The Supreme God of Martial Arts -
Chapter 152 The Violet Royal Sword (Part Two)
Afterwards, Austin looked down. What was left in front of him was along scarlet sword which had a mysterious shimmering streak ofmagical light emanating from it.
It was a high-grade spiritual weapon that Lois received from hisancestors.
There were three words engraved on the blade of the sword, whichread Violet Royal Sword.
Austin stood up and decided to test the sword's ability. He aimed at agiant tree and sliced it using the blade. In an instant, a streak of strongscarlet light flashed from the sword as it was cutting the tree.
And right after the Violet Royal Sword had completely sliced throughthe tree, the enormous tree that had a width of at least five men's arms'length began to shake. And then it started tilting and was slowly fallingto the ground. Austin retreated to a safe distance, about 20 feet fromthe falling tree. A roaring and rumbling sound came from the fallingtree. The ground shook as it fell, creating a loud bang which resonatedthroughout the forest. The animals were surprised and frightened; birdsleft their nests and flew into the sky, the deer scattered everywheretrying to replace a safe place to hide, and the rats wiggled into theircaves...
“Wow! This is a surprisingly sharp sword."
Austin was fascinated and amazed with the sword’s power.
Holding the sword in his hand, Austin started thinking as to how to useit for his own gain.
As of this moment, he had acquired martial arts skills of Spiritual SenseFlying Needle, Wind-commanding Skill, Grand Pagoda SummoningSkill, Twin Shadow Blades, and the 1000 pounds’ lifting capability hegot from Overlord Body-refining Formula.
Mulling over his skills, he realized that none of them required a swordor even needed a sword.
Although the Twin Shadow Blades sounded like a skill that wouldrequire some sort of weapon, but in reality, it only required the use ofhis mind in order to control it.
But since he had obtained a powerful sword, he felt the need to startlearning and practicing a new martial art that required it.
Considering that the Violet Royal Sword was a high-grade spiritualweapon, Austin felt that it would be such a waste not to use it. Hethought that he should practice swordsmanship skill that would suitthis sword. This way, the sword would be of use and would finally beworth all the trouble he had been through just to acquire it.
The first place that came into his mind where he could replace aswordsmanship skill book was the Sacred Scriptures Library. However, having been there once, he knew that most of the books in that librarywere only about grade two or grade three swordsmanship skills, whichseemed too low of a grade for such a powerful sword.
Among all the skills he had learned so far, the Wind-commanding Skillwas a grade five martial arts skill, and the Grand Pagoda SummoningSkill was a grade four martial arts skill while the Overlord Body-refiningFormula was even more remarkable as to be a grade seven martial artsskill.
After learning and mastering all these high-grade martial arts skills,Austin honestly felt indifferent to much lower grade martial arts skills, such as those belonged to second or third grade.
It was like a person who became accustomed to having delicious foodand was being forced to eat buns. He felt that the skill books in theSacred Scriptures Library were way below his talents and skills.
To match the Violet Royal Sword, it seemed like he needed to replace ahigh-grade swordsmanship skill book from somewhere else.
“Maybe I should try my luck on an auction since I finally have the meansto buy something. I have so many vital energy crystals after all, * hethought to himself.
Now, with things worth 300, 000 vital energy crystals in his pocket, hefelt that it would be easier to purchase the kind of book he wanted.
It seems like it's time to go back, *
he mumbled to himself as he gazed towards the direction of the SunBECE ais
Two days later, in Peace Town near the Sun Sect.
The weather was cool and pleasant and the streets were crowded asusual.
On the main street, a notice written on large red paper was posted onthe door of a luxuriously decorated shop. The notice was about theprojects that the shop had.
A young man stood before the notice and was contemplating about it.It was none other than Austin himself.
During his days in the outer range of the Grand Desolation Mountains,Austin had acquired a great number of diabolic beast cores. Now hewas searching for a place to sell them.
On his way back to the Sun Sect, he swung by the Peace Town first.“This shop really does business of purchasing diabolic beast cores. Letme replace out how much they would offer.’
With the thought, Austin stepped into the shop.
The decoration of the shop was as luxurious and magnificent as he hadexpected. “The owner of the shop must have handled numerousbusiness transactions to have such great knowledge on the value ofvarious kinds of diabolic beast cores, * he thought.
"Hey, what are you doing here?"
A gruff sound was heard from behind the counter located in the middleof the lobby. Austin turned around, and saw a guy looking at him withan impolite, mean look on his face.
"I came here to sell some diabolic beast cores that I have," Austinexplained.
Austin was a little annoyed at the guy's attitude towards him. Being acustomer, he wasn't expecting such a cold treatment.
"You are not welcome here. We only purchase diabolic beast coresabove level three. Otherwise, just take your diabolic beast cores over tothat grocery store over there. They would be more than willing to dobusiness with you,” the guy said, even more impolitely.
No doubt the guy judged Austin as an ordinary, weak young man whocould not possibly have much strength. And of course, in his eyes, itwas absolutely impossible for Austin to have any high level diabolicbeast cores.
What the shop wanted was diabolic beast cores, which were at least atlevel three, and which was indeed an impossible feat for fighters whowere even at level eight or nine of the Energy Gathering Realm.
It was something very difficult even for prominent fighters, let aloneAustin looked like a weak, fragile young man. The guy thought that hewas wasting his time talking to Austin, so he urged Austin to leave.Furrowing his brows, Austin stared at the guy indignantly for a shorttime without arguing with him
After calming down for a moment, he walked towards the corner andstood in front of that guy. From his pocket, he took out his level threebeast core and threw it on the counter table.
"Now, do you think I should leave?" he asked coldly.
