True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz) -
Chapter 1906
Early the next morning.
When Grace went downstairs, she saw a lot of food on the table which looked scrumptious.
She was surprised, but as she thought that the housekeeper had prepared them for Gary and Celeste, she didn't say anything.
Ernest brought Leah home early in the morning.
Breakfast in the Jones family would usually start at 7.30 a.m.
Sometimes, when Sebastian and Sylvia had to go to school, they would have breakfast earlier before they left. If Heinz were to go to the company, he would eat breakfast with Grace on time at 7.30 a.m.
Gary and Celeste also came down to have breakfast at 7.30 a.m. At that time, Ernest and Leah had already arrived.
When Grace saw the two of them coming home, she was very surprised and immediately asked happily, "You're back. I didn't know you two would come back today."
After saying that, she took Leah's hand and took her to the table enthusiastically.
"Aunt Grace, we decided to come back for breakfast last night," Leah said with a smile.
"Great, great. Come back any time you want," Grace replied.
Ernest also smiled and said, "Mom, we'll come back more often. How have you been these past two days?"
"That's good." When Grace saw Ernest and Leah home, she was in a good mood. She had had a rather good night's sleep too the previous night.
At that moment, the housekeeper said, "Madam, last night, Master Gary instructed me that Master Ernest and Miss Winston would be coming back for breakfast, so I prepared more food."
"Oh, so that's what it is." Grace suddenly came to a realization as she looked at Gary. "Did you brothers talk on the phone last night?"
Gary nodded. "That's right, mom. Since Ernest and Leah are free, they should come back. It's livelier when we are all here together."
"Then, don't leave anymore," Grace said to Leah and Ernest, "You should all stay at home, so that we can stay together every day. I won't have to worry about you so much either." Leah did not know what to do, and she was thinking about how to refuse.
"Sylvia stays on campus, and she assured me that she won't mess around anymore," Grace said.
"Mom, it's not about Sylvia. It's our problem," said Ernest. "There're too many things going on outside these days. We'll deal with them first before we come back."
"What's the matter? Do you need your father's help?" Grace immediately looked at Heinz.
Heinz replied, "That's right. Just tell me if you need my help, there's no need to stand on ceremony."
"No, we can handle it." Ernest smiled and said, "Thank you, dad."
"Thank you, uncle." Leah immediately thanked him with a smile.
Heinz had already known long ago that it was about Hogan. Recently, the things between Rowane and Hogan had taken up most of Ernest's and Leah's time.
He had been watching the situation quietly. The situation was still within their control.
He also wanted to see Ernest's ability, so he had been observing in silence.
"We're family," Heinz said with a smile.
"Let's eat." Gary quickly said. He felt that if everyone continued to be so polite towards each other, the breakfast would probably turn cold. "Let's eat," Grace said.
Only Grace, Heinz, Gary, Celeste, Ernest and Leah was at breakfast.
Sebastian had gone to school.
Gary, Celeste, Ernest and Leah went to the sun room after having their meal. They chatted together.
Grace was very gratified to see the young people in front of the window. She turned back and saw Heinz behind her.
When he saw Grace looking back, he immediately opened his arms and embraced her in his arms.
Grace felt very warm in her heart. She nestled in Heinz's arms and looked out of the window at her sons and their girlfriends. She said softly, "It feels so good. The children are all home!"
"It's a pity that Sylvia and Sebastian are still in school. If they were at home, it would be better." Heinz said, killing the mood once again.
"Although Sylvia assured me, it's still a question as to whether she can do it or not. I don't have any confidence in her at all," Grace immediately said.
Heinz said, "She should be able to do it."
Grace sighed and said, "I hope this child can keep her word and stop going back to her old self and create problems for her brothers. It's really embarrassing." Heinz smiled and said, "Certainly. After all, she's living in campus now and have learned her lesson. Don't you have confidence in Sylvia?"
Grace shook her head and said, "I don't know either. I just hope Sylvia can do what she says."
Sylvia often broke her promises, the girl was particularly quick-witted.
Therefore, Grace actually didn't know whether Sylvia could do it or not, but of course, she hoped that Sylvia could do it.
The couple quietly snuggled together and looked at the children in the sun room, just appreciating the scene that was particularly pleasing to the eye.
They looked at them for a good few minutes, and did not leave until Leah, who was in the sun room, saw that they were looking.
Leah was a little surprised. Seeing Grace and Heinz looking at them through the window, she immediately reached out to pull Ernest's sleeve.
Ernest turned to look at Leah.
She said, "Uncle Heinz and Aunt Grace are looking at us."
All four of them looked up at the window almost at the same time.
Gary extended his hand and waved at them.
Grace and Heinz also smiled when they found that they were being caught. They waved back at them, and then only turned and left. Everyone turned around and continued to talk among themselves.
"Gary," said Ernest, "You have already given Sylvia your study materials. You on your own is already very capable. I don't think you need me."
"Just give her yours as well. I know you're a top student as well," Gary said. "If you help Sylvia now, she'll be grateful to you in the future. After all, it's a matter of her love life."
However, Ernest laughed and then said with great concern, "Gary, Sylvia is only 16 years old. Don't you think it's a little early? If this thing fails, we may be hurting her instead." "That won't happen." Gary continued, "You have to believe me. I'm quite a good judge of character."
Ernest shrugged. "What do you mean?"
Gary gave a mysterious smile and stared at Ernest with sparkling eyes. After a while, he said, "Kendrix is determined to get Sylvia."
Ernest blinked his eyes and asked, "Why would you say that?"
Celeste also felt a little strange. "Could you even tell that? Why can't I see it? How are you so confident about it?"
"Don't interrupt me." Gary glanced at Celeste. "I'm talking to Ernest. He understands. Otherwise, I wouldn't have let you study in the England back then."
Speaking of that, both Ernest and Celeste were stunned.
Leah immediately looked at Gary and then at Ernest and Celeste.
Celeste was dumbfounded and was unable to understand what Gary meant.
However, Ernest seemed to have understood something. He smiled and said, "Gary, you are really confident. I understand what you mean now."
"Since you understood what I said, you should know what I mean, right?" Gary asked with a smile.
"Mmm," Ernest said, "I'll give Sylvia my study materials from the past too then."
Seeing that the two brothers were speaking in such a manner, Leah smiled and lowered her head.
"Come on, Leah, let's go upstairs to look for the materials." Ernest reached out to take Leah's hand.
Leah followed him upstairs. When they left, Leah said to Gary, "Gary, you're a good judge of character. I also firmly believe that you are right about Kendrix."
Gary was startled. After which, he laughed out loud. He raised his thumb and acknowledged, "Yes, Leah, you're smart."
Leah smiled and left with Ernest.
Celeste was very surprised. After they left, she asked Gary, "You guys seem to be playing a disguised game in secret. Everyone seems to have understood everything, but I'm the only one who's clueless." Gary smiled mysteriously and said, "I like how naive you are."
Celeste was speechless. "Are you saying that I'm a fool? Is that what you mean?"
Gary immediately denied. "How can that be? Don't think too much."
Celeste shrugged. "I didn't think too much about it, but you don't seem to allow me to not think about it."
Gary reached out to rub her head. "Where do you want to go to have some fun?" "I'm not going anywhere," Celeste shook her head.
"I'm going to read at home today. I won't go anywhere, okay?"
"Are you not going out?" Gary said, "Why don't we go to the villa on the mountain?"
Celeste shook her head. "It's winter, it's cold now."
"Didn't Maria contact you?" Gary asked.
"No." Celeste shook her head. "She seems to be very busy. She must be with Liam."
