Chapter 969 He Likes You

Elizabeth felt like she was getting into a dream because it was too familiar.

Nate looked at her expression and he smiled seductively.

“Do you know how to cook?”

Elizabeth glanced in the direction of the kitchen. “I know a bit, but just a little. IfI cook for you once, willyou let me see my mom?”

She was a little uncertain, she wanted to hear him say it out loud.

Nate rolled her eyes. “One isn’t enough, but it won’t exceed five.”

After saying that, he laughed. It was that kind of cheerful laughter.

Elizabeth pursed her lips. “I can promise you, but can I trust you?”

Does he really know where her mother is? If he doesn’t know but is getting close to her for a certainpurpose, then she’ll cook for nothing.

Elizabeth was no longer the same Elizabeth from before. She would think a lot, and she would alsoconsider a lot

Nate nodded and caressed her head.

“You’re not that stupid.”

After saying that, he called out, “Someone, take out my guarantee letter.”

At this moment, a woman in a suit walked out with a piece of paper in her hand.

She respectfully handed it to Nate, “Young Master!”

She raised her hands and brought it to Nate.

Nate took it and stretched it toward Elizabeth.

“This is my guarantee. IfI could not do it then I’ll compensate you 50 million.”

Elizabeth took it. Looking at the copies of his identification card and his signature on it, she folded it.

“Then it’s a deal,”

She put the letter into her bag. The bag she took today was custom made with a password lock. Shequickly locked it.

After completing this series of movements, she looked at Nate with a smile.

“Mr. Cox, are you picky? Do you have any allergy?”

Initially, she wanted to ask him what he liked to eat. But when she thought about it twice, her cookingwas not good enough order.

All she could do was make Matthew’s favorite food. She couldn’t do anything else.

Nato smiled and lifted his glasses.

“I’m not picky. I will eat what I can have?”

Elizabeth heaved a sigh of relief upon hearing this. It seemed that this man was not here to makethings difficult for her.

She handed the bag to Kai. Although it was obvious, Nate didn’t mind.

This was the first time she went out with a stranger. It was normal for her to bring a bodyguard with her.Having the guarantee letter, it was only right for her to keep her bag well.

He has to admit that this girl was very clever.

Elizabeth entered the kitchen and Nate followed her in.

She had just hung up the apron and was about to see what was in the refrigerator. Feeling his gaze, she turned around and walked to the door, opening her arms to stop him.

“Mr. Cox, I don’t like people interrupting me when I’m cooking. You can do whatever you want. I’ll getthe servant to call you when I’m done.”

Nate wanted to accompany her in the kitchen, but seeing her stern little face, he knew that this wasprobably her habit, so he could only agree.

“Okay, I’ll be in the living room. Call me if you need anything.”

After saying that, he walked out and looked back.

She had grown up. She’s still so cute and prettier!

Thinking of this, his smile became very warm, like the warm winter sunlight, like a sunny boy.

Kai waited in the living room. When he saw the look in the young man’s eyes, he felt that somethingwas off.

Hence, he took out his phone and texted Elizabeth.

“Mrs. Wade, the way he looks at you doesn’t seem right. He seems to like you. Be careful”

Kai and Elizabeth had been together for so long and they trusted each other.

With her bringing him here today and the necessary equipment, he knew it would be very dangerousfor her to meet him this time.

Elizabeth had just cooked the rice when her phone on the table vibrated. She took a kitchen paper andwiped the water on her band. Then, I picked up her phone and clicked on it.
