Alissa's

POV

My last full day in Crescent Moon finally came.

I watched the outside of the pack house from the window.

Then, I felt am arm wrap around my waist from behind.

Then, Luke placed his head on my shoulder.

"Hey" he greeted sleepily.

"Hi" I said and Luke gave me a kiss on my neck.

"What are you doing?" he asked.

"Oh nothing. Just watching over everyone from here" I said.

Luke chuckled then he held me by the hip and made me turn to face him.

"We're going back tomorrow morning to the palace since we still have a lot to prepare for the coronation" he said.

"If you want to go back here in Crescent Moon after the coronation, I'm more than happy to bring you here seeing how fond you are now with everyone" he said. I smiled and nodded.

"Okay" I said and I have Luke a peck on the lips.

Luke smiled.

"Let me wash up and let's go down to eat breakfast with everyone else" he said.

I nodded in agreement and Luke went to the bathroom and I waited for him as I continued to look out the window.

Being here was quite an experience.

After some time, Luke finished washing up and we decided to go down to join everyone else for breakfast.

We went downstairs together and saw uncle El immediately.

"Just in time. Come on, we were about to call the both of you for breakfast" he said.

Luke and I followed uncle El to the dining room where everyone else was.

Everyone greeted us good morning with a smile and we returned the greetings and smiles as well.

Breakfast was in buffet style as usual and Luke and I both got our plates and got our own food then sat down with everyone else. "This is Alissa's last whole day in Crescent Moon. It's saddening that you need to leave so soon" uncle El stated.

I was pretty sad to leave as well but I had to get back to further prepare for the coronation.

"Good thing we will be able to see her again in her coronation day" the Beta saidm

I smiled. He's right.

We will get to see each other again in no time.

"We really enjoyed your visit, Alissa. We hope you'd be able to come back once everything is settled in the palace" the Luna said. I nodded.

"Of course. I would love to come back and stay longer for a change" I said.

"And I'm more than willing to take her to visit" Luke said and we smiled at each other.

"Oh you can stay in the palace, Luke. We've seen enough of you already and you're supposed to be busy" uncle El teased Luke. Everyone laughed and Luke chuckled.

"Don't say that to your nephew. He might take it seriously" the Luna lightly scolded.

"I was only kidding. Luke knows that" uncle El said.

"Of course. I know that uncle El misses me everyday of the year" Luke teased back.

"I'm his favorite after all" Luke added earning a pout from Liana who was across from me.

"I beg to disagree. Yes, you are in fact the first nephew but you are most definitely not the favorite" Lia said squinting her eyes at her brother.

"I am. I'm the favorite" she said crossing her arms in front of her chest.

Then, she turned to uncle El.

"Tell him, uncle El" she said batting her eyelashes at him to win his favor.

Lucas stayed quiet as he ate and enjoyed the entertaining performance by his twin.

Aunt Livi on the other hand had a look of disbelief while uncle Luan seemed both amused and supportive of his daughter.

"Right" Luke said sarcastically.

Lia raised a brow at her brother.

"What's with the tone?" she said in the most sassy way possible.

Everyone laughed at the sibling's argument.

In the end, aunt Livi made them both stop.

The only reason Luke kept going was to piss off Liana. He does that a lot and I could only watch and laugh.

We finished breakfast full of laughter and Luke and I decided to take a walk together.

We held hands as we walked through the woods.

It was such a fun experience staying here in Crescent Moon and knowing that Luke, Lucas and Liana got to experience growing up in such a beautiful place with such amazing people warms my heart. And since aunt Livi grew up and led the pack, it makes it even more special than it already is.

"I want our future kids to grow up here as well or atleast spend a good amount of their childhood here" Luke suddenly said.

"When I was a kid, I enjoyed every visit here in Crescent Moon. I experienced so many things that I don't get to experience in the palace" he said.

"I lived 2 lives. One being the werewolf prince in the palace and the other as a young carefree wolf in a big pack" he continued.

"And which one did you like better?" I asked.

"Definitely the one where I was allowed to play on the tree house, wrestle in the dirt and bathe in the lake" he said.

I chuckled.

"Our kids will be born to royalty and I want to have somewhat of an escape from being princes or princesses" he said.

I nodded in agreement.

"I grew up in a pack as well. I got to experience those little things as well that brought me so much joy and I'd want that for our future kids as well" I told him. Luke smiled.

"When we have kids, let's give them the best of both lives" Luke said and I nodded as we stopped walking and faced each other.

་།

I agree. Let's do just that" I said and Luke held both my hands and kissed them.

I smiled and he pulled me in for a kiss.

It was the most magical kiss of all time.
