True Love
Chapter 26

—Go down the good way, or I’ll let you down the bad way.

-You are a coward. You murdered my sister. Bastard!

-Your sister? Oh yes, I remember her, a good girl. But very insistent. But that has nothing to do with us, you know why I brought you here Gina. You behaved badly.

—Because I wanted to escape this dog’s life, I saw what they did to my poor sister. There is almost nothing left of her. Damn miserable. She said she crying.

-What a pity! She said without an Apis of sadness.—Let’s say she didn’t deserve that, but you do what you deserve. Escaping from here is not an option for you, princess.

—Screw you Daren. You are an animal.

-Yes I am. She said in a hoarse, almost unrecognizable voice. The woman got upset and she lost her balance falling from the top of the tree.

The impact made him bend in half from the pain, he complained and looked at his leg. She was broken, and she was bleeding too much. She looked around her and Daren was nowhere to be seen, that voice of his scared her. She had never heard him talk like that, and she had slept with him many times. Climbing the tree was a lost cause, she climbed up and limped as she could to the mountains. Her leg hurt like hell but that wouldn’t stop her. I hear deep breathing near her, like that of an animal, a bear? Or wolves? I hear a lot that there were wolves in the forest. And what was left of her sister corroborated it.

Fear was the best part of all that for Daren, it gave him satisfaction and filled him completely, hurting that person was his priority at that moment. He watched her closely, the poor thing was trying to escape, what he didn’t know was that he had no escape in that part of the forest. He saw her leaning against a tree and approached her, emerging from the darkness.

—You won’t go very far in that state.

—Daren! Fear invaded her a thousand times more.

—This game is over.

—No please, I don’t want to die.

He approached her slowly, like a predator hunting and cornering its prey. She saw her determination and fell to the ground unable to move. She had resigned herself to dying that night, but without first being able to defend herself a little. Daren stalked her, she was at a safe distance suddenly and out of nowhere the girl saw him transform into a huge white wolf with eyes red as b***d itself. She was shocked by such a vision. What she was? A werewolf? Would she even be drugged? White slime was expelled from her snout, coming out in large quantities. He tasted it with her immense tongue. It was a very large animal.

—What… What are… You? He asked with tears in her eyes, the steam coming out of her mouth intensifying with each breath of air.

But she would not receive a response from Daren, he attacked her, grabbing her by the head with his enormous, sharp teeth. The girl grabbed him by the neck and without thinking she grabbed a small knife that she had stolen from one of the guys she was sent to sleep with. He stuck it into the animal’s side, gaining space between them so she could crawl away from him. She felt her face burning and b***d was dripping in droves. She heard the wolf complain, but she didn’t turn to see him.

A bite on her leg stopped her, the pain was horrible. Her bones cracked, it was so strong that she thought she would faint but she didn’t. The animal had grabbed her leg, she could see a lot of b***d in her thick white fur, she had wounded him but it was not enough to immobilize him. The knife was very small for such a large animal. He let go of her, and as she showed him her fangs she could see hate, anger, rage, fury he was mad at what she had done to him. She saw the red in her eyes and she knew that would be the last thing she would do.

Daren tried to clean the b***d from his body, but it was useless. He was completely naked looking at Gena’s lifeless body lying on the ground. He would leave the remains for his little boys who would soon arrive. The girl deserved the punishment, trying to escape from the town as if that were possible.

—Poor fool! He smiled, satisfied for having gotten out all the frustration he carried. “You thought I could end my life with this simple knife.” He looked at his wound and it was already closed.

He threw the small object aside and soon a pack of gray wolves arrived at the place. When they smelled and saw their Alpha, they lowered their ears and hid their tails between their paws.

—It’s all for you guys.

He turned around and as he did so he heard the crunching of bones and some wolves fighting over food. He felt fulfilled for ending the girl’s life, no one made fun of her or slipped away from her without paying the consequences.

The moon was at the highest point of it, bright and silvery… Incredibly beautiful, you could admire it all night if you had to. Her splendid light illuminated any dark path, for anyone who could not see. But that was not the case with Daren, she walked with confidence, she knew where to go.

His steps were firm and determined. With his big smile of satisfaction he entered a dark and gloomy forest, no human could dare to go into those directions, and whoever did, unfortunately for that person would never come out. But he wasn’t like anyone, he was a King.

An evil smile escaped his lips as he remembered with pleasure how he ended that girl’s life, she was so stupid. Still the adrenaline was running through his body, she wanted more, she craved more. It was torture having to hold back so as not to wipe out all the inhabitants of the damned town, but he had his reasons.

They provided him with a lot of money and that was the only reason they were still alive. Insignificant humans he thought, the only ones he wanted were out of reach for now. Poor things, they thought they could escape his clutches just like that. He knew very well where they were and who the hell they were with. Shery was cunning, but no more cunning than him and all her years on top of her.

She was ungrateful, after having provided her with a roof over her head, she repaid him that way. He only wanted her submission and her body, how difficult could that be. Under his power nothing would happen to them, unless they challenged him. But the bitch preferred to escape.

Anger consumed him at the thought of her with that damned wolf cub, but that would be someone else who would pay for it, him and all of his miserable good-for-nothing clan. His friends will be in charge of destroying the entire place without leaving anyone alive. In fact, his little wild wolves were always hungry, and he had many more every time.

He moved aside some branches that covered a small entrance, without thinking he entered it. It was a kind of dark tunnel where he had to walk a little crouched, he hated going to that place but it was necessary to do it for his own good.

It took him about five minutes to reach the end of the stinking hallway. So that in the end he found a bunch of wolves that all they did was growl and bark at him, a kind of white slime came out of their snouts and his eyes were injected with rage. He wasn’t afraid of any of them, they wouldn’t get too close to them. He advanced along the path that they were leaving him free, but without taking his eyes off her. He advanced to a hill like a kind of throne made of stones.

—I have told you thousands of times that I don’t want you here.

—I’ll come whenever I want. Daren responded without flinching.

—I don’t want you here, get out! The man’s voice was hoarse.

—I need to ask you a few things.

—Everything you needed to know you already know, now LEAVE. He yelled at her.

The wolves around him approached more menacingly as they heard the cry of the man sitting on the throne-shaped stone.

—If you don’t answer me, I’ll keep coming. I don’t think you’d like that. Daren crossed his arms.

—You are an insolent damn, I should end your despicable life. —What do you want this time Daren?

—I need to know what my options are for fathering a puppy.

—Damn idiot, did you just come for that? It’s just that it’s not clear to you everything that I taught you, you piece of useless good-for-nothing. The mysterious man shouted at him.

—Tell me the hell out of it.

—You know her by heart, idiot. The man leaned forward and looked him straight in the face. —You only need an albino wolf. He sat up again on his throne.

Daren was losing his patience, and with those damn wolves around him barking and growling at him, it drove him crazy. He wanted to get out of there but he needed answers.

—But there must be more, how about a human?

—You will never get her pregnant. They don’t have the necessary strength.

—But what if I try?

“You f*****g brat, are you trying to impregnate a disgusting human?” “He said with mockery and contempt.

-That’s my problem.

—You will never make it, your time is running out Daren. If you let your only jealousy in your entire rotten life pass, you will be nobody.

—Do you think I want to be like you?

-I hope not. He responded by laughing sarcastically.
