True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz) -
Chapter 1841
"Mr. Charm, what do you mean by 'wait and see'?" Zayne asked faintly, "How should we wait and see exactly?"
Jensen blinked his eyes and said, "We just have to observe Simon and Marry and see if they've really changed to be better. If they did, then things would be fine, and there would be no more threats."
"In my opinion, it's a risk," Zayne said in a low voice. "There's a low possibility for people with criminal records to change to be better. Also, why should we be obliged to wait and see if they've changed? Why don't we just make sure they will never cause trouble again?"
"And how, may you suggest?" Jensen asked as he looked at Zayne. "I believe as long as they're alive, there will still be a chance for them to cause trouble. Are you suggesting that we should kill them then?" Seeing that Jensen was being so defensive of Heinz, Zayne was no longer being polite either. "We can cripple them."
Jensen was speechless.
He immediately looked at Heinz.
Heinz was also feeling helpless.
He felt that what he did had somehow offended Zayne.
Not only was Zayne mocking him, but he wasn't paying him any respect either.
He sighed and said, "Simon is already crippled. One of his ears is damaged."
Zayne chuckled lightly. "How is that a disability?"
Heinz and Jensen were both startled. Was he really that ruthless? Simon already had one ear that was damaged, and he was already scarred. He had also spent so many years in jail, yet Zayne still wanted
more.
"What do you consider a disability then?" Jensen couldn't help but to ask. He wanted to figure out what was on Zayne's mind.
To Jensen, Zayne was handsome and rich, yet he wasn't married yet, despite already being in his thirties. He was curious to know why as he found it strange.
"To be a vegetable," Zayne answered.
Heinz's lips twitched.
How cruel! Jensen thought.
A person in vegetative state could only lie in bed and definitely would stay out of trouble.
Timothy was helpless too to hear that. He noticed the awkwardness in Heinz and Jensen's expressions.
Timothy was the elderly after all.
He said to Zayne, "Stop talking about this. Heinz knows what to do and I believe he will get things done. Zayne, your sister told me herself that she's fine and not affected at all. She's just worried about you." Hearing that, Zayne stiffened and was a bit bashful.
Jensen immediately exchanged a look with Heinz, a glint of light flashed across their eyes.
Both of them understood that Timothy knew how he could stop Zayne from lashing out.
As expected, Zayne did not say anything more and remained silent.
Heinz smiled and said, "Yes, Zayne, your sister is also worried about you. She was worried about your personal life."
As he spoke, he glanced at Jensen.
Jensen immediately understood and said timely, "That's right. She has been talking with my wife about how you should settle down already. If you are still not getting into a relationship, your dad would be so worried."
Zayne's face fell again, and then he looked at Jensen and Heinz. They were clearly putting up a two-man act against him.
Heinz and Jensen didn't feel anything at all as he looked at them.
They were even smiling at Zayne, and Heinz even said, "Zayne, considering how close you are with Grace, she is really concerned about you and Timothy. You should lessen her burden soon so that Timothy can also be rest assured."
Zayne glanced at Timothy helplessly as Heinz said that.
His own father was working along with those two to tease him.
He was just trying to warn Heinz to not always sacrifice on Grace's happiness and ignore Grace's feelings, yet Timothy betrayed him and was helping them instead.
Did Timothy really have to do that?
He sighed in his heart.
After a long while, he said, "I'll talk to Grace about that. Heinz, when do you plan to turn Simon and Marry into vegetable then?"
Heinz gasped as Zayne continued to bombard him with his ceaseless harsh words.
Heinz was at a loss for words.
If it continued, it would only start an argument.
That would be meaningless.
He looked at Jensen and exchanged a look with him. He then said, "We won't do anything illegal. It will only worry your sister, and it wouldn't do any good to the baby she's bearing and her health if she worries too much."
"Do you still have the nerve to tell me that?" Zayne retorted, "You treated my sister like a baby-making machine, and yet you still have the nerve to talk to me about this."
Heinz was startled.
Jensen was also somewhat dumbfounded.
From the looks of it, there was really no way to reply to Zayne's statement.
Heinz looked at Timothy.
Timothy said, "Stop getting her pregnant after this. It will only cause harm to her body. Heinz, be careful next time. You and Grace aren't that young anymore. Her body won't be able to take it." Zayne finally smiled as he heard Timothy said that.
Finally, his father had decided to join his side.
He felt great.
Jensen and Heinz were speechless to notice his proud expression.
Wasn't he being too childish?
How old was he? How could he still bring himself to say things like that?
He was acting like a child.
Heinz looked at Zayne and said to Timothy with a smile, "I think Zayne is young at heart too. Although he's in his thirties already, he's still a teenager at heart. Zayne, don't rush to settle down. When it is fated, i will happen."
"Heinz, are you implying that I'm childish?" Zayne's voice turned cold.
"No, Zayne, don't get me wrong. I'm saying that you have an innocent mind. Not everyone can keep a clean state of mind at your age," Heinz explained.
"You're really good at this." Zayne chuckled with mockery. "My sister has already lowered her status ever since she got married to you. She's been put at disadvantage, and you are just continuing to replace excuses for things that had happened."
Heinz was once again startled. He felt wronged to have Zayne acting that hostile towards him every single time.
Could it be that Zayne actually had a crush on Grace?
Zayne was always particularly protective of Grace, sometimes even getting a little psychopathic at it.
Heinz felt exceptionally helpless at the thought of that.
He could only bite the bullet and explain patiently, "Of course not. I'm not replaceing excuses for myself." "You're only making it worse by explaining yourself. Heinz, why are you panicking?" Zayne glanced indifferently at Heinz, not planning to let him go at all.
Heinz felt helpless. How was he panicking?
He didn't know what to say in return. Everything that Zayne said made him feel really helpless.
He looked at Zayne and sighed. "Fine, I admit that I was wrong. Zayne, I'll discuss everything with you first in the future. Is that okay with you?"
Zayne noticed that Heinz was actually willing to lower himself in front of him.
Zayne frowned and said, "Since when have you become this timid? No wonder you decided to bring Simon and Marry back together. You're older and getting more like a coward. You don't have the guts to stand up against others anymore, do you?"
Heinz was dumbfounded.
There was no way out for him no matter what he said.
Timothy couldn't sit back and watch Zayne walk all over Heinz like that, so he spoke up for him
again.
"Zayne, don't go too far," Timothy reminded him. "Your sister and Heinz are happily in love. They know what they want in life. You will only be ruining the relationship between your sister and Heinz if you keep doing this. That's not a consequence that you can bear."
"It will just prove that he isn't the one for her if the relationship is really ruined." Zayne then looked at Heinz. "Moreover, I believe Heinz wouldn't mind this. He's not that petty. Am I right, Mr. Charm?" Jensen's heart skipped a beat to be suddenly called out. He knew he couldn't offend Zayne, for Zayne was a singleton who was fearless.
