At that point, Heinz couldn't even answer Little Gary.

He didn't know whether to laugh or cry as he glanced at the tiny figure standing proudly beside him. Even in his half-asleep state, Little Gary could still insult him.

"You still won't believe me even after I've told you the truth. What else do you want from me?" Heinz asked.

"Well, you asked for it," Little Gary retorted defiantly. "You're the one who disturbed me in my sleep at this time."

"Ernest really is your brother, and he really was given birth to by your mom." Heinz repeated, but Little Gary was still reluctant to believe his words.

"What?" Gary snorted. "Are you going to use this excuse when another child comes in? Would we be triplets then?"

"Your mother has already accepted Ernest as her own," Heinz said calmly. "Why are you still refusing to accept the truth?"

"Who knows if Mommy was tricked by you, you liar." Little Gary turned his head away.

"I'm your father," Heinz said.

Little Gary looked up at Heinz as they stood in the elevator. After a moment of silence, he said, "I didn't say you're not. You don't have to fight with me over this."

Heinz had to hold himself back from swearing.

Fortunately, the elevator had reached the first floor. The butler spotted them immediately, and greeted the both of them.

Heinz tried to be patient with his young son. "I don't need to lie to you."

"You said that before as well," Little Gary returned. "I would rather believe in ghosts than believe in your lies."

"You're really something." Heinz had been completely humiliated by his own son in front of the butler.

Little Gary could not care less about that. He smiled at the butler and said politely, "I'm sorry for disturbing you this late at night. Your master might be a bit ill. You should worry about him more." "Young master, this is your father. You have to respect him," the butler said in an attempt to relieve the tension.

Little Gary stopped in his tracks. He looked over at the butler and said, "You should earn the respect if you want to receive it. He's always mistreated my mom. How could I respect him? If I did, I would be disrespecting my mom. I'm not going to do that to her. Who else would protect her rights otherwise? Would you?"

"Young Master!" The butler was taken aback, unable to respond.

Little Gary shrugged and said with a smile, "See, even you can't give me a definite answer, so don't worry about me."

He proceeded to get in the car without waiting for a reply.

The butler looked at Heinz apologetically.

Heinz was also speechless as he got in the car.

His own son really was his sworn enemy.

"You are the elder brother, and Ernest is the younger one," Heinz said.

Gary faltered. He looked at Heinz slowly. Was he really telling the truth?

This was the first time that Heinz had been so adamant about something. Was it really true?

Or was it all just a dream?

Didn't Mommy lose the other twin? He had overheard it from the conversation between Grace and Alice, that the other son was dead.

How did Ernest suddenly become his younger brother? Moreover, they shared the same mother?

The car sped along the road. The neon lights shone faintly through the window, illuminating Little Gary's face. Finally.

The car arrived at Ernest's villa.

After getting out of the car, Little Gary didn't rush to enter the house. Instead, he sat on a chair in the yard.

Heinz looked down at him. "What's wrong? Let's go inside." "Let me be," Little Gary said. "What are you rushing me for?"

Heinz had no choice but to wait for him.

Inside the house.

Since Heinz left, Grace had been holding Ernest in her arms. It took a long time for her to calm down.

The mother and son stared at each other.

Grace couldn't help but smile amidst the tears. She thought that maybe she had really gone mad.

She felt that it had been a long time since she had really let herself go, allowing herself to cry as much as she wanted to.

Now that she had finally found her son, and knew that he was safe and sound by his father's side, she felt that everything was worth it. "Ernest, I'm sorry." Grace was still apologetic towards Ernest.

"Mommy, I don't blame you," Ernest said. "I'm very happy. I finally found you, and I share the same mommy with Little Gary! I'm so happy." After a moment, he looked up at her shyly. "Mommy, can you hug me for a bit longer?"

"Of course." Grace engulfed him in another warm embrace, feeling the heat emanating from his tiny figure. She felt warm.

She covered him with a blanket, fearing that he would catch a cold.

"Mommy," Ernest raised his head and looked at Grace. His voice was innocent and pure. He stared at her with his big eyes.

"Yes,?" Grace nodded. Her eyes were red and swollen.

Having regained what she had lost, the child in her arms gave her strength.

He wasn't dead. He was still alive and healthy. This was too good to be true.

She stared at him and gently caressed his cheeks. She said softly, "Ernest, you're the younger brother while Little Gary is the older one. The both of you are fraternal twins. That's why you don't look completely identical."

"I know, Mom," Ernest said. "Twins from the same egg look the same. Fraternal twins are like siblings, so they look different."

"Ernest, you're so smart!" Grace praised him.

Ernest was embarrassed. He smiled shyly and his eyes were curved like the crescent moon. "Mommy, our teacher has taught us this before."

"How smart you are to remember it," Grace said gently, "Oh, my Ernest."

"Mommy, I'm very happy." Ernest was overjoyed. "I've never been as happy as I am today. Mommy, you are my mommy. This is good news." "I'm just as happy," Grace said, wrapping her arms around him tightly.

Outside the house.

Before Little Gary entered the house, he raised his head and asked, "Heinz, are you telling the truth?"

"Of course I am. Did you think I went there all the way to joke around?" Heinz raised an eyebrow.

"Fine. I'll replace out when I go and ask Mommy," Little Gary said as he got up and walked into the house.

When he pushed open the door, he saw his mother holding Ernest in her arms. Jealousy immediately filled his heart. "Mommy, is what Heinz said true?"
