I was very sleepy and awfully drowsy, but my cramps were so bad that I woke up not long after falling asleep.

Left with no other choice, I climbed out of bed and planned to look for painkillers.

After failing to replace any, I pulled up the delivery app to order one.

I took the painkillers, and my cramps stopped.
