Grace felt her heart melt at that moment.

She looked at the child in front of her and felt sorry for him.

In the next second, Grace held the child in her arms. At that moment, she felt that all the cells in her body seemed to be boiling.

This child's impact on her was definitely not normal.

Looking at Ernest, her heart began to warm. The inexplicable sense of familiarity made her emotional.

He made her feel the same way Little Gary did.

Right then and there, Grace recalled what Marry had said about her dead child.

He had been taken away by Marry before she could even take a look at him.

Grace closed her eyes and hugged Ernest. At that moment, perhaps it was because she was too emotional, she felt as if she was holding her other son.

"Ernest," Grace's voice was a little husky. "I like you very much. If I'm going to marry your dad, you will definitely be living with us. I won't let you live alone with your maids and butler. It's just that I don't have much confidence in your dad. I don't know if it'll work out between us."

Ernest was stunned. Surprise flashed in his eyes, but it was soon replaced by worry.

He said, "Aunt Grace, why do you think it won't work out?" Ernest raised his adorable face and asked Grace, "Can't you be confident? Let me give you some confidence, okay?"

"It's because my mommy is not someone who can be satirized and bullied," a child's voice suddenly came from behind.

Grace was crouching on the ground with Ernest in her arms, and they turned their heads together to the voice.

Little Gary stood not far away with his hands in his trouser pockets. He looked at them with his sharp and mature gaze. "Are you talking about my dad?" Ernest asked as he looked at Little Gary.

"Who else would I be talking about?" Little Gary raised his eyebrows and said, "Who else do you think is so rude?"

"I don't think there's any other person," Ernest replied. "It's just that you seem to know Dad better than I do."

"That's because he raised you like a canary. He doesn't spend time with you every day. When he thinks of you, he'll come to see you. If he doesn't think of you, he neglects you. So of course, you don't know him well," Little Gary voiced his analysis eloquently.

Grace got up with Ernest's hand in hers and led him to her son.

Little Gary looked at them and continued, "Mommy, I'll bring Ernest to my room. After all, he knows that you have no problem with him. He will be relieved."

Grace smiled, ruffled their heads and said, "Okay, go and play."

"Mommy, you see, if you get together with Heinz, you'll get another son for free. Ernest is also a sensible child, why don't you consider this?" Gary said.

"Son." Grace looked at him and said, "You shouldn't call him Heinz. I understand that you don't want to call him Dad as you're not used to it, but I don't want you to be rude."

Little Gary was startled at his mother's words and felt a little embarrassed. He said after a pause, "Well, okay, I understand. I won't call him that anymore."

"Ernest, go with Little Gary," Grace then said.

"Mommy, he agreed to let Ernest stay here with me today," Gary said.

"Okay," Grace did not have any objection.

Ernest looked at Little Gary with a little surprise and asked, "Do you mean Dad?"

"Of course," Gary said.

"It's incredible," Ernest looked at them in surprise. "I can't believe Dad wants me to live outside."

"This is not outside, but my home. Naturally, if your dad and my mom get together, this will also be your home!" Little Gary reached out and put an arm around Ernest's neck, saying, "Let's go to play in my room."

Ernest nodded.

With that, the two little guys went into the room.

Grace opened the suitcase given by Lester and looked for Heinz's clothes. There was a complete set of clothing in the suitcase, and there were even socks in there.

She took them out, closed the luggage, and looked at her watch. Ten minutes had passed, and she waited for another two minutes before knocking on her bedroom door.

A low voice came from inside, "Come in."

Grace opened the door and put her inside to look. There was no one in the bedroom.

The door to the washroom was open, but she couldn't see Heinz anywhere.

The bathroom was separated into a wet section and a dry one.

She walked over, put his coat on the bed, and took his clean underwear and trousers to the bathroom door. Without looking up, she said, "Heinz, I'll hand over the clothes to you now. You can take them in and put them on."

"Bring it in for me," he said.

Grace was stunned.

She subconsciously raised her eyes and looked inside through the gap of the door.

A tall and slender figure was reflected on the wet glass wall. Of course, he was not wearing any clothes.

The water was still flowing.

Grace took a step inside and said loudly, "Then, I'll put them on the hanger outside. You can come out and take it after your bath."

He didn't answer as if he hadn't heard her.

He did not say a single word.

Grace had to repeat herself again, "Heinz, did you hear me? I'll put the clothes outside on the hanger."

As soon as she said that, the glass door slid open.

Heinz appeared in front of her. His strong chest and firm muscles completed his masculine charm.

His hair was wet and a little messy. The way water dripped from his messy tousled hair was sexy and wild.

His legs were built, and his shoulders were wide. The sight of him was breathtaking.

Grace couldn't speak for a moment. She looked at the man in front of her, whose body was like a beast.

Even though they had been intimate before, it was the first time that she looked at him in this way.

Grace couldn't help but feel taken aback. She hurriedly bowed her head and refused to look at him. Her face was already flaming red. "I'll leave your clothes here," she said quickly and turned to leave.

In the blink of an eye, she only felt a cool breeze before a long arm quickly shut the bathroom door, preventing her from leaving.

Grace froze as she watched Heinz circled her, blocking her way.

She lowered her head, looked up quickly, and her face blushed even harder. She looked into his eyes and turned away hurriedly. She could only stare at his chin as she said, "Y- you should put on your clothes after you're done bathing."

"I'm not done yet," he said.

"T-then why did you come out?" Looking at him in this state, she blushed uncontrollably and stuttered as she spoke.

"My back is itchy. Please scratch it for me, and then rub my back for me," he said.

Grace was stunned. "W-what did you say?"

"I'm just asking you for a favor. Why is your face so red?" Heinz's voice was also very hoarse.

Grace's ears were hot. When she thought of the past incident, her heart couldn't help but tremble.

He was doing this on purpose.

"I have a scratching stick in my house. I'll go get it and you can scratch it yourself," she declined, refusing to rub his back.

"Help me," Heinz insisted as he grabbed her hand stubbornly and stopped Grace from leaving.
