Grace didn't know whether to laugh or cry. These two children were just rascals.

Grace stood by their side, and listened for a while, before asking, "Isn't it inappropriate for you guys to say such things?"

"Ah, Mommy." Ernest's face immediately turned red with surprise.

Little Gary said nonchalantly, "Mommy, you must be hungry. I'll get Mr. Butler. Let's have dinner together."

"Okay, let's have dinner."

She was really hungry.

The children must be hungry too.

Ernest held Grace's hand and with his arms wrapped around her arm, he called out in an ingratiating manner, "Mommy,"

"I'll keep the cards for you," Grace said. "I'll give it back to you when you are grown up!"

"Mommy, you can use it as you wish," Ernest said. "It's not right for a woman to not have money."

"Kiddo, who did you learn this from?"

"Our teacher," Ernest said. "Our teacher, Miss Holland's monthly salary is quite little. However, she said that if she doesn't work, she will not have a say in her household." "Is that so?" "Yeah," Ernest nodded. "I heard it when she was talking with the life skills teacher." "You little elf," Grace doted on him very much as she caressed his nose. "You even remembered what she said."

"Of course I remember!" Ernest nodded and said, "Miss Holland said that without any income, she would starve to death if she had to wait for a man to feed her."

Grace was speechless again.

"When a man is happy, he will pamper you. If he is unhappy, he will trample all over you. Therefore, women must have money."

Grace suddenly felt that it made sense.

"Mommy, will you remember what I said?" Ernest shook her arm and raised his small face to look at her.

Grace nodded, "I'll keep it in mind!"

"Hence, even if Dad has a lot of assets, he must write down your name as owner. Otherwise, it wouldn't be right," Ernest reminded.

Grace looked at her son in amusement as he was worried about her.

Heinz happened to appear and heard those words. He instantly felt as if he had been undermined by someone else.

"Ernest," the man's voice said coldly. "What did you say to Mommy?"

"Daddy," Ernest looked at Heinz and said. "I'm telling Mommy about women's life experiences and that

they can't trust men too much."

"Aren't you a man yourself?" Heinz said. "You are destroying my woman's trust towards me."

"No, I'm not," Ernest shook his head.

"You are the one who said it." Heinz snorted lightly, "Your Mommy will feel insecure because of what you've said."

"It doesn't matter," Ernest said. "Gary and I will help Mommy build a sense of security. Even if you don't want Mommy anymore, we can still support her. We will never leave her." "Rascal." Heinz was going crazy. "Why would I not want your Mommy?"

"Men are all unsettled," said Ernest. "Although I think that you can be trusted, life is full of surprises. One can't be too sure."

"You will be a man in the future too."

"I am a boy now," Ernest added. "I will be very responsible when I become a man in the future."

"Why did I have the both of you rascals?" Heinz glared at his son helplessly, "Both of you were born to steal my spotlight."

"If you are tough yourself, then you won't be afraid of us stealing your spotlight."

"You little brats. If you keep defaming me, your Mommy will never talk to me again."

Grace looked at Heinz with a smile. "Why are you arguing with a child? A child is just a child. They are just naive and adorable." "Yes, I'm at fault." A helpless and happy smile spread

on Heinz's handsome face.

He looked at her and thought, "Compared with her calmness, I'm a little impatient."

"Let's eat," Little Gary called out. "Mommy, Ernest, let's hurry up and eat."

"Why didn't you invite me to join you as well?" Heinz glanced at Little Gary as he said with plenty of dissatisfaction.

Little Gary glanced at him coldly and said, "I'm sorry, I didn't notice you."

Heinz felt like he had been hit and he became speechless instantly. He was a large man. How could one say that he didn't notice him? He did it on purpose.

Little Gary gave him an "I-did-it-on-purpose" look.

Heinz couldn't do anything to him at all.

Just as they sat down and were about to eat, the butler announced through the door, "Mr. Heinz, Miss Smith, Old Master Carter is here."

"Grandfather?" Heinz furrowed his brow tightly, asking, "What is he doing here?"

"Why can't I visit?" Old Master Carter said in a low voice, "I'm here to see my two great-grandsons. Can't I?"

His voice was heard from the entrance, and very quickly, the old man entered.

When Grace saw him, she immediately stood up and said, "Mr. Carter, you are here. Please take a seat."

As soon as Old Master Carter saw Grace, he nodded and chirped, "Even Grace knows how to respect an old man like me."

Ernest said, "Grandpa, please take a seat. Mommy is hungry so let's start eating dinner quickly, okay?"

"Mommy?" Old Master Carter frowned, "You are calling her your Mommy so quickly?"

Ernest became excited all of a sudden. When he thought of the fact that he was talking about his biological mother, he was exhilarated.

He couldn't help announcing like he was presenting a treasure to Old Master Carter.

"Grandpa, it's not that I'm addressing her as Mommy too quickly. My Mommy said that she gave birth to a pair of twins, which is me and Little Gary. I'm the younger brother," Ernest introduced eagerly. "Both Little Gary and I are my Mommy's sons."

Old Master Carter was flustered. His sunken eyes immediately looked at his grandson sharply, "Heinz, Is what Ernest said true?"

Heinz glanced at Ernest and said, "Ernest, you can't hold your excitement, can you? Why did you tell him?"

"Because I'm happy," Ernest became rather confident because of the excitement and joyfulness.

When the old man saw this, he immediately turned his gaze to Grace and asked with uncertainty, "Is it true? Grace, are you sure both of them are yours?"

"I can't be completely sure about whether I gave birth to Ernest, but Ernest is Heinz's child with matching DNA. Besides, I did give birth to twins and the other child was separated from me."

She didn't explain too much. She didn't want to talk about such a sad incident.

"Heinz had tested that Ernest is his child?"

"Yes," Grace nodded.

The old man asked, "Are you sure that this child belongs to Grace?"

"Of course," Heinz said. "I haven't touched any other women. I do have counts on that, thus I'm sure that Ernest is Grace's child."

"Great, it's perfect then!" The old man looked at his grandson with amazement. "After all these years, you have only done one awesome job."

"Forget it!" Little Gary couldn't stand what Old Master Carter was saying thus he interrupted them immediately. "You guys are that confident that you've done a good job, aren't you?"

"Of course, giving birth to both of you is a good thing."

Little Gary scoffed, "He had us without even knowing of our existence, and you called that a good job? I think he's just putting on a show. Your head must be muddled." Little Gary said distastefully, "My mommy was the one who had it hard. She was the one who gave birth to us, and was told that one of us was dead." "Who?" Old Master Carter immediately flared up when he heard this, "Who dared to curse my great- grandsons like that?"
