True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz) -
Chapter 750
Jodie glanced at the door and her face was pale. "Heinz!"
He did not come by himself. Grace followed closely beside him. She had changed into a simple and neat set of clothes. She seemed to be in good spirits.
She stood at the door and noticed that Jodie was inside the room.
Jodie's face was pale and listless.
Jodie spotted her, and she was so excited that she said in a low voice, "I-Is she Grace?"
Heinz took Grace into his arms and announced domineeringly, "This is my wife for the rest of my life."
Jodie narrowed her eyes in disbelief.
In comparison, even if she didn't want to admit it, she had to concede that Grace was too young.
She really didn't look like a mother who gave birth to twins.
She looked young and gorgeous. She was as pretty as a picture and she had mesmerizing eyes. Most importantly, she was calm and unruffled. She was so calm, as if everything in the world had nothing to do with her. She was very placid even after she experienced all the difficulties.
Also, she had gone through that incident with the news. How did she do it?
She and Heinz looked well-suited as she stood in front of him. They were a match made in heaven.
Jodie finally understood why he had fallen for her.
She gave a bitter smile. Her lips trembled and her eyes were filled with confusion. Jodie scanned her and muttered, "So you are Grace." "Hello, Jodie. Welcome back home," Grace said calmly. Her tone was just right.
Jodie lost the fight as soon as she spoke.
Those who were present did not have to say anything. They knew she had lost just by looking at Grace.
Not to mention that Grace was standing next to Heinz.
As Jodie observed her, the manner in which she spoke made Jodie seem petty.
Aaron said cold-heartedly, "Jodie, take a look at Grace. She is superior to you in both appearance and temperament."
"Stop saying that!" She interrupted him. After she screamed, she realized that her voice was too sharp.
This was because the whole room was silent. She was the only one who was screaming like that.
Jodie was also embarrassed. She stared at Grace and her eyes were panicked. She pursed her lips awkwardly. She tried her best to maintain her self-esteem and pride. "Thank you. I'm back." Grace witnessed Jodie's mood and grinned. She stood beside Heinz and said nothing.
Aaron seemed to have found Jodie's sore spot and began to stimulate her, "Jodie, you are ashamed of your inferiority, aren't you?" "Aaron Clarke, shut up!" She was provoked again and said in a sharper tone, "You don't have to remind me about it. Shut up!"
Aaron did not pay attention to her. He just smiled faintly and said, "Shut up or not, that's just burying one's head in the sand. Now that you've seen her, you probably know why Heinz chose Grace instead of you, because you are such a scumbag!"
Heinz did not say anything, but he just gazed at Jodie and Aaron unemotionally.
Both of them had secrets. That night, he had them out.
Now, Grace was able to come back and stay beside him, so Heinz had more patience. Although he was very tired, he was mentally stable. He was in a good mood and was waiting to take them down in one stroke.
"Aaron, are you so happy to humiliate me like this?" Jodie said furiously with gloom in her eyes. "Is this how you love me?"
"You are not worthy of my love." He interrupted her heartlessly, "It is better for you to diethan to live."
If she died, he would keep her in his heart forever. She wouldn't fade or become hideous.
However, everything was not wonderful anymore that she was alive.
This was also proven by his speech.
He peered at Heinz and said, "Heinz, don't you think so? It is better for Jodie to die than to live?"
Heinz had no expression on his face.
Jodie examined Heinz right away and wanted to see some emotions in his eyes.
However, he said calmly, "No, you are wrong. It is best for me that Jodie is alive. I don't have to bear any burden. I can begin my new life and I have nothing to do with her. However, if she is dead, I will feel guilty as I always felt that she lost her life because she went to Alsburg."
"Now that she is alive and living in such a terrible way, I think it's her own problem. I have no burden in my heart if she is alive."
"I now regret knowing her."
"There is no time for regret in life, and I don't have to repent of the past. I just want to continue to live happily with Grace. As for other matters, I will pay back twice as much for the harm that others have done to
us."
Jodie lost her strength right away. She sat down on the chair and said, word by word, "Heinz, no matter how you disagree with it, you and I were still first loves."
"Yes, I can't deny that," he said unfeelingly. "It's just that people can't always live in the past."
He held Grace's hand and glanced at Jodie. "Jodie, this is your last chance. You'd better tell me everything."
"It's him." Jodie pointed at Aaron. "It's Aaron who wants to hurt your woman. He is jealous of you. He wants you to suffer and be unhappy."
"It's not me." He said cruelly, "I wouldn't offend him for a woman like you."
She laughed in self-mockery. "I was blind to be with someone like you."
"You are blind indeed." Aaron sneered, "You have lived blindly all your life. Every step that you take is wrong. Therefore, your death is the end of everything." "Aaron, why should I die?" Jodie retorted, "I only live once and everyone is trying to live. Why should I die? If you don't feel comfortable, you can go to hell!" "You are very shameful!" Aaron said.
"Dr. Clarke, don't you feel ashamed of yourself?" At this time, Alice's voice was heard from the door.
She also came in. After she heard the bodyguards say that they had brought Aaron and Jodie together, she followed them. When she heard these words, she abruptly discovered that he was contradicting himself.
When Aaron listened to Alice's speech, he was surprised and looked at the door.
"Why are you here?" Jensen asked. He pulled Alice to his side and guarded her.
"Let me see who the shameless one is." Alice smiled at Jensen. "Everyone, let's work together and fight shamelessly. Let's get rid of them."
Aaron stared at her with a frown. At this time, Jensen said, "I think it's time for me to make an inference for you. Dr. Clarke, do you want to hear what I'm about to say?"
