Heinz instantly frowned as he gazed coldly at Jodie.

"Do you know who it is?" He questioned.

Jodie felt slightly nervous under his sharp gaze. She slightly raised her chin and responded with her neck stiffened, "If you want to know who it is, show your sincerity."

"Do you really know who it is?" Heinz looked straight into Jodie's eyes.

Jodie smiled, and did not avoid his gaze at all.

Their eyes met as they looked at each other. Each of them had their own thoughts.

As he looked at Jodie's proud expression, Heinz narrowed his eyes and stated, "You're not qualified to negotiate with me."

"Heinz." Jodie immediately frowned. She felt very dejected after hearing his words. "How could you say that? Don't you understand? I'm the one providing you with intel. Seeing that you're looking down on me now, do you not even want to replace out who is the one trying to hurt your new lover, Grace?"

Heinz's brows furrowed and his eyes filled with impatience. "Jodie, don't play tricks in front of me. You don't deserve to do that. You'd better tell me who the person is."

"Heh." Jodie suddenly snorted. She gazed at Heinz as if she had heard a joke, and she spread out her hands as she said, "Heinz, your attitude is terrible. Why don't you beg me first and apologize to me? I will tell you who that person is if you do so."

Heinz despised how Jodie was threatening him. He replied with a cold voice, "Jodie, if the one behind everything is you, I swear that not only your reputation will be ruined, your whole life will be shattered. You'll be recognized wherever you go and you'll be harassed every single day for the rest of your life."

Jodie instantly frowned at his words. After pausing for a few seconds, she looked at him and chuckled. "Heinz, it's useless for you to threaten me and I'm not afraid of your threat. Anyway, it's not that I want your woman to be embarrassed and I don't think it's right either. However, I do feel a little better when she's in such a terrible state."

"If you're not playing nice with me, why should I help you? Do you remember how you used to treat me? I loved you so much but you never treasured me at all. This is what you deserve," Jodie returned. When he heard the sarcasm in her voice, a trace of anger flashed across Heinz's eyes. He smiled coldly and warned, "Jodie, don't push me over my limits. Whoever it is, I don't have to get it from you. If I wanted to know, I can look it up myself."

After that, Heinz strode away.

"Do you really not care who the person is?" Jodie asked in a low voice. "I know who it is."

Heinz paused. In his opinion, Jodie was either deliberately delaying his time, or the person behind it was really her.

He really wanted to know who the mastermind was, but he hadn't lost his mind yet.

"Jodie, you have lived an exciting life in Alsburg. Do you really think others don't know about it?" Heinz raised an eyebrow.

Jodie paused, panic flashing across her eyes. "W-What do you know?"

"You've been with a lot of men." Heinz's contemptuous smile suddenly grew cold, and his gaze lowered. "If the person behind everything is you, I will expose everything about every single guy you've ever slept with in Alsburg. I'll let you know the consequences of provoking me."

When Heinz said these words, there was a sense of arrogance in his tone.

Jodie fell into shock. Her face quickly paled and she bit her lower lip. Her eyes were overwhelmed with fear and she was extremely anxious.

"I don't know what you're talking about," Jodie denied. "I didn't sleep with anyone."

Heinz's gaze was unusually calm. He stared coldly at Jodie and did not move. In the face of her denial, a sinister smile played on his lips as he said, "You know, I thought that if I didn't mention anything in the past, we could still greet each other when we meet in the future. But now, you've set yourself up like this, so don't blame me for doing what I'm going to do."

Chuckling evilly, Heinz passed by her and left quickly.

Jodie was stunned.

She looked at the man in front of her in disbelief, who had left without asking.

She closed her eyes and tears fell down her face. She felt very dejected.

She knelt onto the ground, and burst into sobs.

"Beep beep." The earbuds in her ears let out the sound of an alarm. It was a very light sound.

Jodie immediately froze. She got up, wiped away her tears and turned to walk away.

As she walked, she turned on the switch on the earbuds.

A low, hoarse voice came from the other end of the line. "There are two people following you from the direction of nine o'clock and two people from the direction of three o'clock. Walk to the pedestrian street across and into the underground passage."

Jodie paused for a moment and asked coldly, "What do you want me to do?"

"We'll talk about it when you reach."

Jodie shut off the device and walked towards the pedestrian walkway.

In a clever way, she managed to avoid two groups of people following her and headed to the passage.

"Beep beep." The alarm sounded again.

She picked it up. "Where are you?"

"Turn left, and then right, through the small door, into the underground warehouse, No. 17," the man instructed.

Jodie went into the underground warehouse according to the instructions.

As soon as she entered, she realized that it was dark and it was a huge warehouse. It looked like it covered an area of two hundred square meters and was filled with all kinds of goods.

As soon as Jodie went in, the door closed automatically.

She was shocked. When she turned around, she saw a tall and big figure standing behind her. He was tall and his skin was slightly dark. He was a hybrid foreigner.

As soon as Jodie saw him, she fell into complete shock, her entire body trembling. "Henry, aren't you in Julesburg?" "You wanted me to be there, didn't you?" The man smiled coldly as he lifted the corner of his mouth. He pulled Jodie, who was standing beside him, into his arms with one hand. He leaned in closer to her.

"No, that's not true," Jodie shook her head and denied. "W-What on earth do you want?"

"As for now, I don't want you to do anything." The man held Jodie's waist tightly. "Don't!" Jodie struggled.

The man put more strength into his grip and wrapped himself around her tightly.

Jodie couldn't free herself from his grip, hence, she had to give up. She looked at the man with horror in her eyes and said softly, "You are in my country, Henry. You can't do this to me. I no longer belong to your guys anymore."

Upon hearing that, a hint of irony flashed in the man's eyes. "You are my woman."

His gaze was firm as he continued, "As I said, I would be with you all the way to the ends of the earth, as long as I want to."

Henry held Jodie tightly, as if he wanted to break her slender waist.

Jodie was very uncomfortable and tried to break free. "Henry, no!"

"You can't say no!" A cold smile appeared on Henry's lips. He leaned closer to Jodie's face and murmured, "I haven't been intimate with you for several days. I kinda miss you."
