True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz)
Chapter 1953 The Four Children Of The Jones Family, Gary Smith (Part 728)

"It is my honor to be praised by you." Gary laughed.

He looked in the direction of the flickering lights that were getting further away.

"Did you deliberately stay behind just to say these things to me?" Gary glanced at Celeste beside him. He felt that Celeste was intentionally dawdling since they separated from Leah and Ernest. It was as if she wanted to say something to him in private.

"Yeah." Celeste nodded when her thoughts were exposed.

"Oh, we have been together for so long, but you are still so cautious. What am I going to do about that?" Gary looked at Celeste and felt a sense of helplessness in his heart.

Celeste suddenly felt embarrassed.

"Wouldn't it be too difficult for you to be my woman with how cautious you are?" Gary stroked Celeste's hair, a trace of pity flashed across his eyes.

"No, I am trying my best to adjust myself. I think that I have made great progress," Celeste raised her head and said in a coquettish voice.

Seeing how delicate Celeste was, Gary's heart felt like it was about to shatter into a million pieces as if his heart had been thoroughly tampered with. He hugged her tightly and forcefully. Only then did he tell her, "Come on, we need to chase after them."

"Okay." Celeste nodded. "Let's go. I can see that they have already walked far away. We should put in more effort to catch up."

"It's fine, we're here to relax anyway, take it easy," Gary smiled as he said.

The two of them talked as they walked, the atmosphere around them was very warm.

That way of getting along was something that Celeste had always dreamt of.

They had stayed together from London to Boston, then from Boston Northern City. They spent almost all day and all night together for so long.

Celeste deeply understood that Gary's daily life was exceptionally busy.

That was because he had several companies abroad, all of them in the early stages of entrepreneurship. While he was busy, he planned his time really well. For the past month or so, he scheduled his time well and was even able to accompany her.

Celeste understood Gary's feelings for her.

He cherished her and gave her time and attention.

Celeste felt that she was the happiest, most cheerful woman in the world. She knew how to joke and laugh. When she laughed, her smile was as bright as the sun.

Now that she was climbing the mountain together with Gary, Ernest and Leah, she felt an extremely warm feeling.

After a little while, they caught up with Ernest and Leah.

Upon hearing their footsteps and seeing the approaching lights, Ernest looked back and said, "We are still an hour away from our destination. I think that by the time we reach the top, it will already be ten o'clock at night."

"What's the rush? Are you in a hurry?" Gary asked him.

Ernest hesitated. He sort of was. He still had to update Leah's novel.

It was just that no one else knew about this matter.

So after Ernest hesitated for a little while, he shook his head and said, "No, I have all the time in the world." "Then that's fine. It doesn't matter what time we go back." Gary was holding on to Celeste, giving her support.

Celeste's breathing was getting more and more rapid, it seemed like she was short of breath. She looked a little tired.

After all, a woman's physical strength was not enough to keep up with a man's.

So, Celeste was almost out of breath by the time they caught up.

Gary looked at Leah and noticed that Leah's breathing was better. She was not even panting.

The two of them hurriedly walked together and headed for the top of the mountain.

Gary carefully observed Leah's condition, he wanted to compare her with Celeste.

He found out that Leah's physical strength was a lot better than Celeste's.

The two girls both hiked the same trail. But Celeste had been panting nonstop ever since they reached the middle of the mountain. Gary fell into deep thought after he realized this discovery.

He frowned and was mildly anxious.

Celeste and Leah were women of roughly the same age, but Celeste's physical strength was much worse.

How could Gary not get worried at that?

He needed Celeste to restore her health so that the two of them could walk hand in hand for the rest of their lives.

After another half an hour, Celeste's panting got heavier. It looked like she could not take another step.

She stopped and panted, then looked in the direction of the mountaintop. "Uh, I... I am really tired. Aren't... aren't you guys tired?"

"Of course, we are." Leah rubbed her own knees. "My legs are so sore, even my knees are hurting."

However, from Leah's voice, it was obvious that she was not that tired.

Celeste could tell too.

She bent over and gasped, "But, Leah, I... I think that your physical strength is great. Look, you can... still breathe even after walking so much. I can't even... breathe anymore. You... you are not even panting." Leah was also stunned. After noticing the abnormality, she smiled naughtily and said, "Are you tired because you worked out too much with Gary in the afternoon?"

Gary's eyes flashed when he heard that.

Celeste blushed and did not know what to say. She said perfunctorily, "It was okay. It wasn't that tiring."

"I see." Leah didn't want Celeste to be too embarrassed, so she quickly added, "It looks like you lack exercise."

Gary looked at Leah. Fortunately, she had saved him in time.

Gary could not bear to see Celeste suffer at all. He could not even bear to let her be in an awkward situation.

When he saw Celeste lower her head, he knew that she was embarrassed.

"It is because you lack exercise," Gary said seriously, "That's why from now on, you have to train well. You have to exercise every day. When we go back to Boston, I will train you every day until you become a strong woman."

Celeste was stunned.

She did not want to be a strong woman with overly developed muscles.

Most importantly, Celeste thought that she did not like to move around that much.

So she shook her head subconsciously.

Gary said, "I can let you do anything you want when it comes to anything else. But for physical health, no."

"Celeste, you have to exercise." Leah roughly understood the meaning behind Gary's words. She also felt that it was good to exercise, so she helped Gary out. "Of course, I have to exercise too. Exercising car help strengthen the body. We exercise so that we can be healthy."

When Celeste heard what Leah said, she understood that she could not keep up with Gary's physical strength. At the moment, she could not even compete with Leah.

Celeste was left feeling extremely helpless.

"Got it." Celeste had no choice but to express her opinion. "I will train with you guys and improve my health."

"That's great." Gary smiled gratefully. "Let's go, we can walk slowly."

"Okay."

Celeste struggled until the very end, practically dragging her feet all the way up to the top of the mountain.

They stood at the top of the mountain and observed the vast and empty sky.

The stars flashed brightly in the night sky, each star winked at them. It was really beautiful.

It was so beautiful that Celeste was immersed in it.

"Wow, it is gorgeous. Even though I am very tired, it is worthwhile to see such a beautiful night." Leah sighed.
