True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz) -
Chapter 630
The silence was deafening.
Alice did not know what to say in reply. She did not know what to tell Jensen.
In fact, she had planned it all from the very beginning. She didn't want to tell him.
She still held the same attitude when he asked about it again.
"Jensen, there's no reason. Don't ask anymore."
"Then tell me, were you happy just now?" Jensen shouted unwillingly, "Tell me, how did you feel just now?"
Alice's face flushed red.
She didn't want to see Jensen's wolf-like eyes, which were too sharp.
She was afraid.
"I didn't feel anything," she said.
"Say it again!" Jensen turned her face and forced her to meet his gaze. "Say it again. You didn't feel anything just now?"
They looked into each other's eyes; their eyes were filled with emotions.
Alice looked into his eyes and suddenly felt frightened. She whispered softly, "I felt something."
His eyes narrowed. "What did you feel?"
"Good." She did not avoid him anymore. Instead, she looked into his eyes and said, "The feeling you gave me was great and I felt good, but so what?"
Jensen frowned and replied coldly, "Isn't this enough? Is there a better feeling than this?"
This proved that the two of them were very compatible with each other in this aspect. They were suited to be together.
"Jensen, what's the point of humiliating me by making me say this?" Alice looked at him bitterly and said, "I have admitted it. It was very good, but so what? I am not happy when we are together. I am not happy at all."
Jensen was very angry. He didn't know how to vent his anger, so he could only impose the most direct punishment on Alice.
However, this time, Alice refused to cooperate.
In the end, he was the only one being unreasonable, the only one venting his anger. He wanted to retain something using this method, but in the end, he couldn't hold onto anything. Jensen fell into deep sorrow.
He saw that Alice had given up both struggling and cooperating with him. She just looked at him with a pair of bright big eyes. At that moment, Jensen's heart was empty.
He was overwhelmed with terror and thought that Alice truly wanted to leave him.
What should he do with a woman who wanted to leave him?
He had no choice.
He left her and stood by the bed. He narrowed his eyes and looked down at her face without blinking.
It was as if he wanted to see what this woman's heart was made of clearly.
The both of them had been very honest.
Her eyes did not move, but she said, "Jensen, let me go. Don't torture me anymore."
"What am I?" He asked angrily, "Alice, tell me, what is this?"
When she saw that Jensen was really anxious, Alice also felt very sad.
She replied softly, "Jensen, I'm not confident. I am not confident to be with you and face everything together."
To face love and to face his mother.
She felt that she was not a good woman.
"It's my fault. I'm not outstanding," Alice said. "Just take it as me avoiding the problem. I'm not good enough for you. I feel that I'm not worthy enough, okay?"
For a moment, Jensen also felt speechless.
After a long time, he sat down beside her bed and said with great dejection, "Alice, I'll wait for you. I'll wait for you to become confident!"
What did that mean?
Alice stared at his back in a daze.
Jensen hunched over slightly, covered his face with his hands and said with a trembling voice, "I'll give you some time to think about it. During this period of time, we should just let it be. No one should talk about breaking up. After a week, if you still insist on it, I will let you go."
Alice didn't think it was a good idea.
She knew that she would be more and more reluctant to part with him.
"Jensen, you don't have to think about me. I'll be fine," Alice said softly.
"But I need you," Jensen replied. "I don't think I can touch another woman in my life except you."
Alice's head seemed to have exploded with a buzz.
She looked at Jensen in astonishment.
"Whenever I see you now, my mind is in a mess. I don't want to do anything. I just want to be with you."
He had lost all of his self-control that he had been so proud of before.
He felt that, apart from Alice, he might never touch another woman again.
Alice's face turned red and then paled. She really didn't know what to say.
Jensen turned around and faced Alice. Pointing at himself, he asked "Look t me.
Alice was stunned.
She could only follow his orders to look at him.
Jensen looked at her for a while and sighed.
Alice's heart clenched.
She turned her eyes away quickly and pursed her lips.
Jensen's eyes darkened slightly. "Why won't you look at me?"
Alice was a little sad by his overbearing tone. "Jensen, don't push me!"
"You can't bear to part with me!" Jensen stared at her with sharp eyes and said. "You don't dare to look at me at all. You're afraid that you won't be able to part with me. As long as you look at me, you'll be unable to control yourself."
Alice was stunned.
His words were like a sharp sword stabbing into her heart.
It was so sharp as it penetrated into her heart.
She couldn't deny it.
She didn't want him to leave, but when she thought that he had such a mother, she couldn't be brave.
She feared that both sides would suffer.
Alice's eyes were a little teary. "Jensen, is your mother's health better?"
Jensen felt that this was not the time to talk about his mother. After all, his mother was not a person who could make people feel at ease.
"She's been discharged from the hospital," he said irritably, "She forced herself out of the hospital. She can just do whatever she wants." "Are you afraid of her?" Alice asked softly.
Jensen was stunned and a surprised look flashed across his eyes. "Why would you ask that?"
Jensen had always felt that he was not a person who was afraid of anyone. However, when he thought of having a mother who gave him headaches, especially when she was menopausal, he still could not help but feel a headache coming on.
"I was just asking," Alice replied softly.
Jensen immediately became surprised. He felt that Alice's sudden question was a little strange. Did someone tell Alice?
"Why did you ask about this all of a sudden? Did Heinz tell you something?" Jensen was really afraid that someone would tell Alice that her mother was a difficult person to get along with.
Alice just gently pulled her lips and said, "No, I didn't talk to Heinz."
"Then why did you ask about my mother?"
