True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz) -
Chapter 835
Little Gary was shocked.
When he turned around and saw his aunt, especially her ashen face, he had an uncanny sense that something terrible would happen.
He quickly reacted and said, "No, we didn't say anything." He knew that his little aunt was prone to rashness. If she found out that Lowell and Heinz had the same father, she would probably go mad. It would be dreadful.
Ernest was also quick-witted. Almost as soon as Little Gary mentioned it, he thought of it too. He nodded and said, "That's right. We didn't say anything."
"I smell a rat! I heard it clearly, so don't lie to me. Tell me the truth about Lowell's last name, or I'll lose my temper."
Alice knew that these two little guys were not telling the truth. Just now, she heard the sentence plainly when she walked over.
Little Gary and Ernest looked at each other and shook their heads simultaneously. They said almost at the same time, "We really didn't say anything." "Aunt Alice, you must have misheard it."
Looking at the two little guys who cooperated well with each other, she frowned and said coldly, "What are you trying to cover up?"
"No," said Gary while he continued to shake his head.
Ernest also shook his head and said, "Aunty, why did you ask us such a strange question?"
Alice knew that she couldn't get any information from them, thus she directly turned to Lowell and said, "Lowell, tell me what they were talking about just now."
He did not look good, and it seemed that he was frightened by Alice's imposing manner.
Gary saw his expression, and he immediately interrupted by saying, "Aunty, why are you so fierce? Can't you see that Lowell is so unconfident? You are so fierce to him, causing him to lose his confidence." Alice would not fall for it and she said, "Get out of my way. Don't try to get away with it."
Little Gary denied and said, "I didn't. Why do I have to get away with it? I don't know what you're talking about."
Alice looked at Lowell and asked, word by word, "Lowell, what's your last name? Tell me the truth, or you will bear the consequences."
He was scared by her serious expression and his face became paler. He looked at her and stuttered. He couldn't speak properly for a long time.
Seeing him like that, she became more anxious. She said, "Hurry up and explain it clearly. What exactly is going on?"
Lowell knew he couldn't hide it. Since he had told Grace, he should have told Alice too. He whispered, "My last name is Jones."
She narrowed her eyes and asked, "What do you mean by 'last name is Jones'?"
The color drained from her face when he told her that.
He stopped talking. He could see that she was more impulsive than Grace. He was really afraid that she would be enraged.
Little Gary instantly helped Lowell out of the predicament. "Aunty, why are you still asking us? I think you should call and ask Uncle Charm. Maybe he knows something since he called Heinz just now. Heinz's face darkened in a second when he heard that, just like how you are now. Why don't you go and ask him?"
"That's right. Aunty, why don't you ask Uncle Charm?" Ernest also chimed in.
"Did Jensen call?"
"Yes," Ernest nodded and said.
She was stubborn and said, "So what? I don't want to ask Jensen now. At least before I ask him, I want to know something from you guys first."
Little Gary spoke again, "Aunty, why do you have to do this?"
Alice ignored him and said to Lowell in a deep voice, "Lowell, you tell me. Today, the three of you have to tell me exactly what is going on no matter what. Don't even think about getting away with it." After that, she pushed them into the room and closed the door. She walked over and sat on a stool, fixing her gaze on the three of them.
She didn't believe that an adult like her couldn't beat them. They even wanted to circumvent her question. It was so infuriating.
She looked at Lowell with her sharp eyes and said, "Lowell, what's going on with you? What's the relationship between you and Heinz? You referred to him as your 'brother' instead of 'brother-in-law'. Are you really related to him?"
Lowell nodded with a pale face and replied obediently, "I don't want to lie to you, hence I might as well say it. Just now, I told Grace that I am Lawrence Jones's son."
"Who is Lawrence?" She asked while she looked at them with a frown.
He was silent again.
Alice was even more perturbed. She said, "Tell me, who is Lawrence?"
He didn't know what to say.
Little Gary rolled his eyes and said, "Aunty, Lawrence is Heinz's father. That is to say, Lowell is Lawrence's son."
"Lowell and your dad have the same father?" Alice retorted.
Little Gary nodded and said, "Yes, that's what I meant."
She took a deep breath and said in anger, "D*mn it!"
Lowell pursed his lips and did not dare to say anything. He looked at her carefully with his big eyes.
Alice was so exasperated that she cursed again and again. "So, Lawrence and Candace gave birth to Lowell? Why couldn't those two sc*mbags just die?"
Little Gary continued to say, "Aunty, everyone will die eventually. Don't worry."
She glared at him without saying a word.
She did not speak. Her penetrating eyes made Little Gary very uneasy, but he was not afraid.
It was just that Ernest and Lowell had never seen such a situation, thus they were petrified and didn't dare to say anything.
She did not expect Lowell to have such a relationship with her sister and brother-in-law.
Their mother got together with Heinz's father and they had a child in spite of their age.
That news really caused chaos in her mind. She felt disgusted when she thought of it.
After a long while, she asked Little Gary, "Why did you try to hide it from me?"
He blinked his eyes and said, "What? No such thing! Aunty, why would I hide it from you? I'm just worried that you'll get angry and affect your health. It's not worth it." "Aren't you angry?" She looked at him and asked curiously.
He replied, "I'm not angry. For me, it's better for Lowell to be Lawrence's son than Heinz's son. As long as he's not Heinz's, there's nothing to be angry about. It's their right to give birth to a child at any age." Alice looked at him in astonishment. She did not know what to say. His words made it hard for her to refute him.
She could only stare at the children in front of her and ask, "Aren't you angry, Ernest?"
He also said, "Aunty, why should I be angry? It seems that it's okay for me to have an uncle.
The family will be more lively and it's much more fun than staying here by myself."
