“I can do that” Knox pulled me close to him, holding me close to him, my head against his chest, I could hear and feel his heart pulsing in his chest, it seemed to be racing. “Knox….” I go to speak, but notice his breathing has changed and he is now sleeping while holding me, I doubted he had slept much in the chair earlier waiting for me to wake, so I decide to let him sleep, maybe being alongside me knowing I’m his mate would help him sleep that seems weird thinking like that.

I lay my head into his chest again to make myself comfortable, enjoying the heat from his embrace, and soon fall into a deep sleep myself………..
