The Zerkalo Aaenna, was something of legend, or so Walter learned. Walter always liked to study about what he was looking for, it made him more interested in replaceing it and helped replace the location of it. The woman, apparently named Tonya Lorillard, had given him all the information she had about the treasure.

Walter had made love with her, which was fantastic, and then he couldn’t sleep. He was too curious about this mirror. So, with Tonya sleeping next to him he pulled out the information pad that she had given him and started reading about it.

The mirror was surrounded by myths. It apparently came from a planet called Gaia. Walter had never heard of this planet, but it supposedly was one of the oldest known planets in the cosmos. The Gayan legend spoke of this mirror as the portal of Lord Brahma, Lord Brahma was their principle deity and the creator of the whole universe or at least this was an account by universally recognized historian.

The historian gave a detailed report of this mirror it was as if he had first hand knowledge of the mirror. It had been constructed of a material that when vibrated could open a rift in the space time continuum and lead into another dimension.

That idea intrigued Walter. The thought that a mirror could lead into another dimension was a bit abstract, but the idea was making him want to replace this thing. So, the question now was: whether there was enough evidence to state that this mirror existed and not. From this detailed account of this mirror, it seemed like it did exist however it had not been seen in quite some time. Apparently, the fall of the Gayans made this item disappear.

The last known account of the mirror was during the war that ravaged the planet of Gaia, per the historian this war happened trillions of years ago. Walter had to read that several times to make sure he did not read that wrong. Trillions? That didn’t make sense, everyone knew that the universe was only billions of years old, and yet something occurred trillions of years ago?

Walter began to wonder if this meant that the mirror existed in another universe and perhaps that universe was trillions of years old? Perhaps the mirror was created in this alternate universe which was trillions of years old and it had an opening in this universe? Walter shook his head as was trying to get over this sort of spinning feeling he was having.

So where was the mirror now? Walter spent most of the rest of the night looking for just that. He was so engrossed by reading what looked like a record of where the mirror had been moved to shortly after the fall of the Gayans, that he wasn’t stirred by Tonya shifting slight as she slept.

Walter eventually found that it was brought to a place that was called the belt of the hunter. Walter was confused about that he was in fact confused about everything. He put the pad to the side and he got up to just stretch his legs a bit. As he did, he passed his star chart and stopped suddenly and looked over at the star chart.

“Yes, that’s it!” Walter said as he grabbed a star chart of the constellation that was known as the Hunter by many civilizations. Walter could see why, one could imagine it being a hunter holding a weapon above his head and a shield up as if deflecting something. Sure, enough at the center of this constellation where a belt would be was a series of three stars. “Found you!”
