Five minutes later, Jensen and Alice stepped out from the room.

Alice's face was still flushed. It was obvious that something had happened in there.

At the same time, Grace came out from Gary's room. When she saw them coming out of the room together, and then Alice's burning face, she felt a little surprised.

She directed her gaze to Jensen suspiciously.

Jensen secretly made an 'OK' gesture.

Grace was stunned. Did something good happen? That quickly?

"You should leave now, Jensen." Alice was embarrassed, she couldn't wait to get Jensen out of her sight. "Hurry up and leave my house."

"No," Jensen refused right away. With a smile on his face, he said, "I'm staying for dinner."

"Who allowed you to stay for dinner?" Alice said with a serious tone.

"You are my girlfriend-" Jensen said quickly, but at the moment he opened his mouth, it was blocked by Alice.

The rest of the words were stuck in his throat.

Alice covered Jensen's mouth forcefully and held his neck from behind him with her hands.

Jensen was taken aback. He could feel Alice's

breasts pressing onto his back.

Grace raised her eyebrows and said, "Girlfriend? Did I hear that wrongly?"

"Yes, you did, "Alice shouted and then said to Jensen sternly, "You're not welcomed here. Get out of my house, okay?"

Jensen widened his eyes. It was clear that he didn't want to leave, but he didn't say anything.

"Did you hear me?" Alice raised her voice again.

Grace saw the awkward look on her face and said with a smile, "How is he going to talk if you keep covering his mouth?"

"He-" For a moment, Alice couldn't say a word and quickly let go of her hands.

Gaining back his freedom, Jensen said with his face slightly flushed, "I'm already your boyfriend. Of course I'm staying for dinner." "Jensen!" Alice called out again.

Grace heard it clearly. She hadn't thought that Jensen would work things out with Alice in such a short period of time.

"Alice, it's only fair that you share your joy with your sister, isn't it?"

Alice was speechless and looked at Grace with embarrassment.

Grace smiled and continued, "It's good that you have a boyfriend now. There's nothing to hide. I'm not going to laugh at you." "But you're laughing now," Alice said. Grace was indeed laughing because her mood had been lifted by the news.

"Haha, okay, I won't laugh anymore." She said, "Since Officer Charm is already here, it'd be rude not to invite him for dinner."

Still looking angry, Alice groaned and threw Jensen a glare.

He had kissed her without her consent, and now he was staying for dinner. This man was too cunning.

She felt that things were progressing too quickly. She'd promised to be his girlfriend because she had no other options.

Moreover, there was still a lingering fear about romantic relationships after what she had encountered. She was not ready to be committed in a relationship yet.

"Yeah, Grace is right," Jensen chimed in. "Grace, I give you my word that I will take good care of Alice and pamper her like a queen."

Grace laughed. "Okay, we'll see."

Upon hearing this, Alice could feel her heart pounding hard and fast.

She lowered her head and kept silent.

Jensen turned to look at her. When he saw her blushing face, his gaze became softer.

Grace gave her a look and then calmly fixed her eyes on Jensen. "Now that you know about us, I won't object to you pursuing Alice. I only hope the best for her." "Be at ease," Jensen nodded seriously and said, "I will treat her well." "Good to hear that," she smiled again. "Please take a seat. Dinner will be ready soon."

"Let me give you a hand," Alice said while heading to the kitchen, not insisting for Jensen to leave anymore.

Grace glanced at him and said, "I hope you'll keep everything about Little Gary to yourself."

"Don't worry," Jensen nodded. "I won't say a thing if that's your wish. I'll keep my promise to Alice."

"Thank you."

"Don't mention it." Jensen smiled and picked up the cup of tea. "Can I go talk to the little guy?" he asked.

"Sure." Grace said with a smile, "His room is on the right."

"Okay." Jensen held the cup and proceeded to Little Gary's room and knocked on the door.

Little Gary's voice came from inside, "Come in."

He pushed the door open and laid eyes on a clean and tidy room. Little Gary looked up and said, "Oh, it's you."

"Yeah, it's me." Jensen walked in and said, "Let me introduce myself. My name is Jensen Charm, your aunt's boyfriend."

"Boyfriend?" The news caught Little Gary by surprise. "When did it happen?"

"Just now," Jensen replied.

"That's unexpected," Little Gary said in disbelief. "You were so timid when I last saw you. How did you just nail it by coming here? I know that my aunt isn't fond of guys."

"Just a moment ago, I sort of used a dirty trick to coerce her to be my girlfriend." Jensen looked at Little Gary, his face resembled Heinz so much that he couldn't wait to see Heinz's expression when he finally saw him.

"Is it a deal?" Gary immediately caught the cunning look in Jensen's eyes.

"Not exactly. I'm serious about Alice. I really do like her." Jensen figured that he had to be frank with this smart kid to get him on his side.

"I guess your deal has something to do with my background?"

"Huh?" Jensen raised his eyebrows.

My aunt made a deal with you because she doesn't want my so-called father to know about my existence. She couldn't care less about him. Well, me too. But I'm still mad at him."

Jensen was surprised, "Oh boy, how did you know everything? Why are you so smart?"

Little Gary said bluntly, "I was raised by my mom alone. My mom is also my dad. Do you think that I will allow that man to live a comfortable life?"
