Many ministers were gathered here. All of them were officials of the third rank or

higher in Florence’s court, wielding significant power.

They all had one thing in common, which was overseeing the insect soldier

experimental bases.

In other words, they gathered here with sinister intentions.

Outside the hotel entrance, Luna appeared boldly with the experts from the

Shrouded Gate.

“Halt! Paramount Hotel has been reserved by the ministers today. Leave quickly if

you’re not involved. Otherwise, don’t blame us for being impolite!” the guards at the door shouted assoon as Luna and her group arrived.

Boom!

Marcellus snorted coldly and struck with his palm.

His Martial Emperor inner energy surged up, and the guards were all sent flying in

the blink of an eye, crashing into walls and door frames. They fell to the ground,

moaning and groaning in pain.

Luna entered without changing her expression.

Upon arriving at the main hall, what greeted her was quite surprising.

Instead of showing panic or surprise at her sudden entrance, the ministers all had

smirks on their faces. Their expressions were mocking as they sneered. It seemed

they had been expecting her.

“You’re finally here.”

“I wondered who was scheming behind the scenes, and it turns out that it’s you!”

“As expected of the Wolf King’s woman. You have strength, tactics, and guts, but unfortunately, you’vechosen the wrong opponent. You’ll pay a heavy price today.”

“Today marks the day of your death!”

“The Shrouded Gate? It turns out they’re just a woman’s plaything. We’ll annihilate

them!”

The ministers laughed coldly one after another. It seemed that they had set up a trap

to lure out the true culprit behind Ryan’s death and catch Luna!

As soon as they spoke, powerful auras appeared. They were the martial realm

experts from the various families behind these ministers.

Some were spirited, some were proud, and some were imposing. They were all well-

known names who united on this day to deal with the Shrouded Gate.

However, facing this situation, Luna showed no fear. Instead, her eyes revealed a

hint of excitement. It was like a ferocious beast awakening at the sight of food!

“Hehehe” Luna chuckled, her disdainful gaze sweeping over all the ministers and

martial realm experts present. Her voice was filled with endless coldness. “Do you

think that you can stop my Shrouded Gate? What a foolish dream!”

As her words fell, a chilling wind suddenly swept through the hall. It roared and

raged, spreading violence and bloodthirst across the space.

At that moment, Luna held the Sanguis Blade, and her aura instantly soared. Her

heart raced, and her hair fluttered.

She was like a bloodthirsty god awakened by the sacrifice of fresh blood, a demon

king reveling in bloodshed, looking down on all living beings and despising the

lowly ants.
