes, and that jet-black curly hair.
"Hot damn," I thought and felt my panties dampen.
The Alpha and his ranked members got into the first SUV. I sat between the Alpha and his Beta as the warrior entered the driver's seat and the giant bear entered the front seat.
"All these delicious men in the car. What's a girl to do?" I smirked. The Alpha growled, and I chuckled.
"Just be quiet and enjoy the ride," he said as the warrior drove off.
After the grueling silent drive, we finally arrived in the lush territory of the Blue Eclipse pack. We approached a giant iron gate as four warriors stepped and bowed to the SUV when the Alpha rolled the window down. The warrior drove through the gate as I looked ahead, amazed at the beautiful scenery ahead.
"Nice place you have here," I said as the Alpha eyed me.
The warrior stopped the SUV, and my eyes widened like saucers.
"A fucking castle!" I thought.
"How well established was the Blue Eclipse pack?" I wondered as the wolves exited the SUV. I was the last to exit, and the Alpha turned and looked at me.
"I will remove the cuffs and escort you to my office to talk with the elders."
"You are going to tell them everything you know, understood?" the Alpha said seriously as I nodded.
"I said I would behave, Alpha," I leaned closer to his ear on my tiptoes.
"But if you want me to be a bad girl, I will," I licked his earlobe as he backed up and growled.
I chuckled as he huffed, took the keys from his pocket, and unlocked my handcuffs. I felt my magic return and sighed with relief. I rubbed my wrists as two warriors flanked behind me, and I grabbed my bag out of the SUV and followed the Alpha toward the castle. We walked up the stone-made steps and inside the castle.
My eyes went wide as I looked around the massive castle and admired the beauty of the interior. I felt the stares of the other wolves and lower-ranked members as we walked to a set of steel doors.
"Your pack doesn't seem to like me too much," I chuckled.
"Yeah, well, some of the dead warriors had mates and pups."
"While others didn't get the chance to meet their mates yet," the Alpha growled.
"So testy, Alpha," I smirked as the doors opened and we stepped inside an elevator.
The Alpha pushed the button for the fourth floor as the doors closed, and I felt the elevator ascend. The doors opened to an open hallway filled with portraits and statues. I saw vases full of white roses and looked at the photos of the different men and women.
"The previous Alphas and Lunas," I said as the Alpha stopped and looked at me.
"Such a strong bloodline," I smirked and followed the Alpha.
We walked closer to the last wooden door. I felt the immense auras on the other side of the door, which made my knees weak, and I felt the need to lower my head.
When the Alpha opened the door and hit me with the full force of whoever was in the room, I immediately dropped to my knees and bowed. I looked up and saw an older couple, along with the elders. The older gentleman screamed power and dominance, and the older lady was just as powerful, and I gasped.
"The legendary Silva Alpha and his white wolf Queen," I said as my eyes went wide, and all eyes fell on me.
Ace POV
I looked at the witch as she spoke about my Father and Mother.
"What are you talking about?" I asked as her gray eyes focused on me. Everyone in the office sat as the elders stood and eyed the witch.
"So, this is the first female white wolf and her royal-blooded mate," the witch chuckled.
"Well, now I can see why this young Alpha possesses so much power, and Simon wants this pack and your Mother."
"Your bloodline is something of the supernatural talk. The moon goddess played her hands nicely with your mate bond," she chuckled as my eyes stared at her suspiciously.
"What do you know?" I asked, looking to see my Father and Mother eyeing her like I was.
"I've heard the stories about the six royal-blooded sons born from the moon goddess's son William, and the Silva line comes from that wolf."
"I also know the stories surrounding the White Wolf clan and how Abaddon was obsessed with replaceing a bride for himself, but his selfishness led him to meet his end," the witch said. My eyes widened as she spoke.
"What the hell is she talking about?" I thought. Apollo grunted and put a block between us.
"From what I know, since you are the last royal line of the werewolf world, one of the descendants is supposed to take the throne and bring peace to the supernatural world," the witch said.
"The fuck!" I shouted. I watched as everyone held a breath, and my eyes widened with shock.
"Dad? Mom?" I looked at my parents for answers.
"Oh? Your parents were only told a partial truth about the histories. More specifically, your Father," the witch said and smiled.
"Are you saying that one of us?" I pointed to myself and my Father.
"Is supposed to become the next King of the werewolves?" I asked as the witch smirked and nodded.
"APOLLO!" I roared at my wolf, but all he did was grunt.
"Asshole!" I snarled as he growled and put his block back up.
I pondered what the witch said and heard the door open. While the scent of honeysuckle hit me, Rachel entered the office with a twin in each arm. She smiled at me and walked toward my desk.
"This is the witch?" she asked, her green eyes looking the witch up and down.
"Yes, that's her," I told Rachel. Helena's eyes went wide as she focused her gaze on the twins. I growled, and her eyes focused back on me.
"No offense, young Alpha, but do you know how powerful your twins are?" I looked at the witch as if she had grown two heads.
"What are you talking about?" I asked her as she sighed and rolled her eyes.
"Your twins are white wolves and are of royal blood."
"That makes them the next Alpha Kings of the werewolves," my mouth hung open as Rachel gasped.
"The last King that sat on the throne was Albert Sinclair of the British Kingdom."
"The vampire lord Draco killed him before he could replace his mate and produce heirs for the throne."
"That alone makes your sons the next Alpha Kings or, in better terms, you," the witch said as everyone looked at her.
"Now I see why Selene paired your Mother and Father together."
"She wants to ensure peace for all the supernaturals, and your sons will help make that happen," I rubbed my temples as Rachel sat quietly beside me, rocking the twins.
"Okay, we have established that my sons are the future Alpha Kings."
"What will we do about Simon and the weapons you made?" I heard the Elders grunt and talk amongst themselves.
"As I said, I can render the weapons useless, but as wolves and bears, you will still be affected by the contents of the copper and silver," Helena shrugged, and I sighed.
"Damn it!" I shouted and stood up from my chair.
"But not me, right?" I asked and looked at the witch. She pondered on what I said before she spoke.
"As a white wolf, silver and wolfsbane don't affect you as much as regular wolves."
"But because of the use of your powers, the poison will spread faster into your system and likely kill you," I shook my head and sighed.
"My forcefield will have to suffice while I'm trying to dodge their arrows," I let out my breath as Rachel grabbed my arm with a sad look.
"I don't want you getting hurt, Ace," Rachel barely whispered as she cuddled the boys. I kneeled before Rachel and looked into her eyes.
"I'm doing this to protect my family and pack little flower."
"Simon and his allies must be stopped at all costs."
"If we lose and he takes over the pack, who's to say what he will do if there's no one to stop him," I saw the tears glisten in Rachel's eyes as she closed them tightly and bit her lip.
"Promise me, you will return to me and our sons?"
"Promise me?" I looked into her eyes and grabbed her face, kissing her lips with a fiery passion.
"I promise to return to you and our sons, little flower," I said, holding my family close.
At this point, nothing could stop me from returning to my family. I was determined now more than ever to destroy Simon and those of his allies.
"We need to up training and triple patrols. I want eyes on the borders at all times."
"Do you understand? Get with Espen and the other allies to develop a detailed layout of the patrol rotations."
"If Simon moves, I want to know about it," I told my Beta and Gamma as they nodded and left the office.
"Helena, what do you need to render the weapons useless?"
"And how many did Simon buy from you?" I asked the witch.
"He brought enough to take out five armies."
"I need sage, black candles, and a quiet workplace," I nodded and linked a warrior to come and escort Helena to one of the castle's quieter rooms and keep an eye on her.
Even though she's a dark witch, she values her life more than anything, which is an advantage I have over her. One wrong slip-up on her end, and I'll make sure to rip her head off.
The Elders said they would contact the vampire King and see about sending over some extra help for the battle to come. As they were escorted out of the castle, I thanked them for their support. I sighed and turned to my parents.
"Mom?" I asked as her blue eyes focused on me.
"Can you help me train?
I want to learn to control my powers more."
"I need to be prepared for anything," I watched a broad smile grace her face.
"Of course. We can start tomorrow," Mom said and patted my shoulder.
At this rate, I was willing to do anything to protect my family and pack, even if it cost me my life.
