Sinclair's face turned deathly pale in an instant. He looked at Heinz and felt even uneasier. Still, he had to force himself to show a calm expression on the surface.

"Mr. Jones, if you're serious about this, you will still have to gather enough evidence of me breaking the law, otherwise it wouldn't be that easy to send me to jail," Sinclair said.

Heinz just smiled and said, "Do you think that I would come here without getting a hold of the evidence against you? I'm already in my forties, I know what I should do. I wouldn't act like a child and come here to say all these things without preparation."

Sinclair's face fell again. "Fine, so you've gotten some information on me and have decided to come to me right away, but I don't think I've ever been out of line besides having fooled around with some women. Thus, I'm not scared of you."

"Well, I'm not too sure about that. Transferring huge amounts of assets, isn't that illegal?" Heinz asked with a smile. "Moreover, you transferred them out of the country, and how did you manage

to do that?"

Sinclair was startled again. The color on his face was drained.

He did ask some agencies for help on the matter. It wasn't done exactly legally, thus, he would have to pay the price if it was being investigated and if he was being caught for that.

As Heinz had unexpectedly brought it up then, it must have meant that he had enough evidence to prove it.

Sinclair thought for a while in silence and said, "Mr. Jones, I'm still Celeste's father. Why don't you just let me get away with this for once?"

"I'm afraid that won't work." Heinz laughed. "You can't get away with this, and the Interpol is already involved in this. You will be extradited back to the relevant units as soon as they start to investigate on your matter."

Sinclair's heart thumped. Negative emotions started surging within him. "Mr. Jones, you should be more forgiving."

"You and Cindy are the ones who are not forgiving," Heinz said faintly, "It's been almost twenty years, Sinclair. I have never taken it out on Theclair Group for whatever Cindy did in the past. I even showed her mercy. I warned you four years ago to not back Cindy up, but you didn't listen."

Four years ago, after the transfer of Celeste's custody was finalized, Heinz did warn Sinclair to block out Cindy as they returned to their country.

However, Sinclair decided to act one way in the public and another in the back. He didn't actually listen to him.

Cindy's reputation had soared within the past four years.

Heinz was calm as he brought up the past in front of Sinclair. He then said indifferently, "You were out of line in doing somet things, and I did show each of you mercy. However, you went after Celeste instead and even tried to use her. That's one thing that you really shouldn't have done.

If you and Monica didn't come to London, if you didn't associate with Cindy like this again, I might have considered letting you go.

However, now that you have made your move first, how can we not fight back?

Not only you, but also Cindy and Monica. You all will be punished.

This is what you deserve. Those women who had been your victims are waiting to see you pay your price too.

As for Suanne, she will obviously be seeing you in court. After all, you ruined her life.

Shouldn't you pay the price for that?"

In the face of Heinz's questioning, every word hit Sinclair hard.

He could barely breathe.

"If that's the case, why did you come over and tell me all this?" Sinclair looked at Heinz in confusion and asked. "You could've just asked the police to come arrest me instead. Why did you come all the way here and tell me in advance? Don't you think I will run away after hearing this?"

"You can't escape." Heinz smiled. "Do you think you even have the chance to escape?"

Sinclair was shocked again. "What do you mean?"

Heinz smiled radiantly. Instead of answering him, he looked at Alex and said, "Alex, we have been standing here for a long time. Should we rest for a bit now?"

Alex nodded immediately and said, "Sure, President, they'll be here soon."

He then glanced at his watch for a while, and then continued saying, "Just give them another five minutes."

"Well, let's talk with Sinclair for five more minutes then, otherwise I don't know when I will get to see him again." Heinz smiled at Sinclair and then glanced around the villa. "This place is indeed great. I also had my eyes set on the villa here, yet Cindy insisted on being my neighbor, that's why I had to move elsewhere. I didn't expect you to be neighbors with Cindy, just to make it more convenient to get a rendezvous with Monica. You must have had a hard time sneaking around under Cindy's nose all these years, right?"

Sinclair was extremely embarrassed as he was being mocked.

"Who is coming in five minutes?" Sinclair asked.

"The men who will be bringing you back home, of course." Heinz smiled.

"Heinz, what can I do for you to let me go?" Sinclair knew very well that once he was brought back, he would really be doomed.

He didn't want to go to jail.

Heinz stared at him without saying a word.

"I... I can work with your conditions. Really. I can leave Celeste alone and follow your orders in the future." Sinclair panicked after noticing how determined Heinz was in this matter.

He knew very well that he needed freedom. That was his only way to live a comfortable life.

He didn't dare imagine what life would be like if he lost his freedom.

If he needed to live the rest of his life in prison, it would be extremely difficult.

Not only would he be kept away from women, he also heard that there was a high risk of being sexually assaulted by prison inmates.

They were after all being kept away from women for their sentences, and their fellow inmates were the only ones available around for them to vent their desires.

At the thought of that, a chill ran down Sinclair's spine.

He must avoid going to jail.

"Do you want freedom?" Heinz smiled again and asked him leisurely.

"Of course, everyone wants to be free." Sinclair nodded quickly. "Freedom is what everyone desires."

Heinz nodded. Suddenly, he changed the subject and asked, "What is Cindy doing now with Michael?"

Sinclair was startled and immediately understood. "Mr. Jones, your ultimate goal is to deal with Cindy, isn't it? You aren't really after me, are you?"

Sinclair was still a smart person.

However, Heinz still felt that he was too arrogant.

Instead of answering, he laughed.

Sinclair also smiled and continued, "I can help you with that." "It doesn't seem like you two share a strong relationship. Look at you, already getting yourself ready to throw her overboard," Heinz said mockingly. Sinclair also smiled and said, "There isn't anything between Cindy and I. We were just taking what we needed from each other, and it was all for lusts and fun. Freedom means much more than her. After all, a wise man submits to circumstances."

"You don't have to worry about Cindy. Someone else was even faster than you to submit the evidence of Cindy's tax evasion. That's enough to put her behind bars for several years. Moreover, she also transferred her assets here through illegal means. I'm sure she will get to pay her price once everything gets investigated." Heinz crushed Sinclair's only hope.

"Who submitted the evidence?" Sinclair's face fell. Shortly after, he suddenly thought of something and asked in shock, "Was it Monica? Monica did it, didn't she?"

Heinz didn't say anything.

Sinclair sat down on the sofa with panic in his eyes.

"Did Monica really submit the evidence against Cindy? Is she planning to turn all of us in?" Sinclair narrowed his eyes. He was blaming himself for being too careless and not noticing it earlier about

Monica.

It was understandable if Monica did it out of desperation, as she needed money. However, she got Michael's money later on, didn't she?

Why did she still do it then?

Did she not know that they were all in the same boat?

Sinclair's expression was changing with his thoughts.

Heinz and Alex exchanged a look calmly.

"Mr. Jones, are you perhaps lying to me?" Sinclair gave a doubtful smile. "You are bluffing, aren't you?"

At that time, Alex's phone suddenly rang.

He picked up the phone.

"Yes, we are at Sinclair's place. Come in. I kept the door open for you," Alex said over the phone.
