"Sorry, I-" Before Tiffany could finish speaking, the person before her grabbed her wrist and pinned her against the wall.

"Jenson?" Tiffany stared at the man who had suddenly appeared before her, her face turning pale.

When had he followed her? How could he be so silent, like a phantom?

She tried to pull away, but Jenson's grip tightened, trapping her between his body and the wall.

He leaned in, and a smirk twisted his lips. "You do remember my name, huh? Are you interested in me? Maybe you want a little intimacy with me?" Tiffany didn't replace it strange at all when he said such straightforward words.

After all, he was known for casually flirting with and making out with women. He had always carried himself with an unmistakable air of a hooligan. "No! You're imagining things!" she immediately explained.

Jenson's smirk widened. "Really?"

He glanced toward the couple entangled nearby. "Know them by any chance?"

Tiffany's denial was swift. "No, I don't know them."

"Liar. Then, what's with the wounded puppy look?" Jenson watched her with amusement, as if trying to see right through her.

"I don't!"

Jenson sneered. "It's so surprising. You seem to enjoy watching others get intimate, don't you?"

Tiffany's cheeks flushed. "I don't!"

Jenson pinched her chin. "Aside from 'I don't,' can you say something else?"

Tiffany didn't want to talk to him at all because she knew that he would deliberately misinterpret her, no matter what she said. Jenson pinched her chin painfully. She gritted her teeth and glared at him fiercely.

Unbeknownst to Tiffany, her look of defiance only amused Jenson. Instead of seeing it as a threat, he

found her more like an angry kitten,

all fluff and no claws. Conkitten,

"Is this how you usually seduce guys?" Jenson leaned closer, almost touching Tiffany's lips.

Frightened, Tiffany quickly turned her head to avoid his touch. But then her eyes caught the escalating intimacy of the couple nearby.

"See that woman over there?" Jenson asked. "She's Brianna Upshaw, my ex-girlfriend."

Tiffany jolted in surprise. "What did you say?"

"You seem shocked. Do you know her?" Jenson studied her expression, replaceing it fascinating. He'd been with many women, but Tiffany was something different.

"She used to be my best friend once upon a time," Tiffany admitted, biting her lip.

"Oh?" Jenson raised an eyebrow, intrigued but not overly surprised. "And the man she's with, that's my ex-boyfriend," Tiffany continued.

"Oh!" Jenson's interest was visibly piqued as he raised his voice. "Your boyfriend cheated on you with your bestie... Tsk... Sounds like you've had it worse than me."
